Luo Ushio Pride Of The Mist テキスト翻訳 Suiton| Ina Hassei Ryouken No Jutsu l Fire l Mizukage l Wind l Shark Summoner At Zdura's request, Luo couldn't help but oblige. He was more than likely going to go up there soon anyhow, if anything because the young man enjoyed the ocean mist as well as the smell of the salt in the air. Nodding, Luo stood once more, picking up the tea saucer as he began to go upstairs saying behind him as he continued, "Feel free to help yourself to more tea. I'd hate to let it go to waste." Sliding the door to the bow of the ship, Luo walked up the stairs, the captain some fifteen feet behind him yelling a greeting. Turning, Luo smiled and bowed his head slightly, greeting the man who had commanded the vessel since he was young. Turning back around, he stood on the deck and looked out towards the ocean, and then back at the docks of Water Country. It wasn't too far behind, however as a native of Kirigakure Luo could already tell the mist was beginning to thin.
Holding his tea saucer in his left hand, he picked up the small ornate cup with his right, delicately sipping on it. If Luo had the time, he would have prepared an otemae, or rather a tea ceremony for the two to enjoy on the deck. It was things such as knowing how to perform an otemae which surprised people about Luo, or at least those who had ever had the pleasure of him hosting one. In truth, the art was imparted to him by his mother, and was something at the time he felt was useless. However, after countless weeks of perfecting it, down to the way one poured tea from the quite large urns used, he had come to realize that it served a purpose. It taught him to clear his mind of all things save for the goal ahead, lest he wish to fail as he had done countless times when it came to the ceremony. Just as well, it forced his hands to be steady. His mother would instantly force him to repeat the whole ceremony should one drop of tea not make it into a cup. Finally, there was strength building believe it or not in the ceremony. He was forced to haul the large kettles full of hot water back and forth through the Ushio compound, again without spilling any of it.
Most who had ever witnessed Luo perform the ceremony even when he was younger, simply assumed the capability to do so to stem from his birth into a wealthy clan. After all, it was uncouth for a member of such a family to be untrained in the cultural arts. And while Luo had taken up kendo as his cultural art, his mother had seen something in his temperance. While it was true Luo was calm under pressure, when he was younger he was impatient. To this day to an extent, he was still that way, however never to the extent he once was. His mother had feared his rash behavior at times would cause him injury in the future or even bloodlust, she herself believing that temperament to stem from her own family. Not one to bring disgrace to the Ushio name, she sought to correct the problem before any of the elders noticed, or rather mentioned noticing it. As Luo grew, it seemed the normal Ushio temperament seemed to rear its head, and just as well her guidance had sought to make that turn around as quick as possible.
He performed his first tea ceremony at the age of twelve, hosting his parents as well as his grandfather and grandmother who was alive at the time. The ordeal was nerve-wracking for Luo, not wishing to shame himself in front of his family as well as the head of the clan at the time. Throughout the process he kept saying to himself "Take your time," reminding himself that the ceremony was more about the experience than the tea itself. All had gone well however, and once it was finished he breathed a sigh of relief. To this day the talent remained somewhat hidden and unknown to most however, since of course his station within his family as well as Kirigakure did not allow him the pleasantry of performing his own tea ceremonies. He used it surprisingly enough more so dealing with political affairs than he did in his day-to-day life. It not only impressed, but just as well gave an heir of a man of humbleness and respect when he hosted an official in such a manner. It lowered their guard and allowed Luo to speak on matters more freely. Just as well however, he would be lying if he said he'd never used such a talent on a mission or two requiring assassination.
Taking yet another sip, he inhaled through his nostrils deeply, enjoying the salt spray in the ocean breeze. His hair wafted in the air as he closed his eyes for a moment, taking in the moment. It wouldn't be long now.

