Slowly, Proto managed to force his eyes open and get a look around. His mind was reeling and it honestly felt like he had been run over by a truck. How long had he even been out? Proto had no idea, but it had been days.

In fact, Flashover had been starting to think the bot was actually offlined. So when he heard a groan from their captor he grinned and turned his attention to the general. Ah...excellent. This would all go so much better if he was still online.

"Welcome, 'General' Proto."
At that voice Proto's head snapped up and he instinctively let out a snarl. It was him. The b*****d who had blasted him with the rocket launcher and set Bass on fire. Oh, he was going to die and Proto was going to be the one to do it.

Except when he went to lunge after the other...he simply didn't move. Proto gave a frustrated growl and tried to move again only to go nowhere. He shook his head to clear it a bit and looked around.

...Oh. Well...that explained that. Four giant magnets held him firmly to the wall a foot or so off the wall. One around each wrist, and one around each ankle. The only thing really free to move was his tail, which was currently lashing around.

"You'll have to excuse me...you see, I'm a bit busy setting things up."
Flashover turned back to his work, it looked to be recording equipment of some kind.
"But I am sure some of my associates wouldn't mind keeping you company."
The statement held a rather dangerous tone to it, and with that Flashover turned his full attention away from Proto. His companions could keep the bot busy for now.

Welcome, I will quote more people into this as followers show up...but for now we'll start with you three.

The setting is an abandoned building on the outskirts of town. When it is necessary it will move. For now it has been set up as a temporary base of operations with the minimum of supplies. Proto has been fastened to a wall with metal infrastructure via high powered magnets courtesy of Magnetman.

Your orders are simple. As Flashover's fanatical followers you have been brought in on his grandest scheme yet. For now he is still setting up the start of the plan, so you have been charged with watching over their unwilling guest.

You are allowed to do whatever you want to Proto, with the exception of a few things.
-Your character can harm Proto as much as they want (the idea is torture after all), but obviously they can not -kill- him. For one, I would be quite sad without him to RP, and for another Flashover needs him for the next parts of this plan.
-Proto is not to be fed except the minimum to keep him online. Direct orders from Flashover to make sure his energy reserves stay low. Can't have him getting free, can we?
-If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. More information will be dropped as it is necessary.

Five hummed as he walked in the youth saw the General and one hand flew up to check his hood. It was still on...he walked forward before kicking a crate out in the General's view. The youth sat with one knee up to rest his chin on it as he leveled his bright pink eyes on the male. Five stared, so this was the bot who captured his brother's friendship. Five let out a childish evil chuckle as he pictured his brother's face when Seven would find out about the capture of the General. The chuckle died as he looked back up at Proto...his shoulders dropped as his tail, which had been lightly swinging the whole time, dropped suddenly to the ground.

Five reached up to pull off his hood as one hand played with his hot pink shoelaces. His pink eyes looked at the General, surely Proto would notice how he and Seven were similar. Unless his brother never mentioned him. The youth hissed as he let a knife slide into his hand. He thought about it then returned the knife to his belt...there was time for that later. Right now, "Neh...'General'..." he tone was mocking, "Do I look familiar?" he doubted it.

Honestly, to Proto the two didn't look all that similar. A lot of Citizens held the charred markings to their fur, and the bot didn't quite understand the idea of fur colors being passed on through families. He was a bot, when his fur was messed up it was simply replaced. This is how he ended up with blue ears after all.

Which were currently twitching around underneath his helmet.

"I am sorry, Citizen, am I supposed to recognize you?"

It was a civil question, given the situation he currently found himself in. Yes, he was still lashing his tail around and tugging at his bonds, but all of his growling was reserved to be thrown in Flashover's direction rather than the young Audio that currently sat before him.

This particular Audio didn't pull a memory...had he met him before? Proto wasn't really sure...but if he was running the same circles as Flashover this likely wasn't someone he -wanted- to know.

>> ugh....number play. Proto's allowed to think to himself..."this is related to Seven?"

Five's eyes flashed dangerously, okay so he was right. The bot was lacking a few details...but then again, Five assumed Wily wasn't all to interested in explaining genetics to a bunch of killers. The youth's shoulder shook as he giggled again...he bounced up putting his hands on his hips to flash a smile that would rival his brother at his most carefree moment.

