Sharingan
Copying, Reading, PinWheel

User Image

Description
The Sharingan (写輪眼, Sharingan literally "Copy Wheel Eye," English manga "Mirror Wheel Eye") is an eye technique (瞳術, dōjutsu?) that naturally occurs in a select few members of the Uchiha clan. The Sharingan is thought to be descended from the Byakugan, but grants the user different abilities and a different insight. The Sharingan does not automatically appear from birth in a user; instead, it will usually appear when the user is in a life-threatening situation,
where the power of the Sharingan could save them. After this first appearance, the user can then call up the Sharingan any time they wish. The power of the Sharingan is judged through the number of tomoe in the eye, with a maximum of three in each.

Rules
• Users must train to gain tomoes in their eye
• Uchihas are fire based, so element must be katon (fire)
• Can read movements, the more tomoes, the easier it is to read movements. But just because you can read them doesn't always mean yo can keep up
• Only 10 members can have the Sharingan. But do not fret, you can still be apart of the Clan, you just won't be able to achieve the Sharingan until the list opens up.
• When activating sharingan, you use more chakra. -1 chakra point for every post activated. If its a transplant, it takes twice the amount of chakra to use it, and twice the amount of chakra to utilize its techniques

Jutsu Copying Information
• Until user gains two tomoes, they cannot copy jutsu
• Kekki Genkai or Clan only Techniques can never be copied
• To copy jutsu, one must roll the dice. If results is 4 or 6, you copied successfully
• The sharingan can copy any jutsus of an element you can use naturally, and can copy jutsus of one other chosen element at Genin, and a second chosen element at jounin.
• Copied jutsus of an element that is not your own cost double the amount of chakra to perform.

Mangekyo Sharingan
User Image

Description
The Mangekyo Sharingan (Mangekyō Sharingan; Literally meaning "Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye") is a heightened form of Sharingan. The Mangekyo Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike in the case of the Sharingan, the appearance of the Mangekyo Sharingan differs from user to user; Kakashi Hatake's and Itachi Uchiha's both resemble pinwheels, Madara Uchiha's and his brother, Izuna's look more like a detailed form of the basic three-tomoe Sharingan, and Sasuke Uchiha's looks like a star. To acquire the Mangekyo Sharingan, someone close to a Sharingan user must die and the emotion of the loss is responsible for its unlocking. To expedite this occurrence, most Uchiha throughout history have killed their closest friends or family members in order to meet this criteria. Although, how Kakashi gained his Mangekyo Sharingan has yet to be explained.

The Mangekyo Sharingan gives a user access to powerful and forbidden techniques. It is unclear if these techniques are unique among individuals; no two Mangekyo Sharingan users have been seen using the same jutsu, but Madara appears knowledgeable of all Mangekyo Sharingan techniques. The only known exception to this is Amaterasu, which Itachi implants in Sasuke's eyes before dying.

Over time, use of the Mangekyo Sharingan deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. Only by taking and transplanting the eyes of one's sibling (who also wields the Sharingan) can the vision be restored, a process that results in the creation of the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan (Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan). Only three characters still alive in the series possess a Mangekyo Sharingan: Kakashi Hatake, Madara Uchiha, and Sasuke Uchiha.

Mangekyou Rules

- Cost 5 CP to sustain / For implant, it takes 10 CP to sustain
-To be fair, the user will only be able to have one of the Mangekyou techniques of the achieved eye. You will only be able to receive a second Mangekyou technique, upon achieving the Eternal, in which has already been chosen due to the fact it is received by another person.

Blindness Counter
Description: With the use of the Mangekyou comes consequences. Consequences that result blindness to the eyes due to the over use of the Mangeykou's formidable powers. The Blindness counter goes from 1-100% of blindness. Each technique of the Mangekyou has it's consequences to utilize it. It goes as follows:

Counter

[-]: 25% Blindness: Can still see things but things are slightly becoming a little blurry. Things at far distances become further fuzzy and a takes one to squint to see properly.

[-]: 50% Blindness: At this time, the sight is getting extremely damaging. It takes a large strain to see things at a moderate distance, and from a far distance things are completely blurred. The eye is less responsive to movement and takes great strain on the eyes in order for some form of movement to gain a response.

[-]: 75% Blindness: To put it bluntly, the user can only see things up to ten feet of them. Response to movement of the eye is extremely low and the fading of the pupil coloration is shown.

