I got the bamboo...I think it's the splash one well it took awhile to get the thing to work right for Paint tool sai...you gotta do some fiddling to get it to work I left my brother to handle that nooow I shall show you all my first attempt at using it blaugh  he does need cleaned up a bit more. I am happy with how he turned out. okay I cleaned him up...>.> think I'm getting the hang of the tablets

I wish I could find my old art you would all laugh so hard...I used to have binders FULL of drawings

I just haven't even felt like drawing lately because it's so ridiculously cold. My hands are too cold to be holding a pencil for hours on end. That's why I haven't finished any of the backed art that I owe. I may not start until it gets warmer. When I got my first "how to draw manga" book, I did slightly copy a few of the pics, but I'd always alter them in color and outfit so it wouldn't be a complete copy. Those were some of my derpier attempts. While I do prefer freestyle, it is harder because I don't have reference for a lot of the poses I try. Truth be told, I'm not sure that what I draw can even be considered manga characters. I try to do my art based on the Shoujo style, but the face shape is never right and the eyes are never in the right place. Plus, I tend to make my female character too busty to be considered true Shoujo. They're more like Bishoujo. I learned a lot from it! the author/artist had a pretty simple style and now looking at my art I see it's pretty simple in the face...XD I still have art to finish biggrin now that I have my tablet I think I'm going to redraw Kags bust art or was it head art? o.o if I had to say I think my art looks more shonen