"Nope! But you know my big brother and I'll give you a hint. I have F-I-V-E names, my big brother has two more than me! So...who is my big brother..." the youth walked up and with a flash a dagger was in his hand. He tapped the hilt against the General's chest...one tail swipe and there was no telling where that dagger would imbed itself. The youth's eyes went dead, "Seven." He then smirked sadistically, "If you think for a heartbeat you metal monstrosity that Seven and I are two of a pair....then on my brother's life." He tapped the bot's chest a little hard, "Your dead wrong."

"Heh! You're actually going to waste your time talking to it?" a cocky voice spoke from the darkness. Stepping away from the shadow of a stack of large crates, the rebel shook off his hood, revealing the blue, striped fur beneath. His gaze shifted from Five to the captured general, a devilish smirk stretching his maw. Pierce couldn't stop a small excited swish of his tail as he looked up at their captive. They'd actually done it! They'd caught the General of Wily's army himself and OH YES it was time for payback! It was all thanks, of course, to their magnificent leader, Flashover. Maybe if he was really good, their hero would let Pierce offline the bot himself! Or even just let him hold the weapon he was going to do it with for a while. Or maybe he'd get a pat on the back for doing such a good job! Or both! He'd take whatever he could get.

.....

Okay, being civil with this one just wasn't going to work. He might be a young one, but he was definitely not all there. Flashover must have gotten to him already. A shame, but there was nothing Proto could do about it. He had enough to worry about without trying to figure out the mental state of Citizens.

"I would not make a comparison simply because you are -related-."
After all, he and his own brother Rock had their similarities but were vastly different. Same story with X.
"But I can say I vastly prefer his company to yours. Keep tapping away, Citizen, that knife is not a threat to me."
Being a robot Proto had quite a set of armor. It wasn't quite as strong as the other Masters but it did the job. Unless that knife found itself in a strategic joint or his main control panels it really wouldn't do much damage.

...Speaking of those panels, Proto finally glanced down at his chest. There was a rip in his bodysuit, a small section of a panel had been opened and tampered with. If Proto was guessing right, it was right where the trackers for Dr. Wily's City-grid system were located.

Damnit.

As the new Audio made his presence known, Proto shifted his gaze to the blue Audio. Joy. Just how many rebels were lurking here in the dark?

"Funny, I could say the same about talking to -you- Rebel."
Waste of non-existent breath to talk to them.

Pierce bristled at the robot's comment. "Shut your face, tin man!" Stepping up to Proto's side, he aimed a punch to his jaw. "Ow f***!" With a hiss, he quickly drew his hand back, tucking it into his armpit as he cringed in pain. Damn that hurt! Stupid robots being made of stupid metal!

Kin Zaon had been waiting, biding her time, observing. She didn't really speak, but she grinned at things that were happening. She liked most everyone here and had her reservations about a few. Still, walking around, boots clicking in her wake, the red headed Audio just circled to Proto and took hold of his lashing tail. She wasn't going to pin it down or anything, but she wanted to feel synthetic fur. "It feels so cheap," she muttered, letting it go and then shrugged, casually strolling away.

Only a few moments later did she hear the hissing and then arched a brow and turned on her heels. Well, there seemed to be a few too many Audio here for her liking, but at least it was a number she could count on her and.

"Oh, sweetie," she crooned at Proto as he looked down at his chest. "Did you really think we'd let you keep those? Tsk." She sucked her teeth a little and moved over to Proto, patting his head. She pushed her hood down and just grinned at him, the kind of grin you couldn't trust at all, even if she tried to make it sickly sweet. "We're not stupid. With your.. rumor has it, boyfriend nearly offline I'm wondering how he's going to react to this. Though... It's hard to believe robots have feelings enough to have boyfriends."

When Kin Zaon had grabbed his tail, Proto let out a tiny hiss and the fur bristled. Synthetic, but it definitely acted like real fur. And -excuse you-, to him it felt just like the real thing.

That punch? Yeah, it smarted...a bit. The bot hadn't even moved from the 'force' of the punch. Instead he held a calm, somewhat mocking smirk as the other reeled back and hissed from the pain. Good job Pierce, was your goal to injure yourself?

"For the record, I am not made of tin. But I will pass your ideas along to Dr. Wily and perhaps he will work it into a future set of Robot Masters."
Tinman. With his arch nemesis Canopenerwoman. Yes. Clearly this was a great idea.

