Personality: Melody could talk the ear off of a donphan and the legs off of a camerupt. In other words, she likes to talk. A lot. Always seeing the value in good conversation, Melody is eager to socialize and learn new words in order to.... you guessed it, add to her capability to converse! Right now she can speak a little bit of human language.... currently, her entire human vocabulary consists of 'Hello'. She is quite proud of this and is eager to share it with everyone. Outside of her conversational tendencies, Melody is a cheerful little bird, but can be easily startled and tends to squawk when panicked.
Biography: Melody is a wild chatot, but picked up her name from a little girl she would visit sometimes in a human neighborhood. The little girl taught her her human word and gave her the name Melody. Though the child eventually moved and Melody was never captured, she never forgot the name she had been given. Nowawayd, Melody still likes to hang around human habitations, listening to their conversations and occasionally begging for food... or stealing it if she thinks she can get away with it. She doesn't mean any harm though, really - food is for eating after all, right?
Anything Else of Note: Melody is scared of thunderstorms and will try to get in some form of shelter if at all possible during them. Whether she can or cannot, she is a terrified bundle of birdie until it's over.

Sabria: Melody thinks it's terribly unfortunate that Sabria can't talk, but believes the Staryu to be nice enough anyway. After all, the water type saved her from drowning!

Melody doesn't have a home right now - she travels around from place to place, and doesn't bother trying to settle. Her home is wherever her wings can take her!

Stages:
1 Pokemon ---> Child
2 Weeks Time
1 Journal Set Up (Simple enough)
1 Decision on Gender (So I know what to draw the kid as)
1 Solo RP
1 RP with another Pokemon ( the other person can be at any stage)
1 Receiving a Star from Jirachi (when all this is done the Pokemon will find a start somewhere, be it among their things, while out walking, sitting in their food bowl, etc. A short journal RP about them finding this which ends with them passing out)
2 Child ---> Teen
2 Months Time
1 Response to the growths/changes caused by the star they found. (( Skip this if you buy them at Child ))
4 PDs
2 Solo RPs or Journal Entries
1 Skill Learned (must be something their Pokemon Type can learn aka a Charmader learning Ember or a Jigglypuff learning Sing)
1 Evolution! (this is NOT must do requirement, if you want your Pokemon to NOT evolve and remain in the form they are in just tell me <3)
3 Teen ---> Adult
3 Months Time
