Two thick plumes of smoke would billow away from the outskirts of the city. The explosions heard earlier resounded and shook the ground but something very odd would await everyone. Two bodies would be found charred and blackened as if consumed by fires of Hell itself! Their energy signatures were considerably weak and were fading fast. Just what had happened here??
The spike in energy level would have indeed spawned from these two entities. Now there was nothing left but two smoldering husks, each body hissing and groaning as everyone approached. "Master has....Our master....Are we no longer...needed....?? Arc...!"
Could these creatures be two of the Sins?

[Heaven vs Hell: Kingdom Come]
Without warning the Abyss had opened up to swallow Oni, the current ruler of Hell. The Abyss demanded that two souls be sealed within it and Oni was its target. Hell's throne is now vacant and the people of Hell are starting to whisper to each other that ultimate power is up for grabs.
The Seven Sins, immortal and powerful entities had plagued Earth and ruled without contest. However their revival was dependent on the legendary Demon Arc. Heaven has found and captured Arc who was attempting to breach Heaven's gates. Realizing that he was a former member of Cruxis, his connection to the Sins was destroyed. However the quest to slay the Sins has come to a sudden halt. Hell is in need of a ruler and the peace treaty between Heaven and Hell is still in place.
In the darkness lies a being that has been alone for quite some time. Such a being that eventually became a myth to those who have never met this entity, or has met the ones that knew who they were. Alone in the abyss she lies, away from her sword, away from any of her memories and the people who used to follow her. Alone she has been for years, maybe even centuries, as her thoughts had wondered mindlessly through nothing. The once great warrior had no idea who she even was, or that she was even anything. Could not talk. Could not think. Could not do anything but wonder around the darkness.
What was this? A hole had appeared and this entity found their way through it.
“Where…am I going?”
The entity was finally able to speak after so long of silence.
A dark energy now is seeping from the dirt and crawling between specs of dirt upon the ground. As it flows, the dirt decays and turns black in a Fifty feet radius from where the central point of this energy is coming from. In a flash, a sword appears in the center of the circle and halfway into the ground. Only one person can lift the sword from the ground and she lies beneath it. Upon the sword it reads:
With my master I will forever be bound to.
The physical being of the mighty warrior began to form ten feet below the surface of her sword. As it formed, the ground shook and a horn blew. The physical form of Kikyo was created once again, and as the ground shook her fingers twitched.

"Why is it that I have returned?" the angel looked at the calloused hand that hung in front of his face, repeating a recently oft asked question to himself. Am I here for a greater purpose? I, who no longer believes in a godly power, have returned for such a reason? he clenched his fists tightly, his frustration causing his blood to quicken. He stared from the darkened alleyway, hidden from the prying eyes of those that had rushed to battle alongside him. He looked at a charred body from where he stood, feeling its last breaths rasp from between its lips. Now that he could see one up close, the angel truly understood how connected these Sins had been to Arc.
The two had spoken, and David had known that in a way, it was his own responsibility to see that these Sins were destroyed. But he had not suspected that they would be so bound to his demon comrade. Now he saw that the connection was severed, and, apparently, the Sin's vitality with it. Was my own existence really...? Angry thoughts pounded through his head, clouding his vision, tightening his chest. But there was another question at hand, then. What of Arc?
David could not help but feel a small pang of worry for the demon, despite their heritages, and Arc's involvement with the resurrection of the Sins. They had been comrades, and although they had not been as close as he'd been with Inferno or Lucas, he'd come to respect Arc. One could say that their predicament had drawn them closer together as allies, so it felt as if he owed it to himself to discover what had happened to the demon. He shook his head, banishing the thoughts from his mind. There is a greater task at hand... for now. he had to remind himself.
"Sam" strode towards the charred husk, wondering how long the dying creature had left to live.

While Sam, Negi, Roy, and Kira all headed towards one of the explosions Janus had run in the opposite direction towards the second one. By time he arrived all that he found was a smoldering husk. He didn't know what had happened to this creature and he wasn't going to risk this being a trick. "Fade away into the darkness from whence you came." With one quick, flourish of his shards of ice would tear through the shell of the body causing it to explode as ash and float away in the wind. I wonder if that happened at the second location as well?
Janus would let out a low sign as he turned on his heel to head back to Mjollnir. The feeling of dread that he had felt from the explosions was gone and he knew that there was no more danger. With this he decided he would just wait for the others at the bar to see what happened at the other site.
As Janus grew close to the bar the door would fly open knocking him backwards as Kal rushed outside.

