Due to a lack of extra pocket money for all unguardianed manifests, Molly had been finding ways to try and afford treats and such. She was too young for a proper job, but they would at least let her do small chores for things. Today Molly was helping people pick out what baked goods or donuts they wanted and writing it down for the people actually working the counter.
So far, it was an easy job for a light day in the Imaginarium Complex's Bakery so really mostly all she had to do was write things down or possibly get a donut down.

Eidel was wandering. She liked to wander.
Wandering was the best thing to do ever. Eventually her feet lead her all the way to a bakery and she was staring over at all the available pastries with wide interested eyes.
Cinnamon rolls?! She never had those before.
She wandered closer toward the counter with a thoughtful expression.

Molly saw a wandering girl entering the bakery! Must be a new manifest, she seemed very out of it.
The girl darted over and smiled at the starry handed girl. "HIiiiiii, your hands are pretty, did you want something?"

Eidel's eyes focused on the girl speaking to her. Her expression grew into a cheerful grin, "Thank you! So sweet." She cooed softly in affection.
What? She couldn't help it. Eidel was complimented and she was vain enough to enjoy it.
At the question she quietly pointed over to the case with cinnamon rolls, "Are those tasty?"

Molly grinned brightly and her red cheeks seemed to sparkle some. "D'awwww."
Looking over at the case, she nodded emphatically. "Yes! Those are cinnamon rolls. Do you want one? Do you have money?" New manifests could be a little odd.

Money. Money...
Oh yes!
She reached up and got something from the folds of the scarf-like clothing she was wearing, "My Dexter-man gave me some before I left! He said it was because I might need it."
Eidel supposed she needed it now, yes?
She held the money over to the girl triumphantly.

Molly looked at the pile of money the older girl was holding. It was various bills adding up to about 5 bucks - thankfully Molly could at least recognize that much money and count that high.
"Ok you only need 2 of these for a cinnamon roll I think. They will give you coins back." the girl separated the two dollars for her and wrote down a cinnamon roll and handed it over to the person at the counter, shooing Eidel up to it. "Just give her the money and she'll give you the roll."

These were concepts Dexter was slowly helping her with. She watched Molly like a hawk as she separated the money out and told her what to do, mostly because she was now in LEARNING MODE.
When she was shooed up to the counter she sort of hopped up to it with a bright grin, "Yay! Cinnananmon roll please!" She put down the money and waited for the coins Molly promised her would be forthcoming.

Molly giggled a little as the confused server handed her over the little back with the cinnamon roll and three coins - a nickel and two quarters.
When Eidel left the counter, she guided the older girl out of the way for other customers. "Here do you wanna sit down in here to eat or go outside or something?"

Eidel couldn't help it. She just generally burst at the seams with energy and curiosity at all times. The teenaged girl looked at things a bit differently than most do.
When she got everything she chirruped a light, 'Thank you!' and then let Molly guide her off to the side. There was a small thoughtful pause, "Outside is nice! It is a pretty day outside."
She started to march on forward outside.

Molly called back to the girl at the counter, "I'll be back later, ma'am!" and showed Eidel outside to the table seats out there. There were still very few manifests and this one seemed really on the new and ditzy side.
"Here, these are the outside tables you can sit at." Molly guided her away from the bakery to the open court seats. The Complex was all walking traffic so there were places to sit down and eat outside along the same walk as the stores to get food and snacks were.
"I'm Molly, what's your name?"

It was easy to guide her around mostly because she was very open to such things. When she found a table she liked, thankfully with no one already sitting there, she sat herself in a chair. Quietly she began to tug at the sides of the cinnamon roll.
"I am Eidel! Do you want some of the cinnamon roll?" She asked with a smile.

"Sure Eidel! I'd love some!" Molly grinned and took a seat opposite her.
"Do you live in the Dreaming Domains too??? I live in the light blue building." she chattered happily and bounced about some.

It was one of the few things that Dexter didn't have to teach Eidel about at all. The girl seemed all too happy and generous enough to share whatever she had with someone else. Carefully she split apart the cinnamon roll and offered a half of it to Molly.
"Ohh! I live in a building like that with Dexter-Man! He takes care of me and makes sure I learn about everything and keeps me safe," She said and after she stuffed some of the cinnamon roll in her mouth.
Clearly she did live in the Dreaming Domains as well.

On thinking more clearly, Dexter was someone Molly was pretty sure she was familiar with. He was one of the only people in the domains just now who wasn't a manifest or a technician, and he lived a floor above her in the blue building.
"Oooooooooh, I know Dexter! I met him before! I live downstairs from you!"