[-]: 100% Blindness: Goes without saying. Total blindness unless an Eternal is achieved.

Techniques
• Custom Technique [ Depends on what you create. ]
• Tsukuyomi [ 8% of ocular Damage. 5% of every post of technique sustained ]
• Amaterasu [ 10 % of ocular damage / 5% of every post of the technique sustained ]
• Susanno [ 12 % of ocular Damage. 6% if every post technique sustained]
• Kamui [ 8% of Ocular Damage]
• Kagutsuchi-God of Fire [ 10 % of ocular damage / 5% of every post of the technique sustained ]

Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan
User Image

Description
The Eternal Mangekyou is created by taking another person's Mangekyou Sharigan and fusing it with yours. Like Uchiha Madara when he took his borthers, to stop the blindness that was consuming him. This stops the Blindness and gives you whatever Sharingan jutsus or abilities they once knew.

Rules & Bonuses
• To gain this level of Sharingan, one must defeat an Uchiha with the Mangekyo Sharingan and take out their eyes, fusing it with theirs.
• The abilities gained from this form of Sharingan is the combination of the two sets of Mangekyo sharingans used to make the eternal
• It heals all damage done to the eyes from overuse ( if utilized ) of the Mangekyou Sharingan.
Note: This is like a reset button to the eyes. So if you had let's say, 100%e of damage to your eyes, upon achieving the Mangekyou, you will have the damage done to your eyes reset. Meaning that damage will still occur once more with the utilization of the eyes.
• In continuation of the note above, your eyes with the Eternal unlike with regular Mangekyou, will heal. With every week with the Eternal, -1% of damage will be dropped.

Special Rules for Implant users
• Only True Uchiha ( Or those within the actual Clan ) can obtain the Eternal Sharingan in both eyes. People that have implanted the Sharingan in their eyes, will only be able to achieve the Eternal in one eye.
Techniques
- They will be the techniques of your original Mangekyou Technique, and the one you stole from another Uchiha. Should the even that you both have the same Mangeykou Technique, it is alright to pick another.

Sorry I was side tracked a lot by work and other things. Bu what what I planned/wanted to do with this bloodline was to have it focus mainly on the eyes as much as possible. From copying jutsu to casting the demonic illusion with the users eyes. I still didn't understand why it's mandatory for the sharingan user to start with fire. (Hopefully someone can explain.) also I kind of wanted to get rid of the mangekyo sharingan and eternal mangekyo sharingan. Mostly because who's really willing to kill off their character to benefit someone else?

Sharingan is supposedly linked to fire because all the canon Uchiha had it. it makes little sense, and honestly should probably be ditched. I suppose another claim to it could be Amaterasu, but considering how OP that one is anyways I don't think we need to make any special considerations for it.

I was thinking a bit last night about this. In canon, the user's eyes didn't both develop at the same rate. They gained their tomoe one at a time, in one eye at a time. I think we should use that aspect instead of just jumping straight through stages. Tie abilities into how many tomoe the user has total, as well as how many in a single eye for some.

Examples...

When unlocked, the user has two tomoe. One in each eye. At this stage, the world seems to move a bit slower, giving them a nice boost to reaction speed if they see an attack coming.

Once the user unlocks a third tomoe, they gain the ability to copy jutsu. However they can only copy jutsu below their own rank, and at a lower success rate than the current design.

Three tomoe in one eye (Gaining tomoe would be staggered in this idea, with one eye gaining one, and then the other. Users with only one eye though obviously don't have that requirement, but probably require twice as much of whatever training is used to gain a new one.) could grant the ability to cast eye contact catalyst genjutsu without seals, just by making eye contact.

Besides one or two neat little side abilities like that, gaining new tomoe would improve both the tracking and copying abilities in various ways. Four tomoe could speed the user's vision up enough to predict movement based on something as small as a shifting muscle. Five could allow you to copy jutsu at your own rank, and increase the success rate a bit. And six could improve tracking to where you can actually see a precognitive image of the opponent's movement before they even move.

(Three Tomoe in one eye, thus the special genjutsu ability, would actually be gained at five tomoe by this setup.)

