Sorry, I'm new here, and I didn't see a Help/ FAQ forum, so I wasn't certain where to place this. I'm sorry if this is incorrect.
Anyway, it looks like most of the forums are purely RP-oriented. I've never been in a guild that was strictly RPs, and I'm used to the setup patterned in my own guild (if you happen to know what it is). What kind of characters are allowed, and what do I do first? Is there someplace I am supposed to post first, like an introduction thread?

I have an RP post in Hoshi Lake, and I'm wondering if anyone is interested? I'm not picky who RPs with me as long as you're polite and don't use too much profanity. XP

How your character Appears: - Pale skin - Fluffy wavy/ curly brown hair, pink and purple tips, falls to waist, held in ponytail/ headbands/ hair clips, etc. - Wide, lavendar-blue eyes - 5'6" / 145 lbs - light build, not overly skinny - light, loose skirts; decorative blouses; trendy tops and dresses; strappy, rhinestone sandles; conservative/ semi-conservative style - wears pastel colors, esp. lavendar, violet, yellow, orange, peach, etc.

Hey there, a FAQ/Help forum doesn't sound like a bad idea, maybe our Captains will work on that to prevent future issues.
As for your questions I can answer those for you, any kind of character seems to be permitted as long as they stick to the Character Skellies found here Students, Teachers, and lastly the Katsu Sekken . If you're like me you can also alter the profile skeletons slightly to add either a more in-universe style, or to add more information that is not already in the profile skeleton. Keep in mind that the Katsu Sekken are a group dedicated to preventing the merging of realms, they are considered the villains of this RP, while students and teachers are considers neutral or good (There are some exceptions with students/teachers with very dark stories and villainous plans, including my own character.)
As for the question about which locations you should start off in, I would suggest making an introduction in a non-class location of the school, such as the gardens, stables, and such, although you may enter into any location you wish (Except for the Duel Rose Tower, which is only for the Duelists of the Rose, and some faculty members). There is also certain events that are open to the public, these are considered non-canon in some ways, allowing you to post here as well as the traditional RP locations, at the type of posting the only open one would be the 4th of July event, although I'm assuming it will be closing sometime soon... since y'know its August and all.

I see there are several locations set up within the forums... Do I just jump into one, or should I already have an agreement with someone before posting? For instance, I see a forum called "School Grounds" and some of the threads have no replies. Am I allowed to jump into an empty one and start, or go into one that already has posts, or set up a new one?
