BuildKörperbau:XXXXXXXXXX Vincent is a bit shorter than most people his age and gender, and also a bit lighter than them too. As such, his body type has been classified as slim, but due to the intensive training given by his father, Vincent has an athletic muscle build despite his small frame. His muscles are mostly toned in his legs and torso, as his arms don't receive as much attention as the rest of him due to the way he trains. Vincent has enough of a lack of muscle to be more flexible than most, as he needs as much freedom to move as possible to fight the way he does. Even so, given all of this information, Vincent's body is not meant for straight-up confrontation where the odds are not to his favor.

PersonalityPersönlichkeit:XXXXXX Vincent Morrison, otherwise known as Tracer by his friends...and Exile by everybody else. He has an apathetic, or even bleak depending on the situation, outlook on the futility of his own life and the efforts of others. He doesn't pretend to have enough belief in his comrades, or even himself for that matter. Although nobody can really discern it, Vincent keeps everybody away by amplifying that dark cloud called hopelessness...and he mostly does it for their own good. He knows that one day there's a chance he won't be fast enough, strong enough, or smart enough to carry his team, and if he ends up dead he'll only end up hurting everybody. Due to his realistic outlook on the world, he no longer has the same bright eyes he did in her childhood. His eyes are always half-closed, and he refuses to smile...even if he does, it ends up looking a lot like a pained grimace. As such, he keeps the name Exile, and distances himself from others for no other reason than his fear.

He obtained the name Tracer from another personality trait that he claims isn't all too unique to him. Vincent may not have been the smartest person in the world, but he does have enough knowledge to "trace" a route before he follows it. He calls it thinking ahead, and thinking about all the possible outcomes of a situation. Vincent doesn't believe in "heartfelt effort" or anything that falls in to that category, but he does instead believe in planning for the worst. He also takes that "tracing" trait in to battle with him, which actually earned him that name from his youth. He assumed his friend's movements as they had a friendly bout, and through intensive planning and assumptions based off previous encounters, he was able to down his friend easily. From then on, his friends simply began to call him "Tracer" when he took on that serious expression he gets when she's deep in thought.

In truth, Vincent tries to avoid conversation or saying anything about himself at all. He doesn't want people to know much about her or to be close to him. He feels that losing anybody would be too painful, and even with his personality traits, he doesn't know if it'd be possible to carry on if he lost a dear friend. He's afraid of leading an empty life when his entire being is based on the people who stand with him. That fear is one of the things that gives him the courage to keep fighting, but like with all of his fears, he never shows anybody what he's feeling.

Aside from his apathy and tendency to think far too much, he has other personality traits which make him a bit more human that he wants to be. Vincent can't help but fall asleep many times across a single day, but even then when somebody tries to disturb him he'll claim he was still working. Sometimes that's true since Vincent moves around in his sleep, often thrashing about, sitting straight up, or walking around as if he's awake. He's embarrassed by how much he sleeps, but refuses to actually comment on why he seems so tired all the time. He can be pleasant when he desires to, and he feels on a higher degree than most people, but it embarrasses him to even think about showing more than his worst side to people. After all, to survive in a violent world, you need to be just as violent as the world that created you. That means he's not beyond sacrifice, but of what is debatable...

██████████████████████ ███████

Vincent Ilinichina Morrison was born on the day of a new year to a simple family who lived a similarly simple life, at least, on the outside. Vincent was bred by his drill sergeant of a father to be stronger and better than his brother, and at the same time, their father was ordering Vincent's brother to overtake the competition. Vincent and Sunset were both in fierce competition for a long while, and it made Vincent's family proud that the both of them wanted to surpass the other. It became a way of life, and eventually, sibling rivalry turned to bitter hatred.

Each competition became fiercer, more dangerous, and both siblings were injured more severely every day. Eventually, Vincent was the only one to return home...he was covered in blood and had a lifeless look about him, but that was the least surprising of the day's events. He dragged back the corpse of his older brother, or rather, he brought back Sunset's head alone. When asked what happened, Vincent could not form words in reply...he couldn't understand, and refused to do so when he was old enough to know what happened. The void left by his brother began to turn to anger, and anger directed at nothing would be directed at everything.

One night, Vincent attacked his father during a training session...he overpowered the boy, but instead of rage, Vincent couldn't stop crying. The memories came back to him, and he knew well enough why Sunset was gone. They challenged each other to a race outside of the walls, and that race resulted in Sunset being crushed and having his body eaten. Vincent was only able to bring back his head because it came off when his body was broken. Vincent knew it was him that caused his death, and he knew it was wrong to have snuck out like that...the only reason he was alive was because he froze and didn't go too far from home.

He blamed his father, he blamed his family, he blamed the world, but mostly...he blamed himself. All of that anger began to subside, and Vincent began to speak less and less each day. He began to pester his father to train with him every day, if only to vent some of his lingering frustrations. He was curious about Vincent's new drive, but he only had one reply. Even through tear-choked breaths, Vincent knew exactly what he was going to say from the moment he lost her brother. It was something he kept inside forever, but only recently cried out in response to the pain and sorrow of losing a loved one.

"I hate them!"

Yes...hate was the word, but it wasn't strong enough to describe it. Vincent hated the hand fate dealt him, and he was doing her best to erase what he considered his biggest failure. Vincent devoted himself fully to his studies, and strove to become what Sunset could not. He strove to erase the memory that haunted his every sleep...that he remembered every time she looked in a mirror and saw his own dead eyes. The only real way to forget the pain was to cause pain...the only thing he could do was kill. He could kill the one that made his life a living hell...it became his drive. His father's military experience was absorbed with greater attention each day, and the more he learned, the more confident he felt.

Confidence turned to cockiness, however, and a cocky nature was one that could get somebody killed. As the years passed on, Vincent's pain began to dull, but he never ceased her training. Eventually, he befriended a member of the Stationary Guard known as Axel. The two shared how they felt about what they'd experienced through life, about what they lost, and about what they planned to do. Axel lauded Vincent for his bravery, but he noted an underlying...stupidity for lack of a better word. He explained to Vincent how dangerous a job like his was, and continually tried to dissuade him from following the same path as the Scouts or anybody else. Vincent decided that she was going to prove him wrong, and one of his new goals was to join Axel in protecting what was left of humanity.

However...one day he didn't see Axel anymore. Two, three, and four days passed without sight of him, and he began to believe that the worst had come to pass. But...that was impossible, right? Axel always stayed inside, so how would he have died? Could he have snuck out like he did for some reason? Did something malfunction? Did he fall from a high height right in to the hands of a Titan? The possibilities were endless, but one thing was clear...Axel wasn't coming home ever again. That familiar pain was there again, and once more, Vincent was left absolutely alone. He began to believe it was stupid of him to think that anybody would live forever, but everybody's lives were far too short in that violent world. He had to do something with what she had...

The art of war, tactics, and a belief to hold on to...these were the things Vincent engraved in to his heart. He chose to forget that pain as well as he could, but it still lingered whenever he spoke. Vincent made his choice well enough, and it was to give his life for what was left of humanity, no matter the consequence. If he were to die, nobody would miss him, but if everybody were to die, then every effort made towards this point would've been without reason. He couldn't imagine that kind of a future, and changing it may have been the reason he was raised the way he was. All that remains is to see what final hands fate will play for him...death or life beyond.
