The council has deemed that there will be a limitation on bloodlines. Any Naruto clan based bloodline will be limited to 5. We will also limit the people who can be Sages to 3.
Hyuuga: 4 remaining
Uzumaki: 5 Remaining
Uchiha: 5 remaining
Sanju: 3 remaining
Sages: 2 remaining
Also for request to admit your blood line and Kekkai Genkai into your RPC, you may post here for approval from the head captain.

I don't know if Jashinism is a bloodline but seeing as it's a 'religion' in the anime and manga I'd assume any character could follow it. If that is the case then I'm applying for the Nara clan. If not then I'll just stick to being a Jashinists.