This basically just allows for a smoother scaling of abilities than just the three stages it currently uses, but also just seems a bit cooler to me. Especially if you can think of more unique abilities requiring specific numbers of tomoe. (That fit the bloodline, unlike Kishi's bizarre additions.)
PostPosted: Wed Sep 04, 2013 9:09 am

I actually prefer that idea more than anything. But what about seeing through genjutsu? Or maybe we should just add that as a jutsu. Actually that would probably be better. Instead of the sharingan users automatically learning the dojutsu, they'll have to learn it. I'd prefer it that way anyway. We could probably set each dojutsu to every tomoe level. Like the genjutsu reversal could be set to 6 tomoe. The hypnosis could be set to 3 (if they have 3 in one eye.).

Also are we in agreement that we won't have the mangekyo sharingan? I agree that it's extremely op and obviously overuse will leave the user blind. I'm pretty sure nobody wants a blind character (I could be wrong).

Besides that I'm in full agreement about gaining a new tomoe one at a time along with new abilities for each tomoe.

Well lets see. I think the fastest way to deal with this would be to link to the temporary edits page. http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?page=1&t=24229899#362805627

Movement reading bonuses should be turned into reaction speed, as that is an actual stat that we have.

EMS should be removed.

One t hing i did not discuss was genjutsu. I have changed my mind on the matter anyways. Genjutsu immunity is out, but i do not believe genjutsu resitance should be added either. Any genjutsu related benefits should be small, as the sharingan is far from a genjutsu only bloodline. In fact it already boosts both taijutsu and ninjutsu. I recommend we take any genjutsu abilities away permanently. If not, we should only offer very minor genjutsu boosts.

if genjutsu a resistance, or boost is added it should only be given at the higher stages.

Once again I think we should just remove the mangekyo sharingan entirely. I thought giving it genjutsu resistance for a higher level was the plan. As for copying jutsu that's not the user element, I kind of think we should just keep it. Just raise the chakra cost for using a jutsu that isn't their element. Maybe double the chakra.
PostPosted: Wed Feb 19, 2014 7:25 pm

umm, I wasnt talking about the EMS aspect of genjutsu. just the stuff sharingan got normally.

Hinote saide it pretty well. Allowing someone to use jutsu of the wrong element by pouring more chakra of a wrong element makes no sense.

No I meant just get rid of the the mangekyo and eternal mangekyo sharingan. It's pointless. The way to get it I doubt anyone would agree to kill their character off. And to get the ems you'll have to be related...like siblings related. So just get rid of them both. Forever.
PostPosted: Wed Feb 19, 2014 7:59 pm

MS/EMS: Unless someone can come up with a way to make the jutsu these give balanced enough to be fair, there's no point in making any further discussion on them. EMS would still be out anyways, considering all it actually does in canon is make the character immune to the inherent weakness of MS. Basically godmodding by removing the only balancing trait of an already unbalanced power.

Genjutsu: The only genjutsu benefit I'm comfortable giving them is the previously mentioned ability to cast eye contact genjutsu without seals while the Sharingan is active. And even that only at a mid to high stage. (Huh, that kinda conflicts with the other seal idea anyways.)

Element: Sharingan will not be able to copy jutsu of an element the user does not have. Unless Luo overrules that, and I highly doubt he will, that's that. As for why, Hikaro already said it. Paying a little bit of extra chakra to make a jutsu work is NOT going to make up for the inherent impossibility due to your own lack of that element. If we were using the canon elemental system where everyone can use any element and are just better at some than others, that'd be fine. But we're not. PotS science decrees that each element is it's own blend of chakra, and people are only capable of producing specific types. As casting an elemental jutsu inherently requires that elemental chakra, someone incapable of producing that chakra would also be inherently incapable of casting the jutsu.

(How many times did I just say inherently?)

Tracking: The motion tracking should definitely use reaction speed/reflex, but not to an extreme degree. Too many boosts to that can cause a lot of trouble. Also, in the later stages it actually goes from reacting, to predicting, which should be taken into account as well.

As a side note, Sharingan should not come with any bonuses to speed, strength, ninjutsu power, or any other stat directly related to using techniques. Giving them any of those for free on top of the reflex bonuses and copying ability is going way too far.

Another point is the ability to see chakra. I don't like it. Never have. All that will end up being used for is some bizarre metagaming. And I HAVE seen it used as such. Sneaky character using a stealthy jutsu? Just use your sharingan to conveniently see the jutsu, recognize the chakra color, and immediately identify the spy! And besides that it takes away from one of Byakugan's best traits. If they get to see chakra at all, it should only be in the final stages, and not in the way implied currently.