ZduraRogue | Crystal | JouninSupport { Sealing } Combo~ Zdura smiled, standing along with Luo. He was inordinately pleased the man had agreed, as it was truly an experience he would later regret missing. Picking up his cup and saucer, the clone moved to where Luo had left the kettle of water, but rather than refill his cup as offered, he set it down beside the pot. While he was alone, he ran his fingers across the slit in his mask, smiling to himself as it melded back together, as if it were never torn. One convenience of being a clone made of such a unique element he supposed, it was remarkably simple to repair, or even alter such minor details as that. A simple matter of realigning the structure of your own chakra really, though the complications of that in itself meant Zdura was likely the only entity alive that could actually do such a thing, having spent such a long time as a clone, and had the understanding of chakra structure gained of being a master of the sealing arts. His mask repaired, Zdura left the teacup where it sat, and quickly followed Luo up to the deck, not wishing to leave so much time as to imply he might have done something untoward while he was alone. Moving to the railing near the man, he nodded a greeting, despite having only been separated for a few moments. "Wouldn't want one of the crew to recognize my teeth." he quipped lightly, with a gesture towards his mask to explain why he hadn't brought along his tea. It wasn't at all true of course, the likelihood of someone recognizing him just from a glimpse of his teeth was as slim as could be, but while he felt at least mildly comfortable, and even obligated to allow Luo that much in private, he didn't feel inclined to do so for the rest of the men aboard the ship. Turning his attention over the railing, Zdura smiled, breathing in the sea air, filtered though it was through his repaired mask. They were still close enough that he could see the land pulling away in one direction, fading away in the ever present mist, while in the other direction the world expanded into an endless blue horizon, the mist in that direction thinning rapidly as the ship gained speed, headed towards the land of snow, and their meeting with the Raikage. It was interesting, now he thought about it. Not so long ago he'd been escorting the Otokage to a meeting with the Kazekage, now he was escorting the Mizukage to meet the Raikage. An interesting twist of events indeed. Even more so when one considered this event's significance in and of itself. Kumogakure hadn't appeared on the international scene in years, all anyone truly knew of them was that they were bleeding rogues of great skill and power, and now they sought an alliance with the most powerful village in the world, simply by virtue of it's kage. Any information specialist worth his pen could tell you that was worrying, in one direction or the other. Either Kumo had finally run out of powerful nin and were looking to bolster themselves with the backing of a powerful ally, or their rogues were a true example of the villages power, and they were planning something big. Two villages with that degree of power, could annihilate anything caught in the middle. Worrying circumstances indeed. Perhaps then, if the other villages caught wind of this his services would be required after all. Putting a wrench in the works of such a potential powerhouse alliance would be high on the priority list of any potential targets. ~ [Chakra: 205]

Luo Ushio Pride Of The Mist テキスト翻訳 Suiton| Ina Hassei Ryouken No Jutsu l Fire l Mizukage l Wind l Shark Summoner As Zdura took his place next to Luo, the Mizukage returned the nod. When Zdura quipped about his mask, Luo only shifted his gaze back to the sea, seeming not to really be concerned about the matter. The pair was silent for a moment, it seemed to Luo as if they were just both enjoying the sea as the boat approached full speed and land was just out of sight. Taking another sip of tea Luo muttered in his usual tone, "Zdura, if I remember correctly you're quite astute in the art of sealing, correct?" Without necessarily giving him time for a reply, knowing full well Zdura was capable of what he was about to ask, he continued with his request. "I would like you to seal away my two weapons. Senbon Sakura ( Senbon Cherry Blossom/Senbon Decoy (Sakura Translates into both.)), and Seigyoku Tosaka (The Sapphire Crest). For this meeting, it is imperative Kirigakure is represented without an air of hostility. Likewise, I do not trust anyone to hold my weapons but myself. I hope you understand my dilemma."
Continuing to stare forward, Luo waited for an answer to the question. Just as well, he waited the impending questions about the meeting itself. After all, he couldn't leave one of his bodyguards without any information on what was to take place. Under his robe on each side of his hips sat a weapon more unique than the next. As a noble man to the sword, Luo avoided at all costs placing either hand on the hilt of those weapons outside of training. If he were to do so, surely a life was to be taken shortly thereafter. Just as well, he did not want to appear 'trigger-happy' in front of the Raikage and her envoy. No, he was very much a nobleman, and a civil man as well. Besides, he had a feeling if push came to shove he wouldn't need the weapons. At least, not with the two bodyguards he picked at his sides.

