Back in the days when I was just an innocent self-taught beginner in Alchemy, I carried the Aspiring Alchemist with pride and looked forward more complex endeavors. So I remember with fondness the first concoction I did on my own, the Duck in a Box.
I remember carrying those ridiculous Gifts and one tiny innocent Shy Duck to what would become my crafting room, hoping I could craft it quickly and as painlessly as possible for poor little ducky.
I succeeded, and I must confess, a few more duckies shared the same fate.
Do you remember what was the first formula you crafted? (other than the Aspiring Alchemist) How was it?

xd Yeah... I do.
So... While somewhere off in another part of the world innocent Shy Ducks were being transmuted... In another part of the world a little lost Alchemist was wandering the busy streets. Everywhere around her, there were master alchemists, high and mighty -- she wanted to be just like them!
After wandering half a day cluelessly, she gave a heavy sigh and plopped down on the cold concrete floor of an alleyway. She stared at the ground in defeat. When she looked up, a most beautiful person was staring right back. The person smiled and reached out a hand.
She said, "Here, 10 Giant Lollipops. Can you help me craft these?"
...And that was the beginning of a wonderful journey ^___^!!

This is where MoMo shared her first concoction with us ^~^ The sound you hear is the duck's realization of it's impending fate xd

Giant Lollipops! Indeed what a sweet way to start your journey. Definitely better than the duck sacrifice i committed. I'm starting to think that those first items crafted show a little about the Alchemists personality.
This Larkadroid Alchemist sounds like a kind soul, had to find around! I'd be honored if they could join this conversation! Feel free to invite them aboard!
Back to the Lollipops, i must confess maybe i have just crafted one of those in my lifetime, I can barely remember mingling with sticky sweet stuff.
What happen with those giant Lollipops? Do you know? My poor transmuted ducks ended up in the Marketplace, being sold for a few gold coins... The guilt was heavy on my shoulders and i couldn't stand hearing the muffled sounds coming from inside the boxes... emotion_0A0

Well let's see here....
my first official alchemy formula completed was Arcana Break!
hmmm my first formula was Formula 1:Orb Aggregate T wT I know its silly but still After that I crafted till level 3 and I gived up x-x cause it was to expensive.But after a while i saw the angelic wings(medium) and I knew they were gonna be mine!!! Also got me even more in to it cause of the achievements >u<..and here I am at almost lvl 10 =D

Oh gods, it's been so long since I made my first Forumlae... and yet I still haven't reached Level 2.
I believe it was my little Aspiring Alchemist item.
As for the others... it must have been caches, or pink giftboxes, or attempts to make some CI.
I think mine might have been the orb Aggregate ( I can't remember the name exactly). It's been so long now that I can't remember the feeling of being a new Alchemist though. xd

My first was... Orb Aggregates. :u I had fun making them, because I eventually used them in level 3 for the Mint Sundae Sweets Formula. ^^
I think mine might have been the orb Aggregate ( I can't remember the name exactly). It's been so long now that I can't remember the feeling of being a new Alchemist though. xd
I actually started playing zOMg because of the orb aggregates xd But by the time I got high enough CL in game to hoard the orbs, I had already passed level 3 emotion_sweatdrop

I think my first concoction was a Philosopher's Cache. Although...the Duck in a Box was the first thing I was actually proud of. I paraded that duck around with nothing but a smile. Hehehe
