ALRIGHT! Summertime is finally hereee~ and i legit want my fatty stomach to go bye bye for my senior year. since i am living in California, i can basically visit the beach anytime, right? no, but almost anytime~
anyway to start off with this weight loss program, i shall list my STATS:
- I am exactly five feet tall, give or take a few millimeters. - i am one hundred and twenty pounds - i like food a lot. - I WANT ABS - my workout regimen** at the moment is a two mile run every saturday, and PE class on weekdays, but since i am out of school, i am going to need motivation to do this.

Did your PE class include a lot of ab work? For a long time I was doing this. I should start doing it again. How long does this two mile run take you? Trying to do cardio three or four times a week is good, every other day or so. I'm trying to get to the point where I can run for half an hour straight without stopping, but it's gonna take a while since I'm so out of shape.

When I think of beach body I think http://www.beachbody.com/Which have programs many of us in this guild have done (Or at least attempted). I would love to be able to do a full run through insanity again, but my schedule atm is pretty crazy. I am working 6-7 days a week and usually from ~8am to ~10pm. With not much break time, so I find it a bit hard to get that motivation before or after work, but at least a lot of this work is physical so it hopefully will balance out a bit. I wish you the best and hope for at least a weekly update ^_^

LOL we do ab work; it is all we do, yo. two miles takes me like 20 minutes, but i have to stop like every mile or so... the cardio, i might try. i really want some rockin' female abs, just cause.

tanqela it's not a good weight for someone my size... For what I see you're at a healthy weight for your height. : ) How much weight do you want to lose? Or are you just in it for toning up your muscles?

xxXSleepy_NinjaXxx tanqela it's not a good weight for someone my size... For what I see you're at a healthy weight for your height. : ) How much weight do you want to lose? Or are you just in it for toning up your muscles? i am? well, i just wanna get rid of my fatty stomach

tanqela i am? well, i just wanna get rid of my fatty stomach Yes, from what I can find. So don't lose too much weight. I don't want you getting sick. But gaining muscle is always a good thing. : ) As long as you're healthy and happy. I can't wait until all my working out pays off... I don't think there was ever a time in my life where I was thin. I've always been a bit chunky. xP Looking at me no one would guess I was 170lbs, I might have more muscles than fat though. A part of me believes it can't happen because I never seen myself thin. lol. It's weird. I need to get to my 130's (or at least in my 140's) by next May for my sister's wedding... and I want to get get into my 150's by August when I try on my bridesmaid dress. I'm hoping with my doing Insanity I can shed pounds quick... along with staying away from sweets for a long time (so hard staying away from chocolate, I just had to deny a brownie yesterday T^T ).

I hope you achieve yours as well! ...omg you have no idea. x.x A month is the longest I went without sweets. Its sooo hard. I'm glad my boyfriend doesn't eat sweets or it would be super difficult.