Zdura turned to regard Luo as the man spoke, questioning his sealing prowess. He didn't bother to respond, only inclined his head slightly more in the man's direction. Their first meeting, though it had not gone as planned, told more about his skill than he could likely put into words. The question then, was merely a lead in to something further.
Sure enough, only a moment later Luo spoke again with his request. Zdura's eyes moved down to linger a moment on the indicated swords before he nodded a simple assent.
"Of course." he nodded shortly. "How do you want them though? There are many methods that I can use. The simplest is a scroll, using plain ink. Next up for a bit more security would be the same, but mixing your blood into the ink. Then of course there are methods of convenience, the best being a tattoo'd seal, still using blood for the extra security. Put it right on the wrist and with a little practice you can have a sword in your hand mid-swing."
Zdura grinned as he finished his explanation with the most theatrical option available to him. It was a simple matter of placing the seal on a specific tenketsu, the man could then learn to charge that one point with no other contact. After that he just had to learn to grasp the sword as it came out of the seal and he'd have quick access to his swords better than any sheath or scroll, not to mention the factor of surprise, when the enemy saw an empty hand suddenly filled with a sword.

Luo Ushio Pride Of The Mist テキスト翻訳 Suiton| Ina Hassei Ryouken No Jutsu l Fire l Mizukage l Wind l Shark Summoner Luo continued staring out at the ocean as Zdura presented him the options. In all actuality, he figured the second to be the most skilled method of sealing things. The feeling of not knowing the art of sealing went this deep and perhaps deeper, gave Luo a sense of both uneasiness, and pure joy. Both emotions at once seemed to force the usually straight faced young man to begin to slowly grin. The art of sealing piqued Luo's interests greatly, and not even for personal use. It was so rare these days that Luo encountered something in the shinobi world he had not before, or rather something whose depth he could not readily predict once approached. Sealing seemed to be another beast entirely, and for once since the beginning of this year, Luo had become genuinely interested in something. He pondered what else was possible then within the art when he thought about the mundane methods of sealing he's seen used. Alas, the possibilities seemed to be utterly endless.
Turning to face Zdura, there was just the slightest tinge of excitement in his voice, something most people found difficult to pick up. "I believe you and I both know which method seems more....suitable to my needs. Of course you must first explain the process to me. I don't enjoy using any methods I myself don't yet understand. Just as well, I'd like to know how much such a seal would cost normally." Luo didn't like to operate based on favors when it came to those he didn't know well. It left things too open ended, and left room for an individual to end up doing something against their will based purely on a moral debt. Needless to say, he liked to circumvent those at all costs with unknowns.

ZduraRogue | Crystal | JouninSupport { Sealing } Combo~ Zdura nodded at Luo's simple statement, and turned completely around to lean on the railing as he considered the question. Of course, he didn't know Luo quite well enough yet to make any real assumptions on which method he was referring to, but he could easily enough pretend, and if he was wrong, well, so be it. For now, he'd go with the method he himself would prefer, and just as well, one he rarely had opportunity to use. "Tattooing a seal is much the same as a regular tattoo, simply injecting ink into the pores in precise quantity and location to form the desired shape. For that, I'd simply need a stable working area.." he paused, looking down at the deck of the ship for a moment with a slight scowl. There were of course some problems with attempting sealing on a ship. "And a needle. I'm sure I could borrow one from you." Looking again to Luo he smirked slightly. Even if he hadn't had as much information on the man as he'd have liked when he first came here, Luo was rather well known for his mastery of senbon, a tool few ninja appreciated, due to the precision they required accompanied by how little damage they could actually cause. "For the blood aspect, I'd need a small amount of your own blood. Since blood contains traces of chakra, by mixing it into the ink I can lock the seal to your chakra signature, so that only you can use it. As a side note and recommendation, you should never let a sealing specialist you don't trust out of your sight with a sample of your blood. While most seals use the blood to determine ownership, it can also be used to designate a target using some methods." the clone was well aware that alerting Luo to the risks involved could potentially hurt him, since he was mentioning it while suggesting a blood based seal, but he was hoping for the equally possible reaction of creating trust. To have the man find out from a third party later rather than being informed now would certainly do more harm than revealing it himself now. Besides, he didn't intend to take the blood out of the man's sight anyways, especially not after that statement. "Beyond that, the process is quite simple. I merely place the seal with it's activation point on one of your tenketsu, so that it can be activated without hand contact, and you're good to go. Beyond the basic theory it's actually one of the most basic procedures of tattoo sealing, and of course blood sealing. As for the price..." Zdura trailed off for a moment, looking at the deck again with a frown, before he shrugged and looked up again. "My master ran a shop, but I never paid much attention to his pricing. The seal itself is quite basic though, so the base price would be quite low. Add in a modifier for the blood and tattooing, since both are more specialized arts, and it's really only slightly more. Somewhere between fifty and a hundred gold perhaps?" he shrugged once more, returning to silence in wait for Luo's answer. It was unfortunate that he'd never paid attention to proper pricing of seals really. Anything he priced out was probably rather below what it should be in price, which was why he left such a wide gap. The only thing he really knew was that his master set prices per seal. The more seals, the higher the cost. An array then could be incredibly costly, while a single seal might be dirt cheap, no matter how many special modifications were made to it. ~ [Chakra: 205]

