THE DUCK POND

An oval shaped, murky little pond sits in the booth, filled with quite a few vampire ducks in various stages of disgruntled, sleepy, and hungry floating around. They eye you with disinterest until you step up and try to take a gander at them, at which a few of their feathers seem to ruffle. The gnomette in charge warns you that there's a chance their feed wasn't enough to make them full which, like, totally sucks. Get it...??

HOW TO PLAY
This game is pretty simple: come to the booth and attempt to pick up a duck. Depending on what colored ribbon they have tied to their foot, you could walk away with a prize! Be careful, though, the ducks don't like being handled by strangers much . . .

Roll 1d6 and match the table below. You may try twice per day but can only walk away with one prize (ie. you will need to pick between your two rolls).
  • 1 = The duck snaps at you for daring to try and pick it up! Looks like things went a little south this time.
  • 2, 4 = You've won an IC prize!
  • 3, 5 = You've won 1 ticket! Please post your win here!
  • 6 = You've won 2 tickets! Please post your win here!

RING TOSS

This booth is filled to the brink with empty bottles that shine with a soft glow in the evening, almost lighting it up like a kaleidoscope. As you approach, the gnome manning the game gives you a leery look, chugs from his drink, and adds another bottle to the group before handing over some rings. He doesn't look particularly pleased to be bothered, and you have to wonder how much of those bottles he'd contributed...

HOW TO PLAY
The goal of the game is to get as many rings looped around the bottlenecks as possible. They're a bit tightly grouped, however, so expect a few ricocheting rings and awful clattering . . .

Roll 10d4 and match the table below. For every 4 you get, you managed to get a ring around a bottle. You may try once per day!
  • 0-1 rings netted = The gnome gives you a look like you're the one that's been drinking too much. Better luck next time!

  • 2-5 rings netted = The gnome mumbles something under his breath and passes you 1 ticket. Claim your prize here!

  • 6-10 rings netted = For a moment you think the gnome actually might congratulate you. Then he gives a belch, pats his belly, and slaps 2 tickets into your hands. Claim your prize here!

RING HELL'S BELLS

A towering structure makes this booth stand out: it appears to be a mix between a jack in the box and a jack-o-lantern, making this a rather Jackin' awesome game. The gnome watching it yawns and points to the pile of mallets off to the side as you approach. "Try your luck or . . . something . . ." He looked ready to fall asleep honestly and probably had drawn the short stick on who got what shift, though he looks eager to play peanut gallery once you step up to the plate.

HOW TO PLAY
This game is as easy as pumpkin pie! Simply rp going up to the booth and trying to smash the lever with a mallet. You have three tries per day to win a prize, but you can only walk away with one prize if you have multiple successes! Roll 1d100 and match the table below:
  • 1-15 = "You don't know Jack," the gnome comments, and then bursts out laughing at his own amazing joke.

  • 16-30 = The gnome stares at you for a moment, then asks in a snidely polite voice if you've been getting enough vitamins lately and that if you have performance issues that there are certain things that can help, you know.

  • 31-45 = The gnome looks just a little less bored . . . and then yawns again before insulting your skill at hitting a target that's not even moving.

  • 46-60 = You get about halfway up the scale, which earns you a pitying look from the gnome. A pitying and very dry look. Popcorn is thrown your way, which might be his way of cheering you up or getting you to leave; it's hard to tell.

  • 61-75 = So close! The gnome sighs and allows you to take an IC prize for your efforts, though he looks reluctant about it. Generosity isn't in his blood, but it sure is in his contract.

  • 76-100 = Ding! The jack-o-lantern lights up as the bell rings, causing the gnome to spaz out in surprise. Wide-eyed, he lets you pick out a large stuffed animal of your choice off the prize table (really, there seems to be all kinds there . . .) before telling you to scram and not give him heart attacks, Jackdamn. (You don't have to post for a prize pick up for this~)

BALLOON POP

You can probably hear this booth a few moments before you actually see it, as the gnomette in charge is rather . . .enthusiastic. Despite only being about up to most people's knees, she manages to bounce about twice as high to get your attention. "COME POP THE BALLOONS, WIN THE PRETTY PRIZES, SPOOKIE!" she yells exuberantly, gesticulating wildly to the columns of brightly colored balloons at her booth. "EVERYTIME YOU WIN, I GET A PRIZE TOO! COMECOMECOME." In her haste, she might pass you the darts the wrong way, but at least she's not being a p***k about it like some of the other gnomes are.

