☐ Personality: Suou is relatively easy-going at times. He seems to just let time pass by as he waits for the next objective to come through. He can be found lounging around on top of a random building or taking a nap in the entrance room of the Yukikage's office. He's rarely serious about working, though. Once he's assigned work, he'll apathetically work to complete his job. Suou also isn't the type whom is above seeking revenge. Actually, it's one of the few things he enjoys. He'll sometimes instigate trouble so that he has a reason to seek out someone so that he can mess with them. Some would also say that he craves revenge. Some people, he will simply prank. Some others, Suou would go so far as to physically harm them, depending on what he can get away with. When he's in the mood to fight, he will do whatever he can to harm his opponent.

[Death of the Main Branch of the Abumi Clan]
The legacy of Shinsui Suou dates back to the previous war among villages. Kazuto and Miyuki Abumi, the boy's parents were originally from Otogakure, the Village Hidden in Sound. They simply obeyed their clan and fought hard in the wars on only their clan's behalf. Kazuto, an expert tracker and assassin, was first in line to become the next leader of his clan. Miyuki, his wife and the most effective assassin in the clan, was the leader of a small corps of shinobi in the clan, whom all practiced styles of assassination. When the two of them combined in a team, they were the strongest duo that could come out of their whole country.
Fate would strike this duo, though. An attack from an opposing village came through to the Sound Village and wiped out nearly everything. The kage was murdered, the village was set ablaze and left in ruins, and nothing would be left standing in the end, except for the compound of the Abumi Clan. They had been fending off the enemy army for the entire invasion and now were all that was left. The enemy army was slowing dwindling and the Abumi Clan held steadfast, not letting a single member of the clan die. As the enemy army's number got a bit too low, they had called in their greatest weapon, one of the Bijuu. None of the Abumi could tell which of the nine that was brought in because it was so far away and hidden by the ash, smoke, and smoldering destruction of the war.
The Bijuu fired multiple Bijuudama upon the compound, killing off large portions of the clan with each blast and destroying most of the compound. Kazuto was killed in the third blast. Knowing that there was no way for her clan to escape, Miyuki ran into the compound and into the room of her only son, Shinsui Abumi, a bearer of the blood of the Abumi and the Shouran eye that made Kazuto such a powerful tracker. She grabbed her son and ran off with a couple of the members of her assassin corps. She handed off her child to a man by the name of Tsukasa Abumi. He and the rest of the corps were given the final task of delivering the child safely to a new location, where he could train and grow strong. With the child was a case that was not to be opened until Shinsui was starting his training as a shinobi.
The corps took on this task and left Miyuki at the compound. She would fight with everything she had and eliminate all but the leader of the army of shinobi, his personal guard, and the Bijuu. The onslaught of Bijuudama wiped out her entire clan and the compound. No record of any member of Abumi was left after this battle.

- (Passive) Hawkeye: The user has such acute eyesight it has been likened to that of a Hawk in flight. They are able to make out the most minute details of things and can see incredibly far. The Shouran family member has the ability to passively see twice the range of a normal
- (D) Ultraviolet: When activated, the user's eyes will turn violet and the user will seen everything in a screen of violet thus toning down the brightness and damage of certain things (looking at the sun). Using this stage of vision, the user will be able to detect objects normally unseen, such as bodily fluids, sweat, blood, and otherwise which have long since become invisible to normal eyesight. They are able to match bodily fluids to whomever they belong if compared side by side.
- (D) Infrared: During activation, the user's eyes will turn an amber color and by absorbing chakra to bend the visible spectrum of light, the user can now see clearer the left over heat impression made by people as well as their heat signatures. Their vision then turns into a set color palette of dark indigo to white representing the different body temperature radiating off the things in the user's sight.This gives the user the ability to see through walls, the ground, and other solid objects to lock onto those who may be hiding.
