Custom: Semi
Character Name: Corvanis Nycelle a.k.a Crowen
Race: Feral Khehora
Gender: Male
Clan: Kiandri
Class: Battler
Appearance:Corvanis is a slender male, with narrow bright gold eyes. Flecks of silver can be seen in them if one looked close enough. His eyes are outlined by a rich dark gold which trails down either cheek like tear trails. (CC on whether similar markings are found on other parts of his body), his skin is a pale off gray. (CC again on whether dark gold flecks are scattered over his body). his scales are oval shaped as his horns branch out like
this ...or a similar/smaller version.
His wings are (CC) feathered a rich gray tone fading into black, if not feathered then the gray along the inside as black outlines the wings. His horns either follow his wings or hold a spiral of dark gold in them. He dresses in long flowing outfits of deep golds, black and light blue.
Personality: Prideful~ Proud of his power, breed and family he gets real defensive when someone even hints at a insult towards any of those. This pride will also extend to those he considers allies, praising them for a hard won victory. This can be both good and bad as his Pride will sometimes led him to make a judgmental call or just be a total jerk to someone who he misunderstood. To those he forms a alliance with it will be one of the few things they would adore about him. His allies are praised before he critiques them. They are always defended no matter what.
Observant~ If he ever falls silent...keep an eye on him as he's most likely keeping an eye on you. Corvains has a habit of taking mental notes of everything around him and even of those he meets. He files most notes according to his personal reaction (ex: Hatchet screams in fear and runs---> Amused) so its a fair bet that most people would stare at him. While observing Corvanis tends to relax his shoulders while holding either elbow, his eyes also rarely blink as he thinks.
Protective~ Oh dear lord yes. If something is under his wing, literally, don't even attempt to go near it. Corvanis has this quirk about him, his sensitive about his wings. If he wraps anyone/anything in one then that is the ultimate form of affection from the male. If he considers you his ally, your set. This trait can be linked back to his Prideful Nature, but at the same time it stands alone. This is due to the fact that if sometimes he protects simply because he feels like it.
Honorable~ Corvanis never gets into an unfair fight without just cause. He dislikes seeing an unfair match-up, usually stepping in to tip the scales. This can be applied both ways if the person he's aiding was merely holding back for some twisted sense of pleasure. He will never attack someone from behind as he finds it cowardly. If he gives his word, he upholds it to the extreme.
To sum him up Corvanis is your typical warrior tactician. Or close enough that you wanna smack him for any Observations he makes out-loud. His Pride makes him a little hard-headed at times, while his Protective Instincts lead one to wonder if he's not mentally unstable. His only redeeming trait at first glance seems to be his Honor, but even that can get muddled by the other three.
Biography/Background: Born and raised on Ayr, the male rarely ever left the Great Rocks to travel. Growing up the male never felt any great need to get involved in fights. He had heard of other Khehora and their antics, but never once felt that it involved him. That was until he made a friend in a small magescian family. His mother had warned him against befriending the children...but he didn't listen. A band of raiding Khehorians had heard of the small settlement. Corvanis was told by his Mother that the settlement was going to be attacked, one of the magescian males had done something to anger the raiders. The male flew as fast as he could..arriving too late to save the friends he made. Being young, he was crushed. He couldn't protect his friends and so they died.
After that Corvanis refused to let anyone else near him. If they were a magescian then they were in danger in his young mind. Over the years its become more of a vague memory as he tries to forget through fights and isolation.
Thoughts on the Great Engagement: Its pointless and just a bunch of kids trying to prove their better than the other. Really, everyone just needs to see the bigger picture and take a look at what's been lost in this "war"...
Thoughts on the Magescian Races:» Oblivionites: No souls huh...they move and react well enough. They must have
something in there.
» Orderites: Twinkle toes...but, good at tinkering.
» Dovaa: Consider them cousins. If only they'd stop being irratating then he'd be good with them.
» Hybrids: Huh...that's a lot of combos...fun.
Thoughts on the Dragons and Khehora:Ysali: Small green things...*sncikers*
Ayrala: Head in the clouds, welcome to reality.
Kiandri: Quick little buggers. Also...Family.
Firani: Hotheads.
Peisio: Oh gods...water exercises.
Aiskala: How can they stand to be that cold?
Gaili: Hardheaded.
Khehora: If they would stop being territorial jerks for five minutes he might just be okay with outsiders.
Statistics: -oh crap look what the naga forgot already-