Luo Ushio Pride Of The Mist テキスト翻訳 Suiton| Ina Hassei Ryouken No Jutsu l Fire l Mizukage l Wind l Shark Summoner For once, Luo's attention was well focused in one area. There were no scattered background thoughts, his mind didn't seem to wander as it tended to when he grew bored. One would have to understand of course, that Luo has seen most things in his age, or potentially read about it in his own free time. As Mizuakge, the young man's mind wandered as any young individual's would. However, Luo was unfortunate enough to be capable of allowing his mind to wander while reacting to most day to day situations, almost as if he were only half there. He found there were certain key words and tonal phrasings in the way people talked to him and what they said that alerted him to what was actually being said. Besides, he heard the same complaints day in and day out. He grew continually bored of that office, and his job. The hours severely cut into his training time, he could think of four jutsu he began to create he had yet to get down on scrolls because of the job. The Ushio mind needed stimulation, and he found his job rather lacking unfortunately.
So when Luo to encountered an area of the shinobi world he was not well versed in, for once in weeks his attention focused in completely on what someone was saying. What he knew off the bat, was that it made sense to include blood into the seal. As a summoner himself, he was bound to a blood contract. That however, was about where his knowledge tended to dwindle. He found it particularly interesting.that blood could be used against you as a method of designating the donor as an intended target. He wondered the extent of damage one could receive from such an attack. He didn't necessarily find the information threatening, so much as a point of interest. He was capable of making sure his blood stayed with him. Another point of interest for him was placing the seal's activation point on tenketsu in order to forgo having to make contact to activate it. His face softened a bit, it seemed a bit obvious at this point that Luo was genuinely interested.
Turning a bit towards Zdura Luo prodded a bit more, his thought process barely glancing over the price although finding it somewhat low for what was being done. In turn, this made him wonder what something costing one-thousand gold could entail if such a seal existed. "Since you've removed the need for hand contacted as stated, you would only need to force the seals necessary to activate the seal, correct? Just as well, could the seal be removed in the future, tattoo and all?" The question was out of mere curiosity, Luo weighing whether he would have an advantage as speed was concerned against others with similar seals. He wondered in this day and age how difficult it was to find one as capable in sealing as Zdura. The only two well skilled seal masters in Kirigakure were a 2-man ANBU team. This of course meant that Luo never actually had a chance to observe their craft. The pair had been grandfathered in from the previous Mizukage's regime, which meant apart from their personal files, Luo didn't know much else other than they were good at what they did. So he wondered if more people didn't have such seals because sealing masters were few and far between. If it wasn't that, then what else could it be? Needless to say, the topic gave him much to think about.

ZduraRogue | Crystal | JouninSupport { Sealing } Combo~ "That is correct." Zdura nodded, not feeling the need to further clarify since Luo seemed to understand well enough already. For the second question he reamined quiet for a short while. He already knew the answer, but as it was the request of a kage, he felt obligated to give it an extra level of consideration. Deactivating a seal was easy enough, but removing the tattoo itself... Well, that was a bit harder. After a few seconds with no epiphany, he shook his head, giving in to the expected defeat. "Removing the seal itself is easy enough, you just have to break down the chakra pathways, something any properly trained sealer is capable of. The tattoo though is as permanent as any other, you'd have to use normal methods to remove it, most of which leave their own mark in the process." he explained, giving a twisted quirk of his lips at the regretful news. He had heard of a clan that specialized in manipulating ink, so it was possible they might have an answer to the problem, but he'd have to do some research before sharing that thought and raising false hopes. Thinking for a moment, Zdura decided to give one last small warning, in case Luo wasn't aware of some of the intricacies of storage seals. "You'll want to make sure everything is out of the seal before removing it though. If the seal is deactivated or destroyed with something in it, you'll never get it back. Storage seals create what I call a void pocket to store your things in. Each pocket is unique, so you can never re-access one that's been destroyed. Even repairing the same seal won't open the same pocket again. You also want to avoid storing items activated by chakra such as other seals in one, since they could activate in the process. You don't want to be the guy that opened a scroll full of active explosive tags." he chuckled, a wry smirk twisting what little was visible of his features once again, even as he made a note to research ways of getting around that particular problem. Seals on the item to prevent chakra from accessing it's working perhaps? But that might interfere with the transfer... Sighing, he shook his head to clear his thoughts. That was a worry for another day. ~ [Chakra: 205]

