Personality::Rather quiet when you first meet her, but if you approach her the wrong way she shuns you and is rather agressive. She avoids people at times, and is usually seen with her best friend Kaname. Once you get to know her, she is surprisingly loyal, rambunctious, sometimes a troublemaker, a rebel and gets embarrassed rather easily. She does not trust easily and will not change her mind once she has made a decision.
Sacred Gear::Heaven's Wing -- Tattoo of a pair of wings on her back that grow to full sized actual wings (if she wants to use them) when she is fighting and/or senses danger. ⊱When using them, she can fly at the speed of light but she becomes fatigued if she does so more than 2 times a day. For about 3-7 minutes Kotori can fly at the speed of light, however, this depends on her health and stamina, going day by day. Each day she does not have the same stamina nor is she in the same exact health condition. ⊱The wings themselves are a weapon if she chooses to use them a weapon and rarely as a shield; they can turn into sharp edged wings, almost like a sword. However, after using her wings like this extensively, she risks damage to herself and faces fatigue. Self-damage such as entering a coma for a period of up to a week if she severely depletes her energy and stamina. As for the amount of damage she receives, it will leave various wounds on a specific limb with a high chance of impairing that limb for 4 days.
Kotori's wings typically are not fitted for multi-use, meaning normally she is unable to fly at the speed of light while using them as a weapon. However, under very rare and strenuous situations, Kotori is able to possess a weapon that originates from her feathers. A feather will appear as a weapon, but Kotori is at a disadvantage since she is not familiar with the feather weapon. She hardly ever, close to never, is able to practice her fighting skills using it. Under special circumstances is she able to harness the full power of her wings, but she faces a great threat to herself: her energy and stamina will be heavily consumed during this time. It is highly possible for her energy and stamina to deplete rapidly, leaving the option of death or near-death: She either dies from the too rapid depletion of energy or she is killed by an enemy once her stamina runs out. If the option is near death, she will receive heart damage and will be immobilized for an unknown period of time. The heart damage will effect her health and stability, so it is best if she is hospitalized and moves minimally during this period. If she is lucky and experiences neither death nor near death, she will fall unconscious and drop from the sky to a safe zone where she will lay in rest for who knows how long.

Short Bio::Kotori grew up living a fairly easy, laid back life in Japan. She was easy to get along with and wanted to be friends with everyone, never suspicious. She lived with her mother, father, and grandparents. In her neighborhood, she was best friends with a boy, Kaname, whom she did everything with. They went everywhere together, played together, ate together, everything. Her parents didn't ask much from her, only that she be a good girl and do well in school. She was a kind, gentle girl, up until her neighborhood was attacked. While escaping, Kaname and her ran out of luck when they bumped into an attacker. The attacker pitied them and whisked them away to a military camp. Kotori did not remain kind and trustful; she became skeptical, suspicious of everyone around her and was even scared. Kaname was her only comfort, hence why she is normally seen with him. When she was ordered to do something, Kotori would refuse to do as they said and would be punished severely for disobeying. Kaname helped her push forward through their hardships and Kotori eventually took on Kaname's name as a codename for fun. One day both Kotori and Kaname received a letter from Kuoh Academy and eagerly accepted the invitation, ready to leave behind their hardships.
Personality::From afar she is calm, quiet, and reserved. When approached, she is polite but still reserved and only makes small talk. Once you get to know her, she is not as reserved. Rather she is actually lively, very loyal to those most important to her, and will not accept any harm done to them either. One important note is to not take her lightly, there is more to her than can be seen. She highly dislikes those of high status since she believes they only look out for themselves and no one else.
Sacred Gear::Diarumelle -- First off, Arturia is already quite strong and is known as someone not to mess with. There are two parts to her sacred gear: ⊱The first part is where she equips her battle armor and her usual weapon. Her armor greatly enhances her speed and senses. It also allows her to alter time for a maximum of 5 seconds, but she can only do so twice and if she does, it fatigues her greatly to the point where she instantly blacks out and becomes vulnerable to any attack. ⊱The second part is when she is fighting and is in danger, her fighting skills are enhanced for 5 minutes and she also becomes significantly stronger for 3 minutes. In a sense, she loses her sense of normality and seems to go berserk for that time period until time is up.While fighting, she must be careful since she has 3 weakpoints that can cause her to suffer from serious injuries if hit: Her sides, the nape of her neck and in between her shoulder blades.After using this sacred gear, she is completely exhausted, suffers from possible heart or nerve damage and has to rest depending on the seriousness of her injuries before being able use this other part of her sacred gear again.

Short Bio::Arturia came from a rather well off and known family. She is the second youngest child and has 2 older brothers and sisters. Her other sibling is her little brother Lancer whom she always protects and cares the most for. Arturia's parents held high expectations for her to become a proper lady and marry her father's business partner's son, whom Arturia highly disliked. She felt there were ridiculous expectations set for her considering there her older sisters could marry the man. To get away from all the nonsense, Arturia took up various hobbies that dealt with learning to fight. She excelled in these classes and soon reached the top of each of her classes. When her parents found out she was taking on learning how to fight they tried to cut her off from the so called violence she was learning and tried to send her to a boarding school far from home and her little brother. This angered Arturia and she refused, resulting in a brutal beating from her father. Lancer, her little brother, witnessed this while hiding nearby and when their father had left, he and Arturia ran away to their cousin's home where they hid until they received an invitation to attend Kuoh academy. They both accepted and have attended Kuoh for the past three years.

Image of the sword she uses and her typical armor. The long socks are not apart of her armor and she has different gloves / gaunts she uses. Different image for hair.
The second part of her sacred gear renders her as a berserk fighter, barely aware of anyone but her enemy. Her appearance changes as she shifts into a berserk fighter. Her hair turns white and becomes longer while her eyes change to a red color [ x ]. Her hair is tied up with a red ribbon. Her blade will turn black and the rose at the top of the hilt shrinks, turning into a jewel that stores Arturia's sane self.

It's fine c: I didn't really think about that hmm...I would say for 3-7 minutes she can fly at the speed of light depending on her body & health for the day. As for stamina for her wings as a weapon...idk gonk I mean as long as she's not receiving too much damage when she's fighting it should last her throughout a fight, unless she's thrown out of rhythm..You know, I may have to go back and add that in, that's actually pretty important. Thank you for making me think about that haha!

Under strenuous and rare situations she would maybe be able to fly at the speed of light and have a weapon; fun part: a certain feather from her wings would come off and act as her weapon, it would be different from what she normally does with her wings but she's also at a disadvantage since she hardly ever, close to never, practices with that weapon. So normally no she can't fly at the speed of light and use her wings as a weapon, would cause her fatigue rapidly and would cost her probably her life from either her energy rapidly decreasing from both or being killed by an enemy emotion_awesome

Hehehe.. You're doing a great job of it!!! ... I kinda want to move a set of twins I have to this guild.. Been contemplating that idea for a while, but they're phoenixes...... XD I doubt it too.... But still.. She's awesome. I love her... I honestly think she'd get along really well with a lot of my characters too... Especially the timid ones.. ^^
