BUT that is if the accent is understandable. Like if I'm listening to them and thinking to myself "huh?" then... NO.
Also personality. Like, if they have the cutest accent but is a horrible person, then no.
I probably could go on. xD

Depends on what kind of accent for me. English ones are a no go for me, but Asian ones are nice. My bf is Mexican but I talk to him so much that I can't tell if he has an accent or not, same thing with some of our friends.
