When I couldn't move I saw a demon, horns and everything, next to the bed and it was the most worst terrifying experience; I tried to tear and pull my eyes away from the sight or from looking into its eyes but I realized I couldn't because it was like it was gouging out my eyes to look at it to its direction, beating and ripping back and forth at them, and in between all this I saw. I think it was looking down on me from where it was standing. I couldn't handle this, it was too much. I couldn't bear it. This was the worst case of any sleep paralysis I've had to endure. I was so powerless.
This didn't happen too long ago so I am afraid to go to bed at night. I purposely screwed up my internal clock by staying up way late so I wouldn't have to sleep until the morning. And just recently when I did shut my eyes at night, there was a ringing in my ears and my whole body, there was that where you feel something's going on though I'd be utterly helpless.
I am really tired right now but I'm scared to be calmed down. One small noise makes me stop breathing. My eyelids are heavy, I'm so exhausted, I'm scared, tired, scared.

What, so you want to let it win? I mean, if we're talking creepy monster forms, then the idea is obviously to scare you. Think back to the Book of Job; for all the trials and suffering that Job went through, the one behind it needed God's permission to touch people. Demons can't simply come over and hurt you any time that they want... but just to be sure, consider asking God to protect you and deny it permission to be anywhere near you.

My sleep paralysis did not stop until I repented of the occult and my deliberate attempts to have "out of body experiences" (OBE's). I would suggest the same: assess your life, see whether you're sinning in some areas and repent of the those things YHWH calls sin. Seek his protection in prayer. He has a heavenly army capable of protecting you. Quote: 2 Kings 19:35 (NIV) 35 That night the angel of the Lord went out and put to death a hundred and eighty-five thousand in the Assyrian camp. When the people got up the next morning—there were all the dead bodies! That's against human opponents, but I can imagine it's the same against spirits. For me, I didn't see a material manifestation. I felt a white buzzing sensation trying to pull me out; it would interrupt my dreams, wake me up and I'd struggle to stay in my body, but I couldn't open my eyes. It felt like something was trying to extract me from my shell of a corpse. Mind you, all of this happened as an unrepentant, non-believer. It was in the early stages of my "spiritual journey". It escalated to the point that I would wake up in positions that cut-off my oxygen supply. This one time I heard a voice encouraging me to flip over because I was trying to wake up only to have my body "faint" over and over; my neck was twisted in such a way that it was cutting off the blood supply to my brain. I have legit fainted before and I had no recollection or consciousness during the time I was out, but this case was strange in that the moment my body would "faint", I'd still be thinking and complaining against my body, lol, and struggling to get control over it. I would regain control over it for a few seconds than bam faint again; it continued like that for a few minutes. I was exhausted. Anyway, the voice was telling me I was capable and to keep trying to flip. The voice was so serene and fluid compared to my inner voice (not that it proves whether the angel was good or not; satan can appear as an angel of light), but since OBE's are occult and the voice's advice discouraged the activity, instead of encouraging it, I'm going with "it was a good angel". Those were some scary moments and I can relate. So make sure you're not "inviting" these things to happen. I clearly was by pursuing this "OBE" business. If it's not that you're giving consent, maybe like Rednal said, you're being tested to see what you do, how you react, on your knowledge of YHWH's attributes (just, fair, powerful, in control), testing whether you'll blaspheme God or praise him, whether you will turn away from God or draw closer. At that point, I had started reading the bible, but was still unrepentant. I repented of the occult after that.

Not sleeping is not a solution. In the long run that is going to be very damaging for both your mental and physical health. You need spiritual weapons for a spiritual warfare.
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
The advice the crew members have given you is very good, and repentance if the reason is sin, is as real eyes realize points out necessary if it is the underlying reason.
Matthew 8:29 And behold, they cried out, “What have you to do with us, O Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the time?”
If you are unfamiliar with this story it is a demon talking through someone possessed, to Jesus.
If this happens to you the next time you are sleeping, call out to Jesus. Call his name, and ask for help. When what is happening to you happened to me, I am not sure if it was me saying it, or the holy spirit that aided me in saying it, but I said: "I command you to leave in Jesus name." I kept repeating it over and over and it eventually went away, and I could move again .Some demons leave at the mention of his name, others require more [Matthew 17:21]. It is a horrifying experience, and I understand what you mean when you say you can't sleep because of fear.
Another helpful weapon is prayers. Do you know the Lord's Prayer? If you can not think of what to say, His prayer includes everything, also protection against evil. Read it with sincerity before going to bed.
(Psalms 50:15 NKJV) Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me."
The Lord's Prayer
Matthew 6:9-13 English Standard Version (ESV) Pray then like this:
“Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Mark 9:38-39 "Teacher," said John, "we saw a man driving out demons in your name and we told him to stop, because he was not one of us." "Do not stop him," Jesus said. "No one who does a miracle in my name can in the next moment say anything bad about me,

With my mouth I said I would forgive a man that molested me but I still have a lot of anger deep inside. He doesn't acknowledge what he's done, said he doesn't remember so it has driven me to insanity and depression. Yet I still know I have to forgive him. I do not actually know how. It hurts too much. I haven't really prayed, I forgot how. My mouth feels very heavy and my heart just the same.

