Of course she is! I mean, if you play certain sections of "O Green World" backwards, you can very clearly hear 2D singing "Noodle is dead, yeah. Miss her, miss her, miss her!" And haven't you noticed the blatant references to death (especially Noodle's death) in other Gorillaz songs?
Nah, I just totally pulled that out of thin air (with many bits borrowed from the "Paul is Dead" Beatles conspiracy.) Who knows what really happened to Noodle? Unless someone here's affiliated with the Gorillaz Partnership, I'm as clueless as anyone. Time will tell (and the Kids With Guns single, which is set to be released in May/June, at least that's what Two Dents Tusspot and I considered.)

I don't think she's dead at all, I think they were just trying to provoke emotion through the video. Which obviously worked since the whole Gorillaz fandom is upset. The video had a message, and if the only message you got out of it was"OHNOES Noodle!!!1" then you aren't seeing the real message.
