Sailor Scout Attack:
Name - Mneme Daze!
Execution - Mneme clasps her hands together in front of her, extending both index fingers, shouts the name of her attack, and then points with her index finger toward an enemy. A six-inch-wide, spiral-cone-shaped light beam is shot from her index fingers at her enemy.
Effect - The affected party will not recognize the world around them for the time effected, but will feel a sense of déjà vu. Locations will suddenly look foreign and faces no longer look recognizable, but the character will feel as if the information they seek is "on the tip of their tongue". Characters who try to remember how they got there or what's going on suffer from confusion and disorientation. If this attack misses in the dark, it may temporarily blind anyone who sees it, with effects similar to watching a light bulb go out.
Use Limits - This attack may be used three times per battle and affects one person.
Power Limits - The effects of this attack last for twenty seconds.
Weaknesses - Mneme must not be bumped while spinning and pointing at her victim or else the attack will fail. She can hit a target up to four feet away.
Super Sailor Scout Attack:
Name - Mneme Haze!
Execution - Mneme clasps her hands together in front of her, extending both index fingers, shouting the name of her attack, and then points with both of her index fingers toward an enemy. A six-inch-wide, spiral-cone-shaped light beam is shot from her index fingers at her enemy.

Execution - Mneme clasps her hands together above her, extending both index fingers, calls the name of her attack, and a spiral-cone-shaped light beam is shot from her index fingers, creating an invisible range.
Effect - The affected parties will not recognize the world around them for the time effected. Locations will suddenly look foreign, and faces no longer look recognizable. Characters who try to remember how they got there or what's going on suffer from confusion and disorientation.
Use Limits - This attack may be used one time per battle and affects all parties within the five foot radius from Mneme.
Power Limits - The effects of this attack last for thirty seconds.
Weaknesses - If Mneme is knocked down during her attack, it will falter. The range is stationary and doesn't move as Mneme does.

Hiya Xevra! XD The revisions look okay to me, but just to make sure of something, could you the part about when the attack misses in the dark and my blind someone? It is only a temporary thing, like if a flash bulb wold go off and make you see spots for a time, right? =D

Yes, just like that. I'll add that part. Hopefully that'll work. :3 Also, I was wondering at what point I'm allowed to create a journal for Mneme? I won her in the customs last night and didn't know if I needed to wait until after being accepted or actually having the art? Sorry!! ORZ *hugs*