^^ On the other hand, God created your soul. You are personally and individually worthwhile to Him simply by the fact of your own existence. Can it be difficult to face an omnipotent, omniscient creator who knows exactly what all of your problems are? Of course it can. But if talking to God is your problem, that could be exactly why a demon came to visit. Could. I guarantee nothing, since I have no irrefutable proof to offer. But God is infinitely greater than any demon, and such a sighting could be His way of saying "Hey, I know it's hard, but I want you to talk to Me some more. I can solve this for you." Maybe He's trying to help you overcome your problem.

Ask Him to take your anger/resentment/bitterness away and allow Him to work it out. The faster you do this you'll start to see progress. What happens when we hold grudges is it'll end up eating you from within out. Do not take the sin of that man and think you'll be able to work it all out alone. Try it. Hope those demons leave you soon.

Thank you everyone. It's hard not to cry while reading what you put. I read somewhere God will take away the pain of those memories once I forgive. I didn't know that so I cried.
I'm having such a hard time coming to God wholeheartedly. It's because I too am a sinner and in this state I'm in I don't know where to start.

We're all sinners. ^^ I, too, have problems and flaws. I think it helps to be honest, though; God, being omniscient, is already aware of everything... right up to and including your deepest and darkest fears. There is literally no point to holding anything back. Admit that you're flawed, then ask that He protect you from demons.

My dad had an experience like that before I was born he said he wroke up one night unable to move and he noticed the closet door opening with a demon looking alot like him coming out towards him and what looked like the grim reaper right next to him as he managed to lift his middle finger at it (if you knew my dad it is not a surprise) and then Called on Jesus Christ (in his way) and they dissapeared. he knows it wasn't a dream because the way the closet was you had to have it closed or it would block the only exit to the room. what I am trying to get out of the story is if you catch it happening again just cast it out in the name of Jesus Christ and they will go away.

Sleep paralysis alone, medically, can be explained minus demons or other occult forces involved. Sleep paralysis usually occurs between NREM and REM sleep - when you are halfway awake and halfway asleep because during these transitions the muscle movement isn't there because the body is relaxed. Some people may feel pressure or straining in the muscles, choking, etc. and sometimes accompanied by a nightmare. Many times, people say a person must be possessed or having trouble with demons because of this. I find, it occurs to me when I'm experiencing high stress levels. In certain instances, it could be having to do with a demon if a dream is associated with it or something because it is a terrifying experience.
I find that with sleep paralysis - I keep my stress levels low. Sleep paralysis typically means that you aren't staying completely asleep during the night and for whatever reason your sleep isn't restful. Stress causes me to wake up and stuff so that's my factor.
If your sleeping schedule is off, make sure that you go about fixing it. It's not only healthier for you, but you get a better quality sleep when you go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. Chances are, you will feel a different in a healthy way and feel more balanced.
Don't try going to bed like a 9 p.m .right off the bat and expect to sleep through the night because it won't happen. If you do this every night and stay in bed until you are supposed to wake up while trying to rest and sleep - your sleeping schedule could correct within 3-5 days, but it's an annoying process because you can't sleep through the night and have to force yourself to stay up. Another method that isn't recommended but can start working within a couple days is stay up late, and keep staying up all day until your desired bed time (maybe in this case 9, 10, or 11 o'clock). You will be tired, guaranteed, and you must not take a nap. Once you go to bed, you must wake up at your desired time for this process to continue working. Even use your sleeping schedule on the weekends, when it's tempting to stay awake. Although, staying up and pushing your body to stay awake isn't always healthy and naps as well s caffeine may be tempting.
Another way is to go to bed 30 minutes to an hour earlier every night. So, if you go to bed at around 5 a.m. - go to bed tonight at 4:30 a.m. or 4 a.m. You should be able to sleep. Set an alarm because you need to wake up after 7-9 hours of sleep. Your body won't want to wake up on it's own because you are switching the sleeping schedule. Making sure not to oversleep is important because for one, it's not healthy for you and two, it will make you only more tired and groggy and want to sleep more than you need to.
My favorite way to get my sleeping schedule on track is to exercise during the day - have a good workout earlier in the day whether it's going to the gym, swimming, hiking, running/jogging, etc. and don't over do it. Stop if you are hurting to becoming tired. Make sure not to nap and preferably eat after you exercise to restore lost calories and drink plenty of water before, during, and after working out. If I do an activity such as that during the day, I will usually push myself to stay awake until 9 or 10 o'clock, then sleep for 8 hours and force myself to wake up. It's harder the first time around, but trust me - it gets easier as time goes on to fix your schedule. Soon, you wouldn't even need an alarm clock.
As a note, if your sleep paralysis is stress due to a presence in your room or in the house then it is something that is related to demons or the occult then it is indeed a problem. I have been in a few houses that never felt comfortable to me and I could feel that something was watching me, and something in that house didn't appreciate my presence. Sadly, it is an experience I was hoping wouldn't happen four times in my life already. Some houses have bad things in them. I remember when I thought those experiences related to sleep paralysis because spiritually - I would become stressed out - I would have enough will power to pray in my mind to God when my sleep paralysis was happening. Prayer is a powerful weapon - make sure to use it and ask God to get rid of these demons and read God's word. I was in a creepy house once where I would read God's word aloud, which is usually how I read anyway because I remember information better when I hear it aloud and say it. I started reading and the door knob would start turning with no one outside. Something would always try to get in that I could feel wasn't good.
Lean on God in these difficult times - He is the most powerful friend we have.