Luo Ushio Pride Of The Mist テキスト翻訳 Suiton| Ina Hassei Ryouken No Jutsu l Fire l Mizukage l Wind l Shark Summoner After acknowledging the answer to his first question, Luo made a mental note. As for his second question, Luo was curious as to the pause in back and forth on Zdura's part. It seemed with every silent second Luo's curiosity grew for the answer. Until that is, the verdict arrived at last. He watched in his peripherals Zdura's head turn to the left, and then whip back towards the right. Luo felt a pang of disappointment run through him after seeing that, until things were explained further. What was said admittedly sent a chill down Luo's spine, although as usual he seemed able to hide that well. "They can break down chakra pathways? At what rate? How?...Is...is that even a feat one could track?" Luo had more questions than ever running through his mind, as he struggled now to pay attention to what else was being said about the tattoo itself. As expected, they were as permanent as any other. It was a fleeting thought however, as his mind struggled to understand a facet of the art he could not. His temple pulsed, a headache was setting in.
He wasn't going to outright ask Zdura any of the questions he had, knowing full well he was perhaps on the verge of crossing some sort of line he did not want to, not at this stage in their familiarity with one another. No doubt about it however, he was going to do everything to find out more. When Zdura began to speak again after pausing briefly, Luo learned more that interested him. He referred to the space used to store things as a 'void pocket,' forcing Luo to wonder where these pockets lie if even on the earthly realm. His headache got worse, seeming to pulse behind his eyes. The profession seemed like the ultimate test of mental skill, something you either had the ability to do or you simply did not. Luo was gifted in his youth and talented in multiple fashions, however he now found himself jealous of this man. Although the sword took skill as well, in the end he felt it was also well researched. Luo doubted you could ask any man about sealing without whatever their knowledge was simply capping out rather quickly.
Luo snapped back to with a light smile on his face, hearing the anecdote spelled out for him as far as storing chakra activated items was concerned. The quip made sense, and Luo appreciated the extra bit of information on Zdura's part. Nodding he said, "I'll try not to be." As jealousy seemed to recede, and his headache lessen slightly, Luo spoke again. "Well then, I suppose I know what I'd like to be done. On the tops of my hands between my wrists and kuckles, I'd like the Ushio clan insignia tattooed." The tattoo made sense for most anyone who could put two and two together. For one thing, Luo's main sword hand was covered by a pair of fingerless gloves, with a small metal plate on the back with Kirigakure's insignia on it. One wouldn't blame the head of the Ushio clan for having their insignia tattooed on himself. He didn't like the idea of not being able to remove it, however it was something he didn't necessarily worry about. If he didn't find a solution so be it, however he felt as if there was a way to fix that.

