The Imaginarium Complex's weather system seemed to have decided today was to be a nice and warm day with a very light breeze, and Molly's caregiver had allowed her out to play in the complex since it was fully monitored. At present, she was settled on a bench and licking an ice cream from a little cart that went around the complex settling treats. It was cheap, which was nice since she didn't have a lot of pocket money. That happened when you had a basic caregiver from Dream Away - frivolities were a bit more lacking till you were old enough to get a job so she had to save whatever pocket change came in allowance.
All in all, for a newly hatched, this could be better, but it could also be worse. And ice cream was great.

Victoria had decided to take the kiddos to the Imaginarium Complex and poke around a bit. She'd only been her a couple times and that was briefly. She sat down on the bench opposite the little girl and waited for her children to catch up. They had been busy looking around at just about everything.
Alison hummed as she floated backwards, gracefully. "Come on mom is way ahead of us." She held both her brothers hands and pulled him forward.
Auden narrowed his eyes as he stumbled forward. It almost looked as if they were doing an odd dance. "One of these days you're going to teach me how to float so I don't have to learn how to walk on these things people call legs."
"You sure are funny brother thinking that one day you will float." Alison came to a sudden stop when she saw the little girl on the bench. "Hello," she smiled.
"Watch it!" Auden made a funny noise as he managed to catch himself before he caused the two of them to fall. He looked in the direction his sister was and saw what had caused her to stop.
"My name is Alison and this is my brother Auden."
Auden a bit embarrassed quickly looked away. "Hello," his voice was barely above a whisper.

Molly nodded to Victoria and had been about to babble some but that was counterproductive to eating her treat so she kind of had to stare wide-eyed at her and then the two that came up.
Her pink cheeks wiggled some and she bopped her head to the side a bit, "What're you two?" she managed to ask around the treat. Definitely other manifests but Molly hadn't been told much about things other than that there were different types.

"Fantastical," after Alison said it she frowned. That word sounded very boastful. "More specifically," she flipped her large fin, "a dragon, mermaid mix." To her that certainly sounded less proud. Not that she wasn't proud but she didn't want to come off as better than others.
"I'm a unicorn, siren mix." Auden said as he watched her eat the sugary treat. "Is it good?" Their mom didn't leave junk food readily available. What she did leave out was fruits and healthier snacks. The same went for their fridge. It lacked soda and instead had milk, water and juice.
Victoria pulled out a magazine from her bag. She decided it was best to leave her kids to themselves so that they could make a new friend.

"Oh..." Molly wasn't fully sure what 'Fantastical' meant yet - she wasn't an expert on this stuff, obviously. But hey, creatures were neat right? "I live in the blue building." she said matter-of-factly, referencing the large light blue building for Conceptual types.
"Which building is...'Fantastical?'" she asked, taking another lick of her ice cream.
At Auden's question, the girl nodded. "I had to save my allowance quarters to get one. My Caregiver says we aren't supposed to get a lot because we don't need frivolous stuff and Dreamaray covers the essentils."
((DreamAway and essentials are to be pronounced phonetically.))

"Allowance?" Alison looked a bit puzzled as she said the word. She never had pocket money. In her brief existence she asked and she received. There wasn't anything she wanted for that she didn't have.
"What does frivolous mean?" Now it was Auden's turn to look dumbfounded. He looked to his sister for answers hoping she would have them.
The answers however didn't come from Alison it came from his mom. "Excessive. Unnecessary." She herself knew all about frivolous as she herself lived on the erratic side and tended to do things over the top.
"Well I'm glad you had enough to get your treat." Alison smiled. "So what do you like to do around here?" If it was up to either her or Auden they would probably end up looking at jewelry and the like.

Molly nodded seriously with a slight pout. "Yes, the Caregiver told me what it was. It's a sum of money you get given for like household chores so you can start learning about spending and saving it or something." she wasn't entirely sure, she just knew she'd had to go every day to the ice cream cart with her allowance of an extra quarter added in each day to find out if that was enough to get her treat.
She'd been opening her mouth to say she didn't know what frivolous meant when Victoria spoke. "Oh. What's unnecessary?" that just gave more questions!
About fun, the girl just sort of shrugged, "I dunno yet. I wander and stuff."

"Unnecessary means you don't need it. Ice cream is unnecessary but clothes are necessary. Make since?" Victoria decided that she would put away the magazine so that she could pay better attention on the just in case that the little one asked anymore questions.
"How about we wonder on over to the shops and have a look around." Alison suggested. "We might even find a candy shop or something." Not that she herself wanted candy but she was sure that if given the opportunity Molly would.

"Why do we need clothes though? And if we need em so bad why can we take them off?" Had she been a human child, she might've asked why weren't they born with clothes then, but being as she was a dream manifest, Molly HAD been born with clothes.
The girl giggled a little into her ice cream at Alison, "I AM a candy shop." she bounced some but stood anyway. "But sure!!!"

"I ask the same thing- 'Why do we need clothes," Auden laughed. "When I can get away with it, meaning my mom won't scold me I run around without any on."
"I've told you. Mom says it is the proper thing to do. It is not appropriate to let it all hang out. Or at least that is what she says." Alison didn't really understand what her mom meant by letting it all hang out but she did as she was told.
Victoria wished she was still holding her magazine. This was one of those moments were she had wished she had watched how she had phrased what she had said.
"You may be a walking candy shop but it isn't like you're going to eat yourself," Alison grinned and extended her hand for the little girl to take.
Victoria shook her head. Kids!

Molly looked at the phrasing funnily but giggled anyway and took Alison's hand. At the very least she didn't seem to have an attention span to complain about it or ask more questions.
"So what kind of candy do you like?" she asked the older kids, finishing up her ice cream cone.

"The only thing candy like we've had is chocolate covered strawberries. They are our mom's favorite." Alison smiled. She lead Molly towards the nearest shop.
Auden wasn't too far behind his sister. "You think mom would make a chocolate covered apple." He didn't have a clue if it would taste good. He just knew that he liked apples. Also from previous experience that chocolate and fruit went together well.
"I'll think about it." Victoria followed after her two children but made it a point to stay a good ways behind them.

"I heard caramel goes good with apple. They have caramel dipping sauces for apples sometimes." Molly rattled off, remembering one of the snacks the Caretakers had suggested to her.
Her curls bounced a bit as she headed along with the pair and the group found the sweet shop they'd been headed towards closed for the day. "Awwww."

"Caramel." As Auden said he was making a mental note. If Molly said it tasted good together then it had to right? Due to this logic he was going to buy some when they got to the candy store.
Both Auden and Alison frowned when they saw that the sweet shop was closed. Auden was sadder because he was really looking forward to picking up some caramel and getting to try it later.
Alison saw the sadden look in both Molly and her brother's eyes. She frowned. She really did not like seeing her brother unhappy. "Perhaps there is another sweet shop around here."

Molly brightened at that, "Yeah! Or maybe the general store or the bakery have sweets!" the girl agreed with a firm nod.
After all, there were plenty of places to get candy and goodies besides the ice cream truck, right?
