I think it might be a good idea to have a thread in which we can all just pitch ideas and recruit participants.
Please make a separate thread in this forum for your own idea in order to expand and to discuss your theme. I will update this post with the link to your thread.

I would like to suggest the following:
War of the Gods (original concept by Cecilia Davidson - different god sectors fighting against each other) Nutcracker Sweets (alone or in couples) Creatures of the Sea
Date A Live Cosplay group? I'm not sure how many people have actually seen it though. .-.

Nutcracker Sweets (alone or in couples)
What exactly would this group do? Non native speaker here, sorry!
Oh, and an idea I had a while ago would be a "retro futuristic" group - the future, seen from the past. Robots with 60s hairdos, astronauts in miniskirts, that sort of thing ^^.
And I'd be down for both Creatures of the Sea and War of the Gods (I think I was signed up for that group when Cecilia proposed it).

The Nutcracker ballet has a collection of divertissements (small musical numbers) featuring different cultural "sweets" like Spanish Chocolate, Chinese Tea, Arabian Coffee, etc. Each is usually depicted as alone or in a couple or in a group. Depending on how many people are interested, we can do couple or solo entries.
Retro futuristic is a great idea! I've updated the list in my front post. But I was thinking more along the lines of science fiction in War of the Worlds or The Day the Earth Stood Still or Metropolis. These could be other possible ideas, too.
Once an idea has enough people who are interested in participating, we should make a separate thread in this forum to discuss that idea.

Thank you. So me not getting this wasn't about not being a native speaker, but being a philistine when it comes to ballet sweatdrop.
So basically the the avatar is based around the banner, there are 7. So it can have 7 people.
Yea..
I'm assuming that these would be original interpretations. Would it be allowed to use each character's related items (eg the SDPlus dolls), or should they be prohibited?
Do you think it would be a good idea to have a mix of different retro-futuristic science fiction themes?
One person could do something about 60s space age; another person can do something about 50s comic-book futurism; another can do something related to War of the Worlds/Day the Earth Stood Still; another can do something about Metropolis/1984.

It would be originals and yes it would be allowed.

Sure ^^, those all fit the theme. How will it work to determine which group we'll be doing?

If you feel that enough people (that is up to you) have expressed interest in participating in your theme, you can create a separate thread in this subforum and continue your discussions there. I will be updating the first post with links to each thread. Only 3 people are signed up for the War of the Gods theme, but I haven't had the time to ask anyone else yet. You will be able to control your theme's roster in your own thread.
War of the Gods and Creatures of the Sea sound fun~ I might have an avatar that I was planning on entering anyways, fit the criteria of the latter. xd //yaylazinesslol
Though I'm pretty much up for anything. It does depend on what it ends up being though, since everyone knows I can't make realistic avatars for s**t. rofl
war of the gods sounds pretty interesting, and the final reign seems like it would be fun
how about something like an rpg party? i had a group like that a while ago, but we never did any arena entries you've got your different classes (your classics like fighter, ranger, mage, cleric, rogue, etc., and you can expand on that for things like battle mages, paladins, assassins, necromancers, gunslingers, etc.) as well as your different races, so there's plenty of variety
