Salvageable:

Ishi no Karada Taijutsu (Stone Body Taijutsu) - This one actually looks like it would be pretty easy to fix up to what we want, just need to add stances, and maybe condense it.

Flaming Muay-Thai - has some interesting techniques, needs a little cleaning up, but has a pretty good premise

Pi Qua Quan - has an interesting premise, clearly based off of kenpo so it should be easy to fix up for use

The Infinite One Sword Style (Mugen Ittōryū)- it's definitely a mess, and I think that the idea of having a custom final stage might have to be thrown out, idk, but it's just so cool, and I know that it has potential mrgreen

8 Inner Gates Style - Needs some work, if this weren't such an iconic style i'd just say to toss it, but I think it has potential all the same

Daidoumyaku – Great Pulse Fist - interesting premise, with some cool techniques, focused more on debilitating an opponent than outright beating them. Might be worth saving, but will require some serious work.

Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu (Universal) - Cool premise, with some good techniques, but it needs more stages, and many of the techniques need to be reworded

Kunoichi Combat Style (Universal) - Pretty interesting style with good premise and lots of techniques to work with, obviously it would need more stages, like a lot more, but still good base. At the very least, most of the techniques could be salvaged

Verloren Schwert-Stil des Westens (Lost Sword-Style of the West) - Has a fair number of techniques that are good, though it has some that are just ridiculous, definitely needs work, but has promise

Bloody Road(chain fighting) - pretty interesting style, has a cool premise with some good techniques, definitely needs some work, but could be worth keeping

Bakemono Tsurugi no Kata - i like this style, obviously, but it definitely needs some work, mostly it needs to be condensed

Trash:

Eternal Style of the Broken Sword [Hateshiganai-ryu no Kujikeruken] - no listed techniques, just a bunch of ideas that weren't fleshed out

Santoryu - Three Sword Style - Most of the techniques are not well worded, or just plain ridiculous (someone else may want to take a look, I admittedly had trouble getting past the ridiculous three sword thing)

Shuurai Tekken Do [Way of the Lightning Strike Fist]- yet another style without a single technique

Zanbatō - virtually no techniques, it has three total, all in the final stage, none of them s-ranked, but the techniques themselves might be worth salvaging... maybe

Sabaku-kenfu (Desert Fist Style) - no listed techniques
Shigure Shouen Style - Perfectly Flawless Style - for a perfectly flawless style, there sure are a lot of flaws. many of the techniques rely on variou elements, and some of the early techniques are extremely over-powered for their rank. It feels like this style is some sort of Frankenstein monster of a style, like whoever made it wanted to just be able to do everything under the sun, it lacks any sort of focus. Some techniques might be salvageable though.

Satsubatsu - virtually no techniques, this is mostly about passive power boosts, but I think that Luo might want to try to save it blaugh

The Way of the Silent Blade [Yaiba no Mokumoku] - another mist style that is basically a bunch of passive power boosts, with no real techniques, this style is basically a weapon style version of the espionage profession

Stolen Salvation: Style of the Drawing Sword [Tsukyuusei-ryu Battoujutsu] - this style doesn't have any real techniques, its mostly just a bunch of vague chakra infusions to either the user's body or weapon

The Frozen Fist [Hyoushu] - no techniques what so ever

Shuntensatsu - The techniques are essentially just ridiculous speed boosts for no real reason, and there are not nearly enough stages

Butoukai Sono Raijin [Dance of the Thunder God] - As much as I hate to admit it, this style just doesn't have enough meat to be worth keeping, though I do believe that some of the techniques are worth salvaging

8 Drunken Gods - no techniques, though I think we should look into making a drunken fist style
The Rare and Beautiful Art of a Controlled Disaster (Ippin Seichuu Sanji) - no listed techniques

Tonfas (Universal) - Very few techniques that are actually worth saving, many of them are re-iterations of the same technique but adding elements/chakra, but it has some good ideas that could be used to create a good tonfa style

Wooden Fist - these are basically a bunch of human puppet techniques, not a weapon style

Rokushiki - these are a bunch of chakra infusions basically

Ansatsuken (assassination fist) - has some interesting ideas, but not enough to work with, some techniques might be salvageable

Shunkō {Flash Cry} - essentially a bunch of chakra infusions

Malice Fist - has some techniques that could be made universal (after edits), but largely it's about adding chakra to blows

The Great Pulse Sword ((Was originally the Immovable sword and sheath.)) - very similar to the infinite one sword style, some techniques might be salvageable, but largely it's a bunch of chakra infusions

Sonia Road - The Regalia of Thorns - barely any techniques, and the one there are aren't even weapon techniques so much as body alteration

Black Leg Style - has a bunch of techniques that are just slightly re-worded versions of previous techniques, but some of them could be salvaged

The Tetsu no Ryu - has some techniques worth saving, but should probably just be combined with hiten mitsurugi

Naibuhi {Dance of Inner Fire} - this is more a bunch of seals than a style, but some of the techniques are interesting and might be worth keeping, just not as tai/weapon style techniques

Think you can order the list by thread, or just add a note to each as to which thread it's from? I keep searching around trying to reference the ones you're talking about, and can't find them. x.x

Anyways, until then, I shall say random things about the ones I can formulate opinions on without seeking them out, to sound smart.