~

The only thing in this writeup I'm not quite comfortable with is the reflex ranks. It's not as OP as it sounds since reflex doesn't enhance your actual movement, meaning that if you have insufficient speed you still can't magically dodge things. But, we all know how likely people are to respect that detail.

I was thinking a bit about stage progression as well. And, to be honest, I think we should go with canon on this one. In canon the bloodline only activated during a time of extreme stress, where the user needed that extra boost of motion tracking ability. And Sasuke's, being the only one we saw advance over time, only went up a stage when he AGAIN was in extreme stress and needed that same boost. Therefore, I think initial activation should be the same as always, but with the same requirement for ranking up even further. On top of a post count from using the previous stage, to prevent someone going and jumping from stage one to stage five in a matter of a few posts in one fight.

And as for cost, I kinda feel like it should have a slightly increasing cost according to stage, to compensate for the added power. Maybe even add in our own customization to the bloodline and let people use it at lower stages to reduce cost.

Edit: Also kinda feel like each stage should have a unique effect, but linked to the number of tomoe in each eye. One tomoe gives the basic stage one abilities. Two tomoe in one eye gives, in this case, copying. Two in each eye could give something else. Three in one eye gives the genjutsu bonus. Three in both eyes could again give something new. Tentatively looking at chakra viewing. Still don't like it much, but at max stage it seems less annoying than otherwise.
PostPosted: Fri Feb 21, 2014 10:38 am

Element: Overruling this would be absurd. I don't need to go into detail about why this stays the same, they've already been stated.

Reflex: I agree Hinote, I think the reflex boosts are a bit ridiculous. If I were you I'd do a +.5 reflex boost for four out of the five stages (1,2,3,5 seems to look like it works best) for a total of +2. They boost they get in ranked perception is already pretty high, and cutting down on how large of a reflex boost they get will inevitably cut down on the amounts of people attempting to dodge what they can't.

Progression: Canon sounds fine to me. Other than the obvious crew ruling on what constitutes a time of extreme duress, it seems to slow down the overall progression of the bloodline. What are you thinking cost wise though?

Special Effects: If we're going to keep chakra viewing, definitely keep it to the last stage. As for special effects we still need, I'll have to get back to you on that.

element: Are you saying you think sharingan should still be able to use jutsu of an element that they dont have? If you are then I think you do need to explain.

reflex: I thought it looked like a lot, but remember this is only when the user can see the target at all, a detail which Hinote did not originally include. Otherwise there is zero boost at all. This allows the sharingan to still be fairly powerful but far from unstoppable.
PostPosted: Wed Feb 26, 2014 10:09 am

Perception: The perception boost isn't actually very large at all. It's at it's most "Powerful" at E and D rank, because they have the least increments. At E rank, a stage five user would have a little better than a +2 boost. At D, that becomes a little less than +2. At C it's only slightly better than a +1. At B it IS a +1, and at A and S it's slightly less than a +1.

E Rank - D, DE, DD, C, CE
D Rank - DE, DD, C, CE, CD
C Rank - CE, CD, CC, B, BE
B Rank - BE, BD, BC, BB, A
A Rank - AE, AD, AC, AB, AA
S Rank - SE, SD, SC, SB, SA

Really the scaling makes it such that it holds about the same bonus in every rank compared to other characters.

Reflex: The .5 boost wouldn't work for reflex, simply because of the addition of Increments. A .5 boost would have to be translated to a set number of increments. At lower ranks that set number could count for multiple full ranks, while at higher ranks it means nothing. That's why I picked full ranks, so that the reflex would have a very locked in boost. And, +3 actually means +2 & 1 Increment, according to the rules of the increment system. In fact, at the highest ranks, A and S, even a full rank boost only counts as an increments, so that +3 at A rank would equate to AC. And at S, SC.

E Rank - D, D, C, C, CE
D Rank - C, C, B, B, BE
C Rank - B, B, A, A, AE
B Rank - A, A, AE, AE, AD
A Rank - AE, AE, AD, AD, AC
S Rank - SE, SE, SD, SD, SC

Again the bonus feels high in the lower ranks, but at higher ranks becomes quickly negligible. The most effective way to limit that would probably be to make Stage Three and Stage Five rank restricted, though I usually don't like doing that all that much. A mix of training posts, unlocking conditions, and possibly rank limiters would restrict it to only the most determined/active of users.

