We meet, in the name of Filiae Aqua (Daughter of Water), under the willow tree to chatter, dream, share and wish each other tranquility and happiness. This is the home of the daughters of Hydro, but, of course, anyone is welcome to dip into our conversation.Mente tua abrogare. Alea iacta est.

We're in second place at the moment, girls! Here are the point allocations:
Main RP posts: 50 points. HSRP posts: 40 points. Mini RP/Event RP posts: 30 points. Chatter Forum posts: 5 points. Non-challenge Guild Event posts: 15 points. Challenge posts: 10 points. Other posts - thread replies, etc.: 3 points.
That means, if we post everywhere at least once every day, we'll easily make more than 150 points a day. That's the minimum requirement, else you'll have a very angry swan on your neck. *smiles sweetly* Of course, valid excuses like tests and such are accepted. Post them here, though - so we can prepare for the gap. But, so good so far! Keep up the good work!
With the admin out of the way, how is everyone coping with life? c:

Morning, duckies!
"The magnitude of pleasure reaches its limit in the removal of all pain. When such pleasure is present, so long as it is uninterrupted, there is no pain either of body or of mind or of both together." - Epicurus
Last night (in my time) we reached first place with 201 points. I'm really proud of you for managing all that within a day! Keep it up!
Don't work too hard that you forget to have fun, though, and be at peace. Have a great day! x

So, what does our anthem mean?
Eivor - Undo your Mind http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PrvAWuGzAVs&desktop_uri=/watch?v=PrvAWuGzAVs
in the water crystal clear on the earth and in the air in the shadow in the light in the day and in the night filled with fear filled with faith the one who´s true the one who betrays will you surrender before it´s too late do you believe in the golden gates i can feel it all around in every song in every sound in the mountains in the trees i feel it in the air i breathe hear the whisper in your ear i´m in love i do not fear inside your heart beneath your skin it´s in the dream you're living in can you rise from the dirt can you love like you´ve never been hurt if you´ve been hurt can you still believe can you set your spirit free undo your mind undo your mind you are the seeker you are the child you are the lion running wild
How would you interpret this? I think there's a lot of meaning in the lyrics, including a valuable life lesson. What does it mean to you? How does it make you feel?

Correction: After "I feel it in the air I breathe" there should be the chorus of "Undo your mind." Also, it's not "Can you rise from the dirt," but "Can you rise from the dead." It doesn't rhyme, but those are the words. Tell you what, if you can figure out the reason this is your theme and the possible meaning it has to that end, I will give you 20 points. emotion_awesome -LONG LIVE AERO- -AD MORTEM-

I know this is pretty vague, but here's what I have so far: (now back to my studies)
in the water crystal clear (water is reflective; reflection implies thinking about thinking; that implies the art of philosophy; philosophy is knowledge/wisdom)
on the earth and in the air (water is present in every form of life or life-hosting substance)
in the shadow in the light in the day and in the night (water has a neutral disposition regarding good and evil; it is equally consistent in existence despite the time of day or the situation – water never really disappears. It only evaporate and condensate)
filled with fear filled with faith (there’s an element of hope and weakness)
the one who´s true (true to her quest for knowledge, perhaps)
the one who betrays (she “betrays” her sisters by choosing followers)
will you surrender before it´s too late (a threat, perhaps? She is power-hungry and seeks to dominate the others. OR she is addressing herself, telling herself to surrender to them before she loses their companionship)
do you believe in the golden gates (Another possible threat; do you believe in an after-life? This might also refer to the water cycles. OR she might be suicidal.) i can feel it all around in every song in every sound in the mountains in the trees i feel it in the air i breathe (Again, water is everywhere. Or is what she’s done haunting her?) hear the whisper in your ear i´m in love (in love with knowledge?) i do not fear inside your heart beneath your skin it´s in the dream you're living in (You’re living an illusion. This might refer to the reflections again. Our interpretations to life are our illusions – they are not reality, yet they seem real to us. Reality is relative? Anyway…) can you rise from the dead (another suggestion at after-life, the forbidden art of necromancy/resurrection, and the cycle of water) can you love like you´ve never been hurt if you´ve been hurt can you still believe can you set your spirit free (I feel a vibe of: I have to prove myself. They have undermined me. They have belittled me. I need to fight for my worth.) undo your mind undo your mind
you are the seeker you are the child you are the lion running wild (Both intelligence/inquisitive and wild; weak and strong.)
You are the master You are the slave You are the door of your hiding place… (You are the only person who can change your circumstances. You trap/protect yourself like the “door” – shield/seclude yourself off from others. It is only within your power to make a difference.)
How would you interpret this? I think there's a lot of meaning in the lyrics, including a valuable life lesson. What does it mean to you? How does it make you feel?

Good evening, sweet. yum_puddi
I'm doing fine, thank you. School's a bit hectic. I'm writing Information Skills tomorrow and still only have a vague idea about what's going on in Access. It's such a useless subject, really. There's no use complaining, though. We all have our boulders to overcome.
How are you?
Oh, and I have a little something for you little duckies! It's a Taste of Herbs Cookbook! yum_strawberry Download it quickly before the free-period ends (it ends this Saturday)!
Here's the link for the download: [link] And the email that notified me of it:Quote: Hey there! For this month's HerbMentor News, we have a cookbook for you. Just go ahead and it download it. It's REALLY good. I mean, Rosalee and I had this LONG discussion about if we should sell this or give it away. We decided to give it away....for now. No opt in. I was actually thinking of going as a child of the forest: flowy ruffled layered dresses, antique white in colour along with brown and some hints of other earthy colours, and bare feet (because it's Spring and relatively warm outside). I think I'll braid my hair the night before so it'll curl in waves, and wear a headdress of lace and ribbons and random seed pods and berries and deer antlers. How about you?

Since we're all girls in this team, let's do some quizzes and get to know each other while the event lasts.
1. What is your favourite food/dessert and why? 2. What languages do you speak? 3. What is your dream house like? 4. Do you believe in soulmates/love? Why/why not? 5. What are your favourite subjects/topics of research? 6. What perfume do you use? 7. If you were offered custom clothing of your own design (for free and of good quality), what would you come up with? 8. What plants/trees/flowers would you plant in your ideal garden? Name only 3-5 of each. 9. What colour is your cellphone? 10. What do you want out of life? 11. If you were granted one wish, what you wish for? 12. How do you plan on raising your children one day (if you plan on having any)?
