Two childhood friends, always having fun. They live in a world of fantasy, so who knows what will happen? Their hometown is small, more a village, which rests at the base of a mountain. Everybody knows everyone, though the duo are known to go off to the nearby plain, or up the mountainside to play around and explore. The two have been friends since they were very young.

Name: Ayako Shintori Age: 18 Occupation: none right now Sexuality: straight? Race: human Powers: none Bio: Her dad is your stereotypical cunning bad guy, intent on making his child be bad as well. Sadly, his influence was corrupted and almost eliminated by the village and Yakuma. Her small toy can change into a rod. Yakuma has been hit by it several times. Anything else? She's about the polar opposite of Yakuma, acts first, all that fun stuff.
Name: Kii-cha Age: old Occupation: ditzy 'bad influence' Sexuality: none Race: demon/imp Powers: anything and everything Bio: Ayako's dad summoned him to influence his daughter after she was taken to her mother's village. Sadly, his weakness for good food has won out. He spends all his time thinking about food, which makes him more comical than evil. Everyone can see him. Anything Else? Feed him.

"Yakummmaaaa!" Ayako banged on the door to her friend's house. "Get up before I start whacking your window!" "It would be so much easier to kill him, y'know...but he makes good food..." Kii-cha said, rubbing his belly. "Yaku! Imp's hungry! Get out before I let him eat all the food in your house!"

『 γαĸυмα 』
"I'm coming! Dammit!" I shouted across the hallway to the door. I was struggling to put on my shirt as I was walking towards the door. I managed to unlock the door and pulled down my shirt below my hip.
I opened the door and the silver haired girl's frowning face quickly looked at me, along with a demon imp's hungry face. I sighed. "It's 5 in the morning, Ayako. What do you want?"

((don't mind. makes it even better.)) "Feed me! Feedmefeedmefeedmewhaa!" Ayako sent the imp flying by grabbing its loincloth and flinging. "Other than the imp being hungry, we've got 'sploring to do. Remember the apparition on the cliff last week? It took half the day to get there, so we might as well start now." she shook her head, hair flying off her face briefly before settling back down, as a shade over her eyes. "I hit a basket! Made of reeds! that hurt!" "Shut up before I hit you!" Ayako retorted. She turned to Yakuma. "You remember to make anything, or will what I got yesterday work?" she pulled the cover half off the basket by her feet, revealing a whole variety of food, ranging from onigiri to shortbread to cheese. Wineskins held water and dangled over the side.

((Yup. Enough to feed a whole army xP)) ►►§τσяγ◄◄
『 γαĸυмα 』
"Damn! You're bringing food enough to feed a whole army!" I exclaimed as I examined the amount of food she brought. I sighed. "But I also made some food..." my words wandered off as I remembered all the food that he made the night before, worrying that Ayako might forget to bring her share of food. But it turns out that I was wrong; she brought food. Lots of them.
That would definitely means that Ayako is really looking forward to it. The exploration. If she really is that excited for it, I would do it at least for her.

"Food!" Within a few minutes, half of Ayako's basket had been eaten, and the imp's belly was large. He pulled the cloth over the opening and soft snoring was soon emanating from the basket: the imp was asleep. "They know Kii-cha, all right. You bring our food, they five him sleep-food. Let's go." Ayako picked up her basket and pulled it up to her elbow, and transferred toy to that hand. With her free hand, she grabbed her friend's ear and started dragging hi along. She stopped at a few feet along. "Food. Now." She let go of his ear and looked at him expectantly.

『 γαĸυмα 』
"Ow! Ow! The food's on the kitchen table!" I shouted when Ayako pulled my ear and drag me back inside the house. "No need to be feisty!" I half-scolded her after she let go of my ear. Ayako can be impatient sometimes.
I jogged to the kitchen, glancing behind a bit, expecting Ayako to follow me. I made my way to the kitchen counter and grabbed my duffel bag that I filled with all kinds of food. The food that I made all night will be enough to satisfy for the both me and Ayako--including a ravenous demon imp. I was quite surprised at how I can managed to fit in a change of clothes when my bag is so full with food.
I called out to Ayako from the kitchen that the food--and me, is ready to go

"Time spent lollygagging is time wasted." Ayako muttered. When Yakuma hadn't appeared withing a few seconds, she left, trotting to the mountain. He'd catch up and probably be all sorts of panicked, but it was fun. That, and the apparition called. Well, not literally. At least the silly imp was asleep.

『 γαĸυмα 』
"Ayako?" I called again. I walked out of the kitchen and realized that Ayako is gone. "Crap. Why is she always doing this to me?"I muttered. I scratched my head furiously which resulted in my hair being a mess. That was how I showed my frustration at something.
I ran out of the house but stopped midway before running back again. I always lock my door and I don't intend to break the habit now just because Ayako is not willing to wait for me. I quickly locked the door and shoved the house key into my pocket.
"Better hurry up and catch her..." I said to myself and started running.

((yeah and i'm on a tablet atm, hence the lack of color)) Ayako trotted up the small trail they had found years ago. Overgrown, it was still the fastest way to the cliff. She hummed briefly, but stopped when she realized that none of the usual animal sounds were heard. She left the trail and hopped up into a tree that was scarred and bent. She'd wait there for Yakuma, as she did when she went ahead without him. He'd know how far up she was.

『 γαĸυмα 』
I panted along the trail that me and Ayako had found years ago during one of our explorations.I stopped for a while to catch my breath. It's not easy to run the whole way from my house to the small trail up to the cliff. I took in a deep breath and let out a sigh. "That's much better" I thought.
I walked fast, avoiding all the vines that has crawled all over the trail. I looked around for any sign of Ayako and spotted a tree that was scarred and bent. My instincts told me to go to the tree but my logic side debated that she's least likely to be there. So I stopped and analyzed the surroundings for anything that could implement harm.
When my logic side noting that there's no danger (and still likely that Ayako will not be there), I sneaked up to the tree. Although I'm a supernatural detective, I still don't like it when my logic side is wrong but I'm relieved to see that Ayako was waiting for me there.
"Found you" I smirked.

『 γαĸυмα 』
I climbed up the scarred tree and settled next to Ayako. I made myself listened to the surroundings and noticed that it's too quiet. No birds chirping in the sky. No crawling of insects. Nothing. I cursed quietly that I didn't noticed it before. I'm supposed to be a detective.
I looked to where Ayako is looking at but could not see what she wanted me to see. "What am I supposed to look at?" I whispered to Ayako.
