Velmin tried not to stare, and instead looked at his own swords. They were nice swords. They were working very well for him, and as he cut against the machine, he smiled. Yes, they were good, but he wanted to see what the spike was. Would his weapon change? He hoped so, and then he could stare at it all he wanted.

As he fiddled, the creature was being unruly.

Since Velmin wasn't allowed to stare, not even as the other played with it's bits, he just stabbed the machine even if it wasn't moving. He then crunched a bit that had no color, knowing it wasn't important, and scooted it over to drop in the water - looking much like a kid kicking a stone because he wasn't invited to play at the clubhouse.

He stopped touching them long enough to pick up some treasure, then look at his own weapon expectantly.
It stayed yellow and completely absent of dangly parts.

Reap didn't want anyone touching his dangly bits. A man's sword was sacred.
He shot Iron a suspicious look as he grabbed his rewards.
"Don't do that again. Could have got us killed" he scolded, but he wasn't all that serious.

He may not be able to touch Reap's dangly bits but the monsters glowy parts look just as fun to play with. But then he was gifted with a fun shiny thing to play with himself... or pair of things really.

Velmin looked over and saw Loa also had a new set of weapons. No longer blades, but odd pistols. He looked at the ground, picked up a set of colors, finding red for the first time, and then looked at his weapons. Nothing happened. He then tapped the parts against the weapon, but it didn't even so much as change colors.
He then pocketed the parts and sighed. Maybe some day.