Still, you also have to keep in mind that the reflex stat only determines their ability to react to something. They'd also need to boost their speed stat for it to truly give an effective dodging enhancement. As Hikaro said, the bonus is also, similarly to Focus, only effective in relation to what you can see.

Cost: Not entirely sure what scale I'd go with here. Maybe a 1 point cost for base, a slight increase via, perhaps, two every other post, for stage two, two points for stage three, and so on. Alternatively we could reduce the initial cost, making it one point every other post, increasing that by one every stage, so stage two is every post, stage three is as I described stage two previously, and so on. Or, a third option, simply have the base cost of one point, and add costs to the "Special effects". Increase the base cost by one every stage in which reflex is increased as well, for a total three point per post cost at max rank.

Of course, if we go about it that way, with an increasing cost, we'd probably want to allow the user to activate lower stages instead of using their max stage, just so they aren't being charged for abilities they don't need or aren't really using. It feels a bit weird to do it that way with Sharingan though, which would then make the cost increase annoying to deal with. You'd end up with Sharingan users who never actually use their Sharingan except for magically activating it only when needed, because they don't want to suffer the rather high additional cost of it.

Element @ Hikaro: Pretty sure he's agreeing with us.

Sharingan
Descriptive, Words, Here

User Image

Description/History

Benefits & Penalties

Name: Description
[Effect]

Stage One
Two Tomoe

Description: When the Sharingan is first unlocked, the user's eyes change to the Sharingan's trademark red iris, with a black ring around the pupil. In this first stage, one tomoe can be seen connected to that ring. In normal conditions, the tomoe sits at a single point on the iris, never moving, but when doujutsu abilities are uses, the ring of tomoe spin rapidly.

Costs one chakra point to activate, and one every other post to maintain.

To Obtain:

❶ User must be in a life threatening situation of extreme stress.

Abilities

Enhanced Vision: The most basic ability the Sharingan grants it's user, is that of enhanced vision. With this ability, the user is able to see and perceive the world around them much more clearly than normal. Details that normally remain unnoticed become clear as day. After activating their Sharingan, many Uchiha begin to describe natural vision as being “Blurry” and unclear in comparison. Thanks to their enhanced vision, the Sharingan user is able to pick out details such as muscles tensing on an opponent, allowing them to predict an attack almost before it happens, giving them a slight edge on their reaction time.
[+1 Rank Reflex, +1 Increment Rank Perception]

Stage Two
Three Tomoe

Description: In the second stage of the Sharingan, the user gains one more tomoe in one of their eyes. Now having a total of three tomoe, the first active ability of the Sharingan is unlocked, that being the ability to record and memorize anything the user can clearly see.

Costs one chakra point to activate, and one every other post to maintain.

To Obtain:

❶ User must be in a life threatening situation of extreme stress.
❷ Must have had Stage One Sharingan active for at least Twenty total posts.

Abilities

Enhanced Vision Stage Two: In stage two the user's vision becomes slightly more clear than before, allowing them to pick even more detail out of what they see than they could before.
[+1 Rank Reflex, +2 Increment Ranks Perception, Does not stack with previous stages.]

Utushiwame [Copy Wheel Eye]
Rank: D
Type: Doujutsu | Supplementary
Prerequisites: Sharingan must be active, Must have Three Tomoe
Description:
Utilizing the Sharingan's memorization capability, the user can learn any jutsu they have the ability to use, simply by watching it in use. For taijutsu or bukijutsu, that means merely watching the technique in action and memorizing the physical movements. The technique is written immediately into the user's muscle memory as if they had practiced it as thoroughly as the one it was copied from. For ninjutsu, the user must be able to clearly see both the hand seals made, and the effect of the jutsu itself to learn the technique.

To determine whether or not the sharingan gathered enough information to correctly learn the jutsu, the user must roll a 10 sided die. If the roll lands on five or ten, the jutsu is copied successfully. If not, the jutsu is not copied and the user must try again.

At this level, the Sharingan is only capable of copying jutsu below the user's own rank. This technique does not require any hand seals nor incantation, nor does it require a post action to complete. The technique does however, require chakra.

Stage Three
Four Tomoe

Description: With the third stage of the Sharingan, the user gains another tomoe, totaling to two in each eye, and four in total. This not only enhances the user's vision even more, but also grants them a new ability through their increased perception.