Infinite One: Only thing I can note on this one, is that the storage scroll bit needs to be changed. I got in a tad bit of trouble for arguing with BB over that when I first released the seals, but it's still a valid point. The seal it'd take for that system to work is incredibly OP compared to existing seals. It'd either need to be altered to work with existing seals, or a new seal custom made just for the style.

Eight Gates: This one could potentially become a lot easier to fix using the stat system when that's finished. The trick is making unique stages for it that feel appropriately powerful, without being OP.

Kunoichi Style: Is it bad that I've wanted to learn that style with almost all of my characters, which are all male? Personally I think the "Female" requirement should be replaced with a body type requirement, allowing males with light builds to learn the style. Also a Dexterity requirement would work amazingly with this style.

Interrupting my post with a thought process, most styles reference training to increase certain aspects of the character. In the old styles, you pretty much automagically gained those traits by learning the style, but I think it'd be nice to throw in stat requirements, and actually use the training in each style, so you an only advance / learn skills, after reaching the stats required. In turn, styles should definitely not give stat bonuses. At least not outside of stances and techniques. And even then it seems best to leave them out and let people train their stats to boost the style, rather than training the style to boost their stats, as in other guilds.

Santoryu: If it was just that the style had an odd basis, I'd say keep it. But, this style only exists because some random dude wanted to play as Zoro from One Piece. For that alone, I say strip it of anything useful and ditch it.

Desert Fist: That style was an excuse for everyone in Suna to pretend to be Ichibi hosts. I said it then, and I still believe it now. If I remember correctly, it pretty much grants full on Ichibi power at A rank or so.

Silent Blade: When we released the upgraded professions, I wanted to strip this one for Espionage techs, or even make it an espionage style. Luo denied me on that though, since it was a village style. Still, it'd be a good one to fix up for espionage now. just, hack out the Assassin's Creed bits. If someone wants Hidden Blades, let them make them in customs. There's a few odd bits in there that don't really seem to fit, but if you think of it as stealth training instead of a combat style, it's a pretty cool basis, and has a lot of potential that wouldn't fit into regular profession exclusives.

Chakra Infusions: You mentioned them so many times, all in styles I don't know/care about, so I'm clumping them all together. Chakra infusions in and of themselves aren't too bad, but if a style is made of nothing but them it should probably be dropped. The techniques themselves though could be gathered and repurposed for other styles.

Nabuhi: ... I never approved any seals for a taijutsu style, and nobody else has ever been allowed to approve seals since I redid the system. (Except for mine, but that's mainly a formality.) I know the style was made after my system, since that's the old seal format, but I don't remember approving, or even reading, it. Suppose this falls under the general rule of if a custom in one area contains material that belongs to another area, (Jutsu in bloodlines, seals in... Anything but sealing.) the judge for that area should always be called in. Too often things slip through in the wrong customs area because the person approving that thread simply wasn't fully qualified in the secondary aspects. ... Actually, bloodline judges should probably have previously been (Good) jutsu judges before moving to bloodlines. Call going to bloodlines a "Promotion", even though that section sucks.

Alright, added links, should be much easier to navigate mrgreen

I also agree that styles should never give passive stat increases "just because", and I like the idea of having stat requirements for the different stages as well. Even with stances we need to be careful about giving stat boosts, I think that stances should only give temporary stat boosts that apply to techniques from the style which uses the stance. For example, having a two handed stance that increases the strength of techniques so that they deal more damage, When I post up my revised version of Juken it will have some examples of the kinds of stuff i mean.

I also agree with what you say about chakra infusions, I don't necessarily have a problem with a chakra infused attack, but chakra infusions that just increase strength or speed should be avoided for the most part unless they have a very specific purpose, which again I'll have a few examples in the revised Juken.

Since you are looking at Taijutsu styles... I made one and never got an approval (or even a response) for Tonfa style. Probably would need work, but again if we are looking at fixing styles its a good/practical style to work with. Was supposed to be a complete redo of the existing tonfa style since as you said its not really anything.
