WE ARE HIRING FOR TiH MINIS! Come help, kupo!
Requirements:
- A WORKING knowledge on TiH Minipets, or at least how the site operates. We're not asking for much here, just knowledge on how to navigate the minipets site
- You do not need to be an active rper in TiH to apply, but you WILL be able to win student AND minipet rewards for your work, please see payment below
- YOU MUST HAVE AN AIM ACCOUNT. The minipets moderators need to be able to contact you!
- For the purpose of handing out prizes, please have a minipets account as well
- You must be able to commit yourself to this project for more than a month. For the shop's safety, we will not distribute prizes for new minipets staff until the month's probation has passed. That means you will be put on temporary probation for the first month. If you continue your efforts after the first month, we will unlock prizes accessible to you.
- It is an additional bonus if you are active in the thread or minipets site already, but not necessary.
- If you have working PHP or SQL knowledge, we are also looking to hire a more technical coding moderator that deals with minipets glitches, please let us know below! THIS IS A BONUS NOT A REQUIREMENT
Additional roles:
- We need a lot of help for our upcoming holiday events, whether it is colouring or creating minis of your own!
But we don't just ask you to do this for nothing!
Compensation:
- Minis artists get x2 of everything the create, common, uncommon, rare, rare elite. They are allowed to make an SE minipet for themselves OR their friends when they earn enough credits. They may also enter our free monthly staff raffle we have for a full custom tih character, once they are fully out of probation.
- Minis artists also get fun prizes and an option to help participate in cool events. We are looking for all, those who can simply colour, those you can draw, and anything in between!

I would like to apply for a minipets artist! My Gaia experience: I'd say I have been working in soquili for several years. I also have:
-worked in Tears of Evelos
- coloured in East of Eden before
- Worked in Clip~Clop
- Selling lineart for 2k a piece *SHOT*

Comments
- Do not know PHP or SQL.
-Not very active in TiH Minipets but should be able to learn the ropes.
- Will be busy till end of the year so not so keen on drawing from scratch yet (at least not till Nov). Colouring seems ok. I like colouring to relieve stress.
- Do not mind longer probation because of this.

My minipets account: cerena
Samples of my work (colouring) : Here is a gallery of my Capracans work. (Note -- I did not do Lulu, only certed her. The rest are mine tho.) These were all done on a template that included shading. I often did a lot of lineart edits. These are about 3-4 years old -- I haven't done any template editing since then.
Samples of my work (unique) : N/A (I am not good at critters)I am also a programmer -- I've done a lot of PHP work before, and have done stuff with MySQL databases. I'd be happy to apply for the technical coding moderator!

I would like to apply for a minipets artist! My Gaia experience: Um. WELL. I own Whimsicals, which is currently on a long term hiatus. I've worked at My Little Pony, Digi Destined, Ocean Discoveries, Anthrobreedables, and Tribal Dragons: Dewis. It is possible I've worked elsewhere and forgot. I also currently have a few races I color at FaeKats.