Costs two chakra points to activate, and another two every other post to maintain.

To Obtain:

❶ User must be in a life threatening situation of extreme stress.
❷ Must have had Stage Two Sharingan active for at least Thirty total posts.
❸ Must have successfully copied at least one jutsu.

Abilities

Enhanced Vision Stage Three: Now having four tomoe, the user's perception is bordering on precognition. They can see details so clearly that the slightest twitch of a muscle tells them exactly what their opponent is about to do, and begin to react before the attack even happens.
[+2 Rank Reflex, +3 Increment Ranks Perception, Does not stack with previous stages.]

Genjutsu Resistant: With their boosted perception, the Sharingan user is now able to see the details in vision based genjutsu that give away it's true nature. And in this case, knowing truly is half the battle, as being able to identify that they are in a genjutsu makes it easier to escape it as well.
[+1 Rank Genjutsu Resistance, Applies only to Sight based genjutsu.]

Stage Four
Five Tomoe

Description: In Stage Four the user now has five tomoe. This means that one eye is fully developed, with a full three tomoe, enhancing the user's abilities even further.

Costs two chakra points to activate, and another two every other post to maintain.

To Obtain:

❶ User must be in a life threatening situation of extreme stress.
❷ Must have had Stage Three Sharingan active for at least Forty total posts.
❸ Must have successfully copied at least five jutsu.

Abilities

Enhanced Vision Stage Four: Details in this stage are even more clear than before, with the user being able to easily see such things as a fly's wings in flight bla bla bla description.
[+2 Rank Reflex, +4 Increment Ranks Perception, Does not stack with previous stages.]

Utushiwame [Copy Wheel Eye]
Rank: B

To determine whether or not the sharingan gathered enough information to correctly learn the jutsu, the user must roll a 6 sided die. If the roll lands on three or six, the jutsu is copied successfully. If not, the jutsu is not copied and the user must try again.

At this level, the Sharingan is capable of copying jutsu both at and below the user's own rank. This technique does not require any hand seals nor incantation, nor does it require a post action to complete. The technique does however, require chakra.

Genso Ai [Illusion Eye]
Rank: A
Type: Doujutsu | Supplementary
Prerequisites: Sharingan must be active, Must have Three Tomoe in One Eye
Description:
If the user is able to make eye contact with their opponent with their three tomoe Sharingan, they are able to cast any eye contact catalyst genjutsu on them through their sharingan, requiring no seals nor incantation. Genjutsu cast in this way also gain a +1 rank power bonus, making them more difficult to escape than normal. However, casting in this way makes the jutsu cost a full rank higher in price. This technique itself requires no seals nor incantation. It does however take a full post action if the user only has one three tomoe sharingan.

Stage Five
Six Tomoe

Description: The maximum power a Sharingan can achieve, in stage five the user has their full six tomoe, three per eye. They are now able to track and predict nearly any movement they see, making them a fearsome opponent to fight as they are nearly always one step ahead.

Costs three chakra points to activate, and another three every other post to maintain.

To Obtain:

❶ User must be in a life threatening situation of extreme stress.
❷ Must have had Stage Four Sharingan active for at least Fifty total posts.
❸ Must have successfully copied at least five jutsu.

Abilities

Enhanced Vision Stage Four: With their maximum number of tomoe unlocked, the user is now able to see every detail around them in exquisite detail, even to the point of precognition. Their vision is so finely attuned, that as soon as an opponent begins to make a move, the Sharingan user clearly sees a precognitive image of the opponent's entire action, as clear and complete as if a clone had made the move before the opponent did. This, obviously, allows the user a great amount of freedom in their reactions, as they are able to react to an action before it is even begun.
[+3 Rank Reflex, +5 Increment Ranks Perception, Does not stack with previous stages.]

Genjutsu Shoheki [Genjutsu Block]
Rank: A
Type: Doujutsu | Defensive
Prerequisites: Sharingan must be active. Must have Six Tomoe
Description:
With six tomoe, the Sharingan user's eyes are so attuned, that they can see an eye contact catalyst genjutsu being cast long before it is applied. Should the user choose to, they can use their Sharingan to completely rebuff the genjutsu before it can even take root. To do so, the user simply has to pay an equal cost to what the genjutsu being cast would cost themselves. This only works on eye contact catalyst genjutsu being cast on the Sharingan user.
