RULES:
This is one of those add-a-sentence story games! Except this time around you can add paragraphs if you want to. The limit of words you can have is 200. I'll erase anything that comes after that limit whether it leaves a sentence openended or not. ( In fact, open ended sentences are totally okay! )
The story contains four solid characters. All of these characters can die, but at least one must survive. More characters can be added, but the adder has to give a brief personality description.
No characters are allowed to be rescued from death. If they're dead, they're dead. This doesn't mean that you can suddenly kill off everyone or suddenly make everyone suddenly realizes they're in rabu w/ eachother and gets 2geda. Unless there are joke posts, I'll just delete those. uwu
Generally this game is about the story path/plot. Backstory information has already been made. (ask me/Ji cause these are our characters but idk if she remembers anything so yeah just ask me (y) ) Anyone can play, despite not rp'ing in Da Hood!
Feel free to add pictures! But you don't have to.
BACKSTORY:
A day like any other, Tri complains about the words of the storybook he found changing. Cecilia,Max,Haneul and Arthur begin to attempt to read it, and find two seperate stories -- one about two princes, and the other about two princesses -- before the words suddenly start swirling together.
Tri explains that he found the book next to a man crying on the bench, saying that the stranger had been wailing that it 'was all the book's fault'. When Tri took the book the stranger simply warned him 'not to touch the middle'.
The words form a rotating circle on the page, ever changing. When the circle is touched a pair of princesses (red and blue) and princes (gold and silver) appear. The silver prince runs away and they chase after him, and after a while the red princess finds him. He escapes back into the book with the red princess hot on his heels, the blue princess and gold prince soon disappearing in a puff of air.
The book seems to have stopped changing words, and now shows all four of the royalty. Instead however, it seems that the story will change depending on who writes in the book...
Once upon a time there was an Red Princess, a Gold Prince, a Blue Princess and a Silver Prince. They had all known each other since they were kids.
Yumi;THE NEW QUEEN / RED PRINCESS
The second youngest of the group, the new crowned queen of the Eastern Kingdom after her parents are lost in an assassin's attack. Raised under a strict asian style upbringing, she isn't the best with strangers and usually doesn't talk much in the presence of them. After her parent's death she has become more wary and is trying her best to take the role of the poker-face queen her parents would have wanted her to be. She is fairly mild mannered and likes to make jokes or play pranks, but has quite the temper. She has a soft spot for Shasha and is quite often awkward to go about touching the girl; the opposite rules for Aeron, who she trusts and is most comfortable around due to his role in her life. Fantastic with knives, and prone to flaring up if being accused of being weak. Her spirit animal is that of a phoenix.
Aeron;THE TRAITOR / GOLD PRINCE
The oldest of the group, and the prince of the lost Northern-Arabian kingdom, his family was taken in by the Eastern kingdom after the Western kingdom caused their fall. He mildly acts as the big brother role, and is a pretty smart individual when it comes down to it. Kind of a dork, though. He works as Yumi's guard and believes that she is not ready for the throne; he has taken it upon himself to court her, but unfortunately is brushed off despite the claims of love. Aeron personally believes it is his responsibility to marry her, after his own spirit animal murdered her parents. Often the more powerful your spirit animal is the harder it is to control it; Aeron unfortunately was given a unicorn, a being so overwhelmingly grand that it does not pay much attention to his orders. He is protective of Shasha and is disappointed in the way Linos has changed.
Shasha;THE OBLIVIOUS PRINCESS / BLUE PRINCESS
Shasha is the princess of the Southern kingdom, a place whos culture is closest to Native Indian. She is the second oldest of them all, an elegant and sweet girl who is cared about by the other three. Recent knowledge says that she does not know how to fight. This may be wrong.
Shasha is engaged to Linos, much to her dismay -- she believes Linos disagrees to the marriage as much as she does. Due to the heavy debt her kingdom owes the western kingdom after an incredibly bad drought, her parents had intended to marry her off to Linos. They changed their mind when they decided that their daughter should be married off to the person she loved, but when the messenger was sent he was assassinated and ignored. The western kingdom claims to have not received the message. Her hope has been renewed since the group of royalty has decided to go off on the adventure of finding a fabled magical ring that may not even exist. While she may be a sort of 'damsel in distress', she is presumably anything than useless -- after all, she is vital to keeping the group together. Her mystic animal is that of a cockatoo.
Linos;THE CROWN PRINCE / SILVER PRINCE
The youngest of the group, and the current Crown Prince of the Western-Russian/European Kingdom. With a wide arrange of brothers, Linos has won many competitions against them while young to achieve the spot of Crown Prince. He doesn't bother entering them anymore, as it is practically guaranteed he will be king. An incredible fighter, he puts on the facade of a cold but smiley sort of prince. He eventually lost contact with the rest of the group as soon as he started his winning streak, so is the most unfamiliar with the group. Used to be a total loser as a kid. Actually still is a total loser.
He wants Aeron to notice how incredible he's grown up to be, considering Linos clung to the oldest while they were younger.
After realizing that Shasha's kingdom was on the verge of destruction Linos pushed for marriage, not wanting the girl to go through what Aeron had to. (An event he still feels guilty about despite the fact he was a child then.) He personally does not care whether or not he gets married to her; it isn't as if he particularly dislikes her, and Linos views marriage as a bind of convenience more than anything. His spirit animal is a dragon.
The youngest Silver Prince of the most powerful kingdom was destined to marry the Blue Princess. The Gold Prince, Red Princess and Blue Princess traveled to his kingdom to receive a hearing. They were shocked to see how much their crybaby friend had changed! But the Red Queen stood firm, pushing away past relations to argue with the Silver Prince about the debt the Blue Princess's kingdom owed.
The Silver Prince finally got an idea after half-assed deliberation, remembering the magic ring that the group once read a fairytale about. "Search and bring my kingdom that ring," The prince said with a smile on his face, "And surely my father will forgive their debt."
The Gold Prince was doubtful. "That was just a fairytale, wasn't it?" He questioned. The Red Queen stood up, determination in her eyes.
"We agree." She announced coolly. The Gold Prince jerked in surprise, whispering in her ear about what she was doing. She silently requested him to trust her, turning back to the Silver Prince. "But you must accompany us. To ensure this isn't a ploy to kill us off so your kingdom will have even more land."
The Silver Prince laughed, and the Blue Princess looked astounded. She was sure he would never do such a thing! But the Silver Prince agreed.
They would set off on their journey, the four of them. Together as if they were children once more.
"Ah, yes." The Silver Prince added in as an afterthought as the three of them began to exit. "My condolences toward your family, Yumi. I'm sure they would be so proud to see you, if they could with their noses in the carpet."
The Red Princess gripped her fists into tight balls, not missing a beat as she stepped out. The Gold Prince spared a glance back, giving a disapproving look.
...There was two princesses and princes. They decided to first travel to the mountains, hoping to stop by a nearby village to see if there was any info. They were going undercover so they wouldn't be caught, and so they began to travel...
((Game is open! You don't necessarily have to write all write-y like. It can be just like 'they ran into a dragon!'. Just a sentence is fine, as well.))
Hot-damn! When you have 8 legs, boy can you dance! These were giant legs though, they crashed down around everyone. It was a bit scary for the colourful party, so they
