Hobbies:
Becoming a Pokemon Master - If Pyxie could make one wish, she'd wish that Pokemon were real. She plays the games, collects the cards, and has many of the toys. Her favorites are Pichu, Minccino, and Cleffa as anyone who enters her room can tell. You wouldn't believe the amount of plushies! Currently trying to fill her PokeDex in Pokemon Black, she always likes to find people to battle or trade.
Collecting Coins - After a business trip outside of the country, Pyx's father brought her a small assortment of coins as a souvenir. While she'd never seen anything like the odd coins before, she was fascinated by them with their colors and shapes. Try to ask her which ones she has and she won't be able to give you a straight forward answer. A likely answer will be "A yellow one with a face on it" or "A gray one with a hole in the middle". She tries to add every coin she finds to her collection.
Playing Soccer - While not the best player, Pyxie tries her hardest as the goalkeeper on her AYSO team. She's much better than when she started to play a year ago; she used to just pick daisies on the field! Now she's much more attentive to the game and a bit quicker on her feet. On the familiar occasion that her team loses a game, Pyx will do her best to be a good sport to the other team, though she sometimes beats herself up over her performance.
Virtues:
Curious - "Who", "what", "where", "when" and "how" are Pyxie's favorite questions. When this girl encounters something strange or new, she'll grab her closest parent or guardian and start asking away. The world is a vast place, full of strange things and people, and Pyx wants to try to learn everything she can about it. She loves being commended on her knowledge and desire to know more.
Organized - While doing things on her own is a problem of hers, Pyx tries her hardest to keep all areas of her life as neat as possible. She does not like to have to dig through things to find a toy, marker, or paper, so most everything of hers has a specific place that it's supposed to be in. In the same respect, she feels that it is "messy" for her not to be where she needs to be or do whatever needs to be done on time.
Respectful - Pyxie gets in trouble if she doesn't use her manners, especially when speaking to a grown up and after spending the longest two weeks ever grounded from her Pokemon games and soccer, she decided that being respectful is the only way to go. She tries really hard to treat everyone the way she wants to be treated, and when she messes up, she's quick to apologize.
Flaws:
Clingy - Pyx just doesn't seem to understand that she doesn't need to have her mommy or daddy with her all the time or that she should be able to start doing certain things on her own by now. She wants one of her parents to help her or be with her through pretty much everything. If she's at school, she clings to her teachers as her temporary guardians and tries to stay as close to them as possible throughout her day. She's constantly called a "teacher's pet", even though she doesn't make higher marks than most of her classmates.
Indecisive - Left or right? This or that? There are so many options with so many outcomes! How can someone just pick one? Pyxie has such a difficult time with choices, including small things like "What are you going to eat for breakfast?". That question in particular is one her parents dread asking in the mornings, along with other questions with an either/or answer. She's been known to even abandon decisions she has made because the outcome might not be quite what she wanted and this girl hates to go without breakfast, for one! On that note, not only her parents are bothered by her indecisiveness. Many of her friends get annoyed at her for the same reason.
Shy - Pyxie has a hard time away from her parents, so making relationships has been tough on her. She usually doesn't say more than a peep or two during school which caused a few of her teachers to go out of their way to introduce her to classmates. She's made a few friends this way, but they many times are outgoing and compensate for her minimal input. While she becomes more comfortable around people after time, she doesn't always share her personal thoughts and feelings. Family Mother: Sigyn Erikson. [Age 27.]
Pyxie lives with her newly mutually divorced mother, Sigyn, throughout the week. She's a loving mother who works as a part-time waitress at a diner while Pyxie is at school and usually brings something home for her.
Father: Dorian Whitley. [Age 28.]
Pyxie lives with her newly mutually divorced father, Dorian on the weekends. He is a corporate lawyer throughout the week and occasionally he takes trips for his job. He's very caring and takes Pyxie out almost every weekend to the park to practice soccer. It's been a bonding experience for the two since she started to play.
Grandmother: Ellanore Deidrech-Burns. [Age 53.]
Ellanore is a sweet lady and is known for her southern style of cooking. She even grows many of her ingredients in her backyard. It's sad that they usually only see each other around the holidays. She loves life and treasures moments with the ones she loves.
Grandfather: Delane Burns. [Age 58.]
Delane is a crotchety old man who never seems happy about anything. He doesn't associate much with his family when they are around, and that's usually only for the holidays. His attitude took a downward turn after retiring. He seems to just be waiting for his end in front of his television.
Aunt: Nola Burns-Whitley. [Age 35.]
Nola is a sweet, but very soft-spoken woman. She adores Pyxie and her polite nature. The two usually spend their time together watching something on the television.
Uncle Damian Whitley. [Age 38.]
Damian carries hard candies in his pocket and is one of Pyxie's favorite people because of that. She loves to listen to his stories about when his was young, but doesn't like to be around when he gets upset over anything.
Cousin: Kamille Whitley. [Age 17.]
Kamille has never treated Pyxie nicely. For whatever reason, the two don't seem to get along. Pyxie tries to stay away from her when she visits her aunt and uncle.

