Basically you paint polish on a clear glass cabochon, then glue it to a ring/necklace base. You just have to remember to pain in the reverse order that you would if you were painting your nails. I have so many.... sooo many..... over 200 bottles. o Ao It takes some practice. xP Definitely not you. xD

Lol nail polish is the only "makeup" I use and I think of it more as an accessory than makeup anyway. xD I am actually working on a pendant now. xP