ZduraRogue | Crystal | JouninSupport { Sealing } Combo~ Zdura nodded slowly, taking in the specifics of Luo's request and committing them to memory. Even in his short time within Kirigakure he had discovered, mostly through rumor, that Luo's distaste for repeating himself was near legendary. Considering Zdura had the capability to easily memorize anything the man said and reference it later, it would be foolish to risk crossing that line needlessly. Ceasing his nod, he silently stared upwards for a few moments, eyes half closed as he attempted to visualize what Luo desired. The seal itself would just barely fit on the back of a man's hand, so thankfully he wouldn't have to fuss with that much. As he thought, his eyes shifted to the mast, where a semi-unfamiliar symbol was portrayed on a flag. He assumed that must be the Ushio symbol, which he regretfully was unfamiliar with. Seeing it on the flag was good, but he'd ask for a copy to be available during the process just to be sure. Returning his eyes to level, Zdura nodded shortly to himself before speaking up. "I'd like a picture of the insignia available while I work, if at all possible. We'll also need a stable working area. I can do it on the ship if you like, since it'll kill some time and the sea seems to be smooth today, but you'll want to make sure we're doubly stable. If you want the tattoo to be any color other than black with a crimson tinge, I'll need a pestle and some petals of the appropriate color to make a dye. For the seal itself I'll need a few ounces of blood. And lastly, if you have it, we could dearly use a bottle of whiskey." he grinned as he finished listing the final necessary supplies. He could tell the man outright that the whiskey was meant as a disinfectant, but hey, it could be amusing to see the reaction if the request was misunderstood. After all, a drunk with a needle and ink permanently marking your skin could be a rather scary concept. ~ [Chakra: 205]Feels short for some reason, but I got nothing else.

Luo Ushio Pride Of The Mist テキスト翻訳 Suiton| Ina Hassei Ryouken No Jutsu l Fire l Mizukage l Wind l Shark Summoner Giving the man a second to think, he paid attention when Zdura listed what he would need. All that was necessary made sense until the last one, which admittedly took Luo a second to realize its practicality. Nodding, Luo turned and walked towards the door which led to the cabin below. The first thing he pulled out was the alcohol from the kitchenette on his immediate left, pulling a cabinet open from the other side and placing it on the counter. Next, Luo pulled two senbon from his pouch and placed them next to the bottle. He suspected Zdura as a man of the sealing arts carried his own ink, so for now he didn't waste time looking for it. Next, he went into the main sleeping quarters and opened one of the night stands, pulling out document paper with the family crest already emblazoned on the very bottom. "This should suffice as a picture of it," Luo thought to himself as he closed the drawer and walked out of the room, placing it on the large table.
Bringing the bottle and the senbon to the table, Luo removed the glove on his right hand, placing it gently on the table. The process wan't exactly going to be a fun one all things considered, especially the spot he picked on his body which was less flesh and more bone. Sighing a bit to himself, he wondered how he was going to go about getting the blood necessary for the tattoo's. Unless Zdura was hiding a hollow needle, he'd just have to go about it the more direct route. Sitting patiently, Luo waited for Zdura to join him. CP: 180/180

ZduraRogue | Crystal | JouninSupport { Sealing } Combo~ Zdura silently followed Luo as the man returned to the cabin and started gathering supplies. As it was evident the man indeed intended to get the job done now, the clone headed for the nearby table, sitting down near the corner, where they could sit closely enough to do the job. If the ship kept it's smooth ride, this should do fine. if not, they would either have to find something better, or wait until the sea calmed to resume. Reaching inside his shirt, Zdura withdrew a vial of ink, and an empty crystal vial, the first drawn from a hidden pocket, and the second subtly created with his bloodline ability. He hadn't thought to bring any empty vials along, and the crystal would serve it's purpose better anyways, being stronger than glass. Setting both on the table, he frowned at the senbon Luo had produced. He'd always figured that senbon would be the most convenient tool for the job, but looking at them now, and considering the area he'd be working on, the precision tool actually looked a bit clunky and awkward. He had to use it to inject ink after all, and with a point too large, he'd probably mutilate the man's hand before the job was done just trying to get the ink in. Besides that point, was the blood. He didn't have Yasashii's special brush, and doubted Luo would entirely trust that anyways, so the only other option was to stab a vein with one of the senbon and run it into the vial, again, rather violent for his purposes. Sighing, he decided to show a bit more than he'd intended to early on. Raising his hands, he placed his index fingers against each other, and then pulled them slowly apart for several inches. Between the finger a silver line drew out in the air, which then flexed and widened into a tube, obviously sharper at one end than the other. Satisfied with his creation, he picked the crystal made needle out of the air and, setting next to the empty vial, slid both over to Luo. "I only need a few ounces, and then I'll add the ink." he spoke his request, obviously intending the man to use the new needle to draw his own blood. He fully expected to be questioned on this newly revealed ability, but didn't intend to say a word of explanation unless asked. Crystal users were rare these days after all. Rare enough in fact to where he wasn't sure but what he might be the only one currently living. It was entirely possible Luo hadn't seen or heard of the ability before. ~ [Chakra: 205]