Sailor Scout Attack:
Name - Zao Charm!
Execution - With one arm above her head and the opposite leg raised similar to this pose, Zao will adorably call out the name of her attack. A chinchilla of white energy will appear in the girl's raised hand which she then sets it free on the ground to simply run around for the duration of the attack.
Effect - The energy chinchilla is simply a distraction either out of annoyance or cuteness.
Use Limits - This attack may be used twice per battle.
Power Limits - This attack lasts fifteen seconds.
Weaknesses - Similar to how chinchillas flee for cover, the "chinchilla" will disappear if touched in any fashion.
Super Sailor Scout Attack:
Name - Zao Captivate!
Execution - With one arm above her head and the opposite leg raised similar to this pose, Zao will adorably call out the name of her attack. A chinchilla of white energy will appear in the girl's raised hand which she then sets it free on the ground to run around for the duration of the attack.
Effect - The energy chinchilla is a distraction, either out of annoyance or cuteness, and now gives the sensation of nibbling wherever it brushes.

Power Limits - This attack lasts twenty seconds.
Weaknesses - Similar to how chinchillas flee for cover, the "chinchilla" will disappear if any being attempts to handle it in any way, e.g., petting, holding, and stomping.
Eternal Sailor Attack:
Name - Zao Duststorm!
Execution - After calling the name of her attack with her arms and palms facing upward, a energy chinchilla appears and dives off her hands to the ground, causing a five-foot wide burst of dust to blow in the direction opposite Zao.
Effect - The burst of dust is meant to blind or disable an opponent temporarily.
Use Limits - This attack may be used once per battle.
Power Limits - This attack lasts ten seconds.
Weaknesses - Anyone in the way of the burst of dust is liable to the attack's effects.

