Vexous PurpleLovr 4th of July is American Independence Day 3nodding We all have BBQs and pool parties and watch/light fireworks OH! sounds like our Australia day then, awesome! Yup. They are probably very similar. It's usually quite fun to celebrate. I painted my nails red and blue with stars on the blue nails to match the flag xd

Go Red, White, and Blue! Thank you! I like how they turned out. I still get a little messy in the actual painting, but after a few hours it looks very nice because all the extra polish is off my skin xd

I still get a little messy in the actual painting, but after a few hours it looks very nice because all the extra polish is off my skin xd xD my mum always says- do your nails before a shower, let them dry then the hot water will wash all the paint form your skin. but i can never coat very even and they still look nasty XD not good at girly things like that XD

I just always have a rule that I never paint my nails past 4 in the afternoon because I will end up with hair marks/imprints on my nails when I wake up in the morning stressed I didn't use to be good at girly things but I sort of taught myself makeup, fashion, etc in the last year or so.

I just always have a rule that I never paint my nails past 4 in the afternoon because I will end up with hair marks/imprints on my nails when I wake up in the morning stressed I didn't use to be good at girly things but I sort of taught myself makeup, fashion, etc in the last year or so. i'm still learning the whole makeup thing XD i'm 23 years old and i have no clue how to do makeup! *sigh* only wear it for cosplaying though so i donno if you could call it girly for me lolz

PurpleLovr Youtube has helped me so much with learning makeup. I kinda know how you feel! I turned 21 two months ago and I spent the first two decades of my life with no knowledge of makeup at all. thats how i'm learning! lolz they have great tutorials and step by step guides! lolz i never really saw the need for makeup before i like turned 20 xD bit slow on the uptake i think, but i cant wear alot of it- i have to stick with alot of natural stuff or it irritates my skin- yay! lolz

There's puerto rican day, irish pride, dominican independence day, and other such and they are similar. Basically celebrating the pride for one's country and achieving independence. The party i live around in my area for the 4rth of july was the culture party and we literally had a taste from around the world in one spot, dances and epic sword play
