When they found themselves under attack, the shadow beasts scattering to the wind, Rep was ready to fight. He didn't try to sneak around, instead he charged in head on to face the knight. He wasn't ******** afraid of anyone, not when he had a weapon to use half as deadly as this one.

Rep gave the knight a very critical look, stepping out of the way of the swing before it even connected. "Aye. It is kind of." He brought the scythe around in a follow up strike to the miss, catching the hooked wicked curve of the blade against the back of the figure's head.
He felt like it should have been serrated black feathers, but it was close enough.
Rep was actually having fun. He felt like it should be a regular part of his life to ransack knights and raid castles. The hallway was narrow, and that alone was enough to make him pause a little. Narrow hallways in castles, especially ones with slits in the walls made him feel uneasy, as if he'd been somewhere or played something in the past that ingrained a gut feeling in him.
He proceeded with a mixture of caution and haste, dodging pressure plates, spikes, arrow traps and at one point even a boulder which rolled through the ******** bastards." he growled at the other end, dusting chicken feathers which inexplicably had been dropped on him at the end, off of his coat.
A beartrap, mace, spikedrop, and spewed flame later, he regretted it. But he was fine. He could walk it off. He coughed up smoke and cleared it from around his head.

Rep wasn't too happy to see a room with tiles in it. Not happy at all. He wasn't sure why it triggered some deep and mortal dread in him, but the fact remained that it did. He made his way across and ended up feeling a bit better for it. Right up until in a spectacular finale one of the companions was murdered brutally by mistake and he got burned.

A companion reaches out and pulls you to safety, taking your place! Except... they're gone. Lose a companion. CRUNCH. You can still hear your companion's screams of pain as they suffer heavy damage. Take 50% HP loss (ie if you are 30/40, take 15 damage).
He felt a twinge of guilt at the guy who'd pushed Rep out of the way...and...s**t, this was kind of brutal.

In the next room was just about the most terrifying son of a b***h he'd ever seen. Despite being fairly confident in his abilities, they conveniently had brought with them a herd of what Rep fondly liked to think of as meat shields. The last room had given him a genius idea and taking one of the shadow people aside, he told the guy to lead the valiant charge against their armoured assailant. He wasn't too happy but with assurances they'd be right behind him, he moved forward.

Harrison plucked a cup from the back wall.
"Guess I am kinda thirsty."
He holds the cup up, with the intention of saying something. Something he...said when he drank...
Hell, he couldn't remember.
He just tilted it towards Rep, and knocked it back.
Immediately he started to fill in, and his memories started to fill in too, although it was still on the hazy side. He was better dressed, for one thing. A richly pink shadow-cloak replaced his jacket, and sturdy shadow-gloves wrapped around his hands.
"Jack, that's good. You gotta try this," he said, wiping his mouth and holding the cup out to Rep.

Rep froze and eyed Harrison as he changed and shifted, not sure what to think about it and suddenly hesitant. But trust over-rode all else. If he should taste it, he should taste it. He took the cup from him he eyed it briefly before throwing some of the contents back in a heady gulp.
It felt strange, deeply, deeply strange, and he wobbled uncertainly, his form wavering and shifting as long sleek shadowy horns drew back from his brow, followed by the arching extending length of a tail and webbed finger like wings which drew forth from his shoulderblades in a single fluid motion. None of it seemed to phase him, and he eyed his new claws as if they were mundane, everyday.
His grin was truly toothy as he beamed at Harrison, curling his tail delightedly. "You are right man, its no bad at all."