Kal rushed past Janus without so much as looking back. It wasn't very often that the energy vampire would lose him composure and act like this either. Not only had the two energy signatures that had appeared only a few minutes ago just plummeted. But something some thing that Kal feared was an ill omen had just happened. Oni's energy signature was gone. One moment it was heading towards the bar, the next it was gone without a trace.
Only a few short minutes had passed since Oni's energy signature had disappeared and a new energy signature had appeared just outside of the city. This new energy signature was vaguely familiar, and it even seemed to resonate with the city itself. Kal wasn't sure why, but this new energy signature just seemed at home here in the capital. That was what had the energy vampire so worried. Who could possibly have an energy signature that was so connected to the capital of Hell? And why would they appear just as the realms ruler had vanished?
Kal would reach the outskirts of the city and find the source of this energy signature, a woman. Although he didn't know her personally, he had come across photos of her while going over the history of Hell. His eyes would grow wide is disbelief as he stared at someone who was thought long dead.

As Kal burst through the door of the bar Roy leaped up. His eyes widen, his mind clear and focused on the one energy signature that was so familiar. "Imposs...impossible..." He said, rechecking his thoughts and questioning himself. He looked down to his gauntlet and raised it up. "It can't be...SHOW ME!!" He yelled as a blue trail of energy sparked from the gauntlet, igniting a bright blue glow around Roy. The energy rushed through the tables, out the door and off towards the city. Without thinking anymore on, Roy ran out and flew towards the location. He was now following Kal.
Upon arriving to his destination, the energy disspated as Roy landed. "Kikyo?..." He knew it was her but how and why? Regardless he was ready to welcome back his friend and fellow Ruler of Hell. The True Ruler of Hell.

When her name was spoken, Kikyo’s eyes flew upon. Dirt went into her eyes as she looked around. “Where the hell am I?” She said to herself as she worked on loosening the dirt with her arms and legs. Digging her fingers into the dirt, she got a sense of where she was. Hell. Why she was here she did not know. Feeling the presence of her sword somewhat nearby, she closed her eyes to focus her energy on the sword.
Above the ground, the sword began to turn, cracking the ground slowly. It was making it easier for her to be able to move. Once a crack was big enough to help her move, she pulled her arm back and punched the hard dirt. A big crack shot up through the middle of where her sword was.
From the dirt, Kikyo pulled herself up to the top to where her sword was. Looking up, she could see a familiar face but she could not remember who or why she would remember. All she knew that she was safe in this strange yet familiar place.
As Roy showed up Kal would dart his eyes over to him and then back to Kikyo. Although he looked calm on the outside his mind was racing trying to figure out just what to do. His loyalty wasn't to Oni because he was the King of Hell, but rather due to their bond. But with Oni gone, and Kikyo back Kal knew all too well that Oni was going to lose his throne without being able to do anything. But what could he do about it? She's the daughter of Lucifer. She has every right to the throne, who was he to say otherwise?
Kal would turn to Roy as Kikyo rose from the ground. "I think it's best if I leave her to you right now. You know her, and I think that hearing about everything that's happened since her.....death should come from someone she knows." Normally Kal would have made a quick exit, but this situation was far from normal. He knew that he needed to talk to Negi about this, but for now he would stay right where he was.

Kikyo looked over at the stranger in confusion. “Dead?” She slowly walked closer to him as she examined him. What did this stranger mean dead? “There’s no way I could have been dead. I went to sleep and I woke up in a weird place. I cast spells in my sleep, that’s why I’m here. That’s why I woke up here.” In denial she spoke before looking at the familiar stranger. Now she examines him. Walking around the familiar person, she looked at his eyes and that was when she remembered his name.
“Roy, tell this man that I do this. I think? Well, it must have happened because it did,” Her voice was shaky, for deep down inside she knew she was wrong, but she was hoping that it was not like that. Looking around, she noticed that everything was different. “Is this…Hell?” Slowly walking a few feet away from them to get a closer look, she could see the capital and all that is had become. Dropping to her knees, she stared into the distance.
Roy nodded to Kal's request. He then turned to look at Kikyo, who had been gone for so long. "Kikyo..." he said lowering his head in respect. "Dead, of course not. But there is much to be explained." he said with a fake smile. He didn't want to drive her into a panic attack or anything. It was a sad sight to see, Roy didn't know how she would take anything he was about to say. How she would react to knowing that Hell was almost wiped off the map by one of her own, how Oni ran Hell and made an alliance with Heaven to save the entire universe. How the seven deadly s8ins were released....
Roy took a few steps towards Kikyo to also take a good luck of the capital in the distance. "When you are ready Kikyo.... " he said extending his arm out to help her up whenever she was ready to head home. An interesting word, home. Home was suppose to be familiar, but how familiar would it be after Kikyo had been gone for so long?