Then Kin Zaon was near him again, patting him. The bot growled, eyes narrowing behind his glasses. Flashover's ears were perking a bit, but still he hadn't turned back to the group. Bass was offline. There was no near about it. Ugh, followers. He really had to smack some sense into them.

"I'm starting to think the surprising part is that Citizens have feelings. How heartless must one be to go up to a living thing and set it on fire. Like it or not, robots -are- alive. And I am certain Bass will react by coming here, killing the lot of you, and rescuing me."

Strong words, but his tail was lashing angrily. It, in fact, made a particularly hard lash right into Pierce's side. Fluffy on the outside, the internal structure of the tail was made of a metal skeleton. It was heavy.

Though he was strong and confident on the outside, inside Proto was having a slight mental breakdown. Really...would anyone come for him?

Or would this just be another case of Hope Rides Alone?

The youth let out a small squeak as Pirece showed up. Okay...this was a guy he knew, but didn't know at the same time. He was okay...just a big kid wanting to play as well the youth was about to ask the older male if he wanted to play with Proto too. Then the two adults started talking and his Ma's words came to mind; "Now, Five. Whenever two adults start talking you must never interupt them. Understand?" Five nodded to himself as he took a step back to let the adults talk. Then...Kin Zaon walked in.

"...eh..." he let out the soft sound before sitting on his crate. Yeah...now there were two big kids and he had no idea how to play when girls. He glanced back to Flashover before pouting as he looked forward. He was getting upset and it was showing by the fidgeting hands in his lap.

Pierce's gaze flicked briefly to the newcomer. He straightened, shaking off the pain in his paw and turned a grin back on Proto. HA! Yeah! Stupid robot! Thinking they'd leave the trackers in? Was this thing really that evil doctor's general?? As the robots snarking words addressed his earlier comment, the rebel opened his mouth to make a hot retort. WOOF! The air rushed out of Pierce's gaping maw as he was interrupted by a metal tail to the gut. Staggering aside, he snarled at the metal audio. He looked around briefly before his gaze locked onto his pouting companion. "Hey you! Bring me a pipe." Okay so he wasn't the kid's superior or anything really but he was older, so that made him sort of in charge of the kid, right?

Five squeaked before leaping up to do as he was bidded. The youth looked around with a happy yip as he spotted a pile of pipes. He picked up one and knocked it against his shoe. Making a face as he didn't like the sound...a pipe needed to be strong if it was going to maybe be used to hurt that General. He tried another...nope that one either. Maybe....nah....that one sounded weak. Ah-ha! Finally. He twirled the pipe as he walked back to the others. he held out the pipe to Pierce with a excited, "Here~! This one sounds the strongest!"

Pierce nodded, accepting the pipe. He admired the little rebel's dedication. "Good job, kid! If it works, you can hit him next." Grinning, he ignored the pain in his side and stepped up to the robot once more. "'Scuse me, lady." Pierce rather rudely gave Kin a shove, clearing the way to his target. "If you have feelings, lets see if we can hurt 'em!" Whipping his arm back, the rebel took a swing at Proto's face. The impact reverberated up his arm as the pipe connected, bending it out of proportion.

Now that hit, Proto reacted to. The bot's head moved with the impact, and Pierce earned himself a nice pained yipe from the red bot. His helmet flew off, though glasses still covered his eyes. They had access to his hair now however...and those blue ears of his.

He could swear a few of his teeth were loose after that hit.

But, the hit had done it. There you go Pierce, you had managed to hurt him. And piss him off. Now loudly snarling, Proto was struggling to get at his captors. The magnets continued to hold him firmly in place. Except his tail of course...

Well, that was fine. He could use that too. Within mere seconds the tail had struck Pierce numerous times, slamming into him again and again as the bot continue to snarl his frustrations.

Flashover's attention was quickly drawn to the scene. Incompetent lot of FOOLS.
"Get his tail tied down. NOW"
Seriously, his main team of followers, and one was going to get taken down by a robotic -tail- of all things?!

By now, Proto had burned through what little energy he had in his reserves. He was still growling, but he no longer had the power to hold his tail up. So, instead, he heavily flopped it on Pierce, using the weight to pin him down to the ground.

Pierce lay battered and bruised beneath the tail. Holy s**t that hurt. The pipe had gone flying during the sudden attack, so he struggled to lift it with his bare paws. Flashover had given an order and he intended to follow it, no matter how much pain he was in.