Luo Ushio Pride Of The Mist テキスト翻訳 Suiton| Ina Hassei Ryouken No Jutsu l Fire l Mizukage l Wind l Shark Summoner Most of the set-up was rather mundane, things that he mostly expected. However, it seemed out of circumstance Luo had forced the man into using something he found to be nothing short of incredible. He could only describe what he saw to be the creation of a crystaline substance, but from thin air. Luo's eyes widened, focusing in on the senbon itself as it was placed down and the man explained he'd only need a bit of blood before he began. The bloodline was not something Luo himself had ever encountered, but rather something he read about in the Ushio clan library, a passage written by his grandfather and former Ushio clan head. What was written in there was brief, his own grandfather apparently not having enough of an encounter with such a bloodline to write anything more than what they could do and what it was called. As Luo picked up the crystal needle he muttered as he twirled it between his fingers, "Shōton." Looking up at Zdura for a second, he seemed to be staring through the man rather than at him. "Who are you?" his mind seemed to scream as he regained composure and prodded himself with the needle in the forearm, quickly holding a vial on the opposite end of the puncture to catch the blood.
Zdura revealed himself to be quite the pick as far as a body-guard was concerned, a man who seemingly held in his hands two very secretive arts and abilities. Luo was hard pressed to keep himself from asking anymore questions, however for now he felt it a bit necessary. If anything, he gathered he knew more about the man's abilities than most after that small display. He'd pick it up later, as much as he wanted to ask about it now. After all, Luo knew a shinobi was nothing without having a few hidden cards to play. Who was to even say if the man would be willing to talk about it? Sliding the vial back towards Zdura, he placed his weapons on the table. Senbonsakura seemed if anything to be a simple katana when sheathed, and was more than likely regarded as such. The second weapon however, well that one was an odd one to look at. Perhaps the man had questions of his own, perhaps not. Either way, Luo felt he had to answer most anything the man came up with.

ZduraRogue | Crystal | JouninSupport { Sealing } Combo~ "Indeed." the clone responded to Luo's whisper, his own tone nearly equally quiet. "Another reason I don't carry weapons." he expounded, going through the same procedure again, this time creating a thinner, slightly longer needle with, if you looked very closely, a thin groove down the length of one side. Setting the new needle to the side for the moment, Zdura took back the proffered vial of blood, picking up the ink vial as well, and tipping a small amount in, just enough to match the small amount of blood. The project wouldn't take much, and it'd be a waste to create more of the blooded ink than needed just to destroy it, or return it to Luo afterwards. Using the hollow needle he stirred the mixture for a short while, keeping a close eye on it until he was certain the mix was even, unaware that Yasashii himself was doing much the same at the opposite end of the continent. Satisfied with the mixture, he looked up, seeing clearly for the first time the weapons Luo had produced. The first his eyes passed over easily. Outwardly it appeared to be a simple katana, but if he had his guess this was the Senbon Sakura, nearly as famous as it's wielder. The other though, he found himself letting out a whistle of appreciation at, as it was like no weapon he'd seen before. Covered in what appeared to be spikes, shells, and even once living creatures of the sea, he could only assume this to be one of the world's rare mystical weapons, something he hadn't actually believed to exist previously. The properties of most famous weapons could be easily explained or duplicated through clever use of seals and elemental reactions. But the sight before him now, well, it was as if someone had forged a reef into the shape of a sword. Pulling his mind back from it's inspection of the weapon, Zdura barely restrained himself from asking where such a thing had come from. If he started asking questions, it would certainly start Luo asking his own, which it was obvious the man was saving up at this point, and he'd be obligated to return answers in kind. He didn't mind answering some questions, but inviting them was something he didn't intend to do. So, he returned to his inspection, just long enough to determine the size of both weapons was appropriate for the seal he'd be making. It would be a shame to make such a permanent thing only for it to prove worthless for it's intended task. Luckily both weapons appeared to be within the limits of the seal, so should pose little problem. "Your hand please?" Zdura finally requested, turning his attention back to the task at hand. He was actually a bit excited now. Besides practice and his initial training, he'd rarely had opportunity to practice this particular side of his art, playing the part of a bartender as he had. Bartenders had little business with a tattooing needle after all. Hm, best not to mention that articular fact to Luo. ~ [Chakra: 205]