Hey, Xevra! I think this is a really cute concept, and I think the chinchillas/chillarmy/mincino inspiration is adorable 8D
The first thing I'd like to note is that seven is the absolute youngest a character can be in the shop, and while this is totally fine, there are only a small number of characters who are in this age range. [I think Euphrosyne is the only chibi this young; if I recall, most of the others are closer to preteens]. This isn't a big deal by any means or anything you have to change, I just wanted to let you know that with that age, it might be a little difficult to get civilian RP! [The older kids might be 'too old' and a lot of the teenagers/older characters might not associate with children unless babysitting since they might not have anywhere mutually interesting]. If this isn't something that bothers you or if you have plots and the like in mind, go for it! I wanted to toss out that little warning just in case!
Now! For her hobbies!
I like her Pokmeon Master hobby! There are tons of characters who likes pokemon, so I hope that even an age gap could be ignored here—especially if she is the sort to go to comic book stores to compete in competitions or something! The rest of the hobbies look and sound good to me!
Virtues
Curious-I think this has the potential to be a good virtue, but as it is written now, I'm kind of debating on if it really reads as a virtue to me. If a child were constantly asking me questions, I could see how her curiosity could be a flaw [coupled with the fact that she was always dragging people around to get information and the like]. Her wanting to be informed and educated of the world around her definitely sounds like something that could have some good points around it, but is her curiosity something people would admire her, or would people admire her for knowing so much at a young age? Or, is she more of an adventurous sort—where her curiosity inspires her to go out and learn things/try new things? Ideally, I'm just looking to know what specifically about her curiosity is enough to make people admire it!
Neat-this is another one I am sort of hesitant on since her keeping things neat and clean isn't really a trait to me so much as it is keeping a living space cleaned, and I feel like this is limited to how many situations she can apply this to [since a virtue is supposed to be a trait that applies to a wide variety of situations]. Instead of neat, would organized work? You could still include the 'neat' aspect of it, but if she is organized/is good at keeping things sorted, I think this could be a virtue applicable to a wide number of scenarios! If she is organized, then she can keep her living space clean, but also things like know her schedule [maybe as a result, she is never late or unprepared? Both of which are admirable things?] and be reliable?
Respectful-This is a good trait and is worthy of being admired! As long as she isn't only being respectful so that she doesn’t get in trouble, I think this is a virtue! One question, though, is she respectful to everyone or just adults?
Flaws
Babyish-I can see how this is a flaw, but it seems somewhat up to interpretation in terms of how negatively it affects her life. Is she the sort who is only clingy, or the type to throw a tantrum when things don't go her way [be it cry or yell or anything]. It's somewhat difficult for me to really know how much this flaw encompasses, especially because she is so young and I expect a lot of kids that age to be childish/babyish.
Indecisive-this is definitely something that could frustrate others! I get annoyed when people are indecisive! [and am totally a hypocrite and fairly indecisive myself orz] One thing I would like to ask, however, is just for a little expansion/fleshing this out? Does she miss out on opportunities because of her indecisiveness? Does this make her flaky/ does she often start something and then decide not to finish it?
Shy-Can definitely be a flaw! And can also be something people might look down on her for/make her miss out on a lot of opportunities. One thing I would like to point out though is that this might also make roleplay fairly difficult when it comes to meeting new people. If you are willing to try and work around this in roleplay, I'm sure it won't be a problem! But, a few more questions about the flaw; does her shyness extend beyond just meeting new people? Is she insecure about her own thoughts and feelings? Is she the sort who would lie because she was too timid to express herself? Does she clam up in awkward situations?
ALL RIGHT! Sorry if this is getting long! I tend to be more wordly than I ought to be, so I hope my wall of text isn't super intimidating or a pain to work through!
For her powered:
Name and sphere look good to me, and I love her challenge!
Now, typically for attacks with animal spheres, it's encouraged that a trait of the animal is utilized to cast a spell versus a magical version of the animal being summoned, however because she is a chibi, I think her attacks aren't really an issue!
For her scout attack, the duration, effect and usage for battle looks great!
For her super attack, it mostly all reads as good! Twenty seconds twice for battle seems like good parameters, however with the addition of being brushed against or nibbled on, I'm a little more iffy. I think if she was going to have only one of these [IE, assume you want the energy chinchilla to give the sensation of nibbling on opponents ankles, I think this would be all right?]. However, if this is the case, does this mean that an individual could touch the chinchilla or does it only disappear when it is being handled? [IE, it would stay if you tried to pet it, but would disappear if you tried to grab it/pick it up?]
For her eternal attack, I immediately think of a chinchilla taking a dust bath and love this attack. The duration looks awesome to me, though I want to suggest making it a five foot wide burst of dust to blow in the direction opposite of Zao, since three feet would be really close and make it really limited for her to use her attack against an opponent, if only because they have to be so close to be affected by her attack. I don't think it would be overpowered at all to increase 3 to 5 feet in this case!

So sorry that it has taken me forever to get back to you on this. I'm slacking! sweatdrop smile First of all, thank you so much for all of your input so far. It's helping me so much. I've made changes to her profile, including changing the flaw "Babyish" to "Clingy" since I feel that's more where I was going, and I hope that these look a bit better! Thanks again!

Thanks for the tweaks, Xevra! Her virtues seem like they are all things I could admire [it'll be interesting to see what her curiosity gets her into! Being organized is a trait that I like, especially in a kid; being prompt and having things in order sounds pretty appealing to me!] I am in a similar boat for her flaws; clingy, indecisive and shy seem like flaws that could definitely cause some conflict for her!
The attacks also look great, so I'm going to drop off a trial stamp and a GM will be in as soon as possible to give the final verdict!
