♡ History: Julian's life was supposed to be different than that of his mother, but sometimes life enjoys giving you a crappy hand. He was born to Rachel Fate, the previous sheriff of the island, and Jonathan Parker, another officer back then. Oblivious to the little drama brewing there, Julian had a happy first five years of his life. His father was nowhere in sight, but his mother had found love in another woman. It was a weird but happy setting, at least until Rachel became ill with cancer, which by the point it was discovered, it was too late, and the boy and other half watched her deteriorate until she finally succumbed. Julian was seven and his father somewhere, his mother dead, with only one person to care for him, Romane Bissette. The death of his mother was something that shook the boy to the core. It took him a few years to actually get out of the slump the loss and Romane's neurotic tendencies, which had increased with her pregnant, before settling into a way of life that fit him. He wasn't a bad kid, he was just... barely behaving. Apparently something he got from his father was a hot-headed attitude, that got him in a few troubles recently. Adding an adopted tendency to be wary of people from Romane, albeit never to that extent, didn't do the boy any good. Someone how the boy has some friends on the island and is usually just around town, or trying to understand what's going on in his house with his step-mother, her husband, and her daughter...

Nirvani never did make any sense to the boy, not that he actually expected it to. Eventually one would stop trying to understand what happened in the island and went along with it. But there was something Julian wouldn't let go off just yet, knowing about his parents. It took him a while to get Romane to talk about his mother without her shutting him out, but on the topic of his father? Now that was something foreign to him, such so that he took a little adventure with his best friend and eventually found him. It was a good thing Miah had let him go alone because the reuniting scene between father and son didn't even start before it ended in an argument and a fight. That encounter didn't do much for Julian's happiness to be honest, or his last name since he immediately took his mother's after that. He wasn't of legal age when he did that, and upon return Romane really did blow some gaskets there for his little escapade. She of course blamed Miah for that, which both kids had learned to accept as a rule of Romane. Following that event Julian had become harder to handle in school, even involving some fighting, and tended to stray with Miah to drink, and smoke, and do all the things Romane prohibited from doing. Somehow he barely managed to pass his classes and for that Romane wasn't entirely happy. However instead of taking it out on the only person who stayed with him, he grasped at something she had said and decided to follow in his mothers' footsteps and join the Nirvani police force.

♡ Personality: Julian's lost some laughs along the years, which is why he keeps an indifferent demeanor most of the time. He's highly competitive, and is quite hot-headed, causing a few fights because of that isn't unusual. Oddly enough, he's easily flustered with situations he doesn't know how to handle... he tries, but they are rarely ever graceful.
