Bio (Up to five sentences minimum):
The sylph demon of silver bullets A.K.A. Anna Gaelard was raised in a meister/witch family, the pair had known long before their powers as meister and witch respectively were discovered and so the bond between one another was not broken by the differences between their sides. The world however had different plans, for the village they live in vanquished witches with a blind worship to lord Death. The mother had to ran away and find haven in the witches dimension in which Anna was raised.
The more she grew up the more she showed her traits to be similar as those of her father, however by her late teens she was able to perform her first traits as a witch, main reason why she was able to stay. Prism, light, and energy based shots was her gift to the world, around with a clay like soul which adapted with the incantation she learn in order to buff herself up.
At her 20's she departed the witch dimension to face this world that had forsaken her family, living up as a mercenary and performing some clean ups. Her reputation was almost perfect, she may fail the intent once. But she had always got the job done.

- Every attack she makes has an accuracy percentage.
Everyone may dodge her attacks flawlessly Anna rolls a 100 sided dice with each attack and scoring a number above the percentage of accuracy of the move means the attack had missed.
I. E.
Most of her moves are 50% if she score scores values 51-100 you are pretty much safe without the tinniest scratch.
If she uses 1 stack then the moves are 60% so you'll be safe within 61-100, but still a descent match.
Watch out for her stacks tho, DNLHF Do Not Let Her Farm or you are gonna have a baaaad time.

- After every attack she gains 1 Dead eye Stack.

Her basic attacks are 50% accurate. (Max 1 per post without a skill or Spell is activated)
+.... Magic Empowered Bullets (Passive)
She may use stacks to activate her skills.
She can use as many dead eye stacks to add 10% accuracy * number of stacks played to her Attack's/ Skills in the current post.
Each basic attack is empowered by the same stacks if spent on basic attacks. But must be calculated individually.
Each Skill 's accuracy must be Empowered separately.
The stacks are lost upon use and may need to charge up again before being used again.
Stacks spent for activation of spells do not trigger empowered bullet's effect.
+.... Quick draw (Passive)
Every 3 turns, she may shot an extra basic attack at the start of the post.
This means she gets 2 basic attacks every 3 turns.
Quickdraw also generates a stack.
If Quickdraw hits, she gets an extra stack.
Quickdraw always comes first.
In example if she goes for a Quickdraw, then basic attack + skill.
She needs to roll 3 100 sided dices for each attack.
The first one will determine if Quickdraw was successful or not.
The second number will determine if the basic attack was successful or not.
Third one will determine the skill. (If multiple skills are used due to effects then you may need to roll an extra number for said skill. Also, the last Dice determine's Bright stance's chance)
Spells/Powers: (Up to 8 Ex: Fire, Necromancy, etc.)
+.... Silver Stance - [ cost: 1 stack ]
- Upon activation she gains attack speed gaining an additional stack after an attack or combo ( 1 extra stack per post).
Also quickdraw shot gains additional 10% accuracy before stack's calculation.
This effects are only active by the following while Silver stance is active.
Switching stances automatically cancels this stance.
+.... Bright Stance - [ cost: 2 stacks ]
- Upon activation she gains additional evasiveness.
Every time she's involved in combat, roll a 100 sided Dice.
If the number is 1- 20 or 81 - 100 she evades the attack successfully .
21 - 40 or 61 -80 she receives half damage.
41 or 60 gets the whole attack.
This effect is only active while Radiant Stance is active Switching stances automatically cancels this stance.
Blocking completely an attack will cancel Bright Stance.
+.... Radiant Stance - [ cost: 3 stacks ]
- Upon activation she has a 20% chance to land an extra skill in the same post at the end of your combo. (That extra skill has the same base accuracy as Radiant stance.)
You may offer up Dead Eye stacks to increase it's probability by 10% per stack.

+.... Frenzy Line Barrel - [ Base Accuracy 50% ] [cost: 1 stack]
- Roll a 1-100 sided dice. She attack's the same number of times as the dice dictates according to the next chart.
1-10 = She attacks 5 time
11-20= She attacks 4 times
21- 30 = She attacks 3 times
31 - 40 = she attacks 2 times
41- 50 = she attacks 1 time
51 -100 = The attack misses.

If she scores score above the accuracy level, you evade ALL the bullets. (Doesn't generate stacks)
If you get hit, Anna gains 1 stack per hit.

- This technique can only be used while on Radiant Stance.
Upon Activation she dashes in an all way out burst of magic bullets. Striking up to 5 times with magical bullets.

1-10 = She attacks 5 time
