Alright, we've had our break from this, and in that time, I've come up with a few things.

First of all, anything that violates the rules of the guild likely also violates Gaia's own ToS. So there's no need to come up with a new set of arbitrary rules that essentially echo that. If Chrono and Angel really have a problem with each other, then they can deal with it themselves. If Cartwright and I have a scuffle about what frilly shirts to wear for our tag team (an example...for now...), then we will work it out like adults. I'll simply say this: if any sort of issue that doesn't concern the community in any way is brought to the public light, I will promptly lock said thread, leave a warning with it, and hopefully that's all that need be done. If it continues, you get the hammer, though only temporarily. I will institute a 24-hour ban on a second offense. No "Wrestlers Court". No contracts. No more nonsense. If that seems fair, then moving right along.

Second, we don't do much here in regard to guild camaraderie. Our only deal is the BitB awards, and I really think we can do more than that. I propose we come up with new ideas for things to do, contests for prizes. One I had in mind was a promo contest, another for art or architecture. Hell, even one where we create the coolest/craziest character on 2k14 and showcase them for votes here. Lets get those ideas flowing.

Finally, I am letting everyone know that starting today, everyone, YES EVERYONE, has a clean slate. We know what people have done in the past, but its in the past. If you've still got a beef with someone about something that happened yesterday, last week, last month, etc., deal with it as adults, or just let it go, because frankly, it isn't that important, now is it?

You might be wondering why I'm saying "I" rather than "We." I'm simply making my intentions clear. You are now accountable for what you say/do. I'm giving you notice about this beforehand, so that bellyaching won't occur when it does happen to you. I'm also putting the rest of the crew on notice; if I catch a whiff of any of you not being impartial on issues, or pandering, or "dickriding" as some want to call it, I will personally let you know what a bad move that is.

Its time we got this community back on track. Lets get this s**t started.