HOW TO PLAY
The goal of the game is to pop as many balloons as you can with your allotted darts! You may try your chance twice per day by choosing any one of the following mechanics (meaning you can choose to do two out of the three or just do it twice on the same mechanic), Note that points do not stack between both attempts, but that you can choose which attempt you'd rather to get your prize! You may turn in both rolls if they happen to be successful!

BEGINNERS
  • There are many balloons ready to be struck on this board! Roll 10d8. For every even number you roll, you popped the balloon! Each popped one gives you 1 point.

INTERMEDIATE
  • There aren't quite as many balloons on this one, and there's a bit more space in between. Roll 8d6. For every 1 or 6 you roll, you popped a balloon! Each popped one gives you 2 points.

EXPERT
  • There are legitimately only a handful of balloons on this board with plenty of space in between; take careful aim! Roll 6d4. For every 4 you roll, you popped a balloon! Each popped one gives you 3 points.

IF YOU HAVE
  • 0-2 points = The gnomette looks terribly sad and tries to pat you on the back. "PLEASE TRY AGAIN," she shouts apologetically in your ear.

  • 3-7 points = The gnomette does a little victory jig, shouting praise for your dart throwing skills before tossing back from sugar stix. This must be the reward she had been talking about . . . Post your win here for 1 ticket!

  • 8-11 points = Huzzah! The gnomette tries to give you a tight squeezy little hug before handing you 2 tickets (post your win here!)

  • 12-14 points = A screech startles you as the gnomette rushes up to congratulate you (and perhaps shower you with a bit of her sugar stix). "VERY GREAT AMAZING!" she cheers. "AWE-FUL! I LIKE YOU, SPOOKIE~" Post you win here for 3 tickets!

  • 15+ points = ??? No-one has ever gotten so many expert balloons in all of Promdom. You might have to quote the student council mule in this case to see what happens . . .

WATER GUN RACE

This booth is like a giant wet spot on the midway, brightly colored and littered with shallow puddles in the surrounding area due to previous players misusing the equipment. The gnome in charge is easy to spot, as he's wearing all sorts of typical carnival prizewear: a tall striped hat, star-shaped glasses, snap wristbands, and what appears to be several mood rings on each finger. He eyes you coolly before pointing to the paired water guns, flipping a switch as you take your seats: two twisted faces of clowns pop up on the board, their mouths open to reveal a little target

HOW TO PLAY
You will need a partner for this! The goal of the game is to pair up and use the fixed water gun mounts to aim a stream of water into the clowns' mouths and fill up the balloon. With each post roll 1d6 as you aim your gun at the target in the center of their mouths. First to 20 pops their balloon and wins 3 tickets, while the other wins 1 ticket as a consolation prize! You may only play this once per day.

Put the following at the top of your post while playing:

DUCK POND

Maybe the duck pond would be easier. Millie waked up to the pond and plucked out a duck that seemed very interested in trying to turn its head around to eat her fingers but couldn't quite get it. Luckily this made getting the little ribbon tied around its foot quite easy.

Millie looked to the gnomette who gestured that she could pick another duck if she wanted.

DUCK POND

Clearly the new duck she picked had different ideas as it was much more adamant about eating her fingers. Millie dropped it back into the pond, unable to keep a hold of it.

RING TOSS

With a tiny new voodoo doll tucked under her arm, Millie was eager to win some real prize tickets. Surely she must be better at ring toss than picking up toy ducks?

She picked up a small stack of rings and threw them at the bottles without pause to aim. This dumb luck seemed to pay off as getting four bottles won her a single ticket.

HELL'S BELLS

Walking up to the bell, Millie was aware wasn't exactly one of the stronger students. Maybe this was meant for monsters and not short, skinny reapers who dabbled in magic instead of wrestling or participating in feats of strength.

Hitting the lever with the mallet, Millie smiled at how high it went. Maybe she was made for this after all! Turning to the gnome, she started mimicking excitedly but the gnome just yawned and insulted her ability to hit a non moving object.

Dejected and hurt, Millie moved on to another game booth.

BALLOON POP

A dart game! Millie was really good at the heartless game on Valentine's day, so this should be a piece of cake.
Picking the hardest board available, Millie let the darts fly.

The gnome seemed impressed because it squealed, gave her a hug and handed her two tickets.

DUCK POND

While waiting slash avoiding the "date" the matchmaker assigned her, Ruth wandered on over to the games booth. Mostly to observe and maybe snicker to herself. She figured it would draw more attention if she didn't play than if she did so she made her first attempt.

RING TOSS

With her new prize Ruth set off to the next booth. A ring toss? Huh. Ruth wasn't sure of her marksman ability but it's not like they were being graded for this, were they? With a shrug, the reaper took her chance.
