So fantasy, slave/master and mystery.
I have a fantastic plot for this where my character, a blind boy is a slave who is bought/transferred to another home. Little does the master know (your characeter) that this boy is blind. (This is a very special character of mine so don't worry about the limitation of sight). When he is in the master's home he "witnesses" a murder/series of murders in the mansion. Thereby a trial and all that fun stuff ^^ I've played this plot before, and it's really fun!

Oh my god. I love it. I had a moment where I was freaking out and screaming at myself because the options. Perhaps, a vilkacis("wolf's eyes"/"werewolf") for a master or a master who has a pukis(flying house spirit that steals things for it's master, but will act out, leave, or die if it isn't treated right).Vilkacis: master turns into wolf or 'inner beast' uses the master to kill people. Pukis: Household spirit goes on a killing spree because it's being treated harshly. Another option is that the master could be sadistic and have slaves kill off feeble slaves or slaves that have been disobedient. The master could also be necromancer or benandanti(Italian shape-shifter known to protect people, their land, and everything they own). Necromancer: another necromancer sends his undead army to seize the house from the master, but let's face it, a good master is always prepared for these things. Benandanti: house is attacked by undead/evil spirits/like-wise, or is threatened. Master could be away for awhile, incriminating the master. Um... And now, I'm out of ideas at the moment. >3<

I actually rather like the idea of the master being a warewolf. It could be really exciting cause he would be milling on each full moon, and james just so happens to witness it. Maybe the master's instincts causes him to kill the slaves that are not pure of heart- kind of like a toll for people who have done a lot of wrong to others?

I'm thinking that he shouldn't be affected by the moon cycles, but instead, by the smells of evil. So, it makes him a little more unpredictable, and a bit more quirky. However, he could be restricted to transforming after sunset. It would keep him from leaving his estate very often, and when he would, he could take a trusted slave and even James after awhile at his side while he was out.

Maybe he transforms after like...midnight or something, then trans back during the day. It would give a 4 hour window where no one is really active for him to be a murderer. Therefore when it does happen - there is little to no trace of him left other then pieces of hair, blood ect.

I don't think that would make too much sense. If we had the master travel across time zones, then how would his body discriminate between the times? ie. If he were to start in Los Angeles, and travel to Pheonix then there would be an hour difference. If his body were used to transforming at midnight, specifically, in LA... That would mean that his body would most likely transform at 1am while in Pheonix? o.e Though, I was never clear with that werewolf/vilkacis rule thing.

How about just whenever it is a full moon at its peak. That wouldnt change no matter where he was at.

Hmm... *Mulling over the ideas* 1. From midnight til dawn. 2. Following the moon's cycles. 3. At night, between dusk and dawn. 4. Being able to control the transformations. 5. Combo of 2-4. Meaning he can only transform at night between dusk and dawn. However, during the full moon, he has no control over it and will transform at night. The "wolf" could take over during this period of time. I've really been thinking about it, and it's killing me which choice would make things a little more interesting. I have, however, started on a profile.

tougher_bambi Ohh!!! Ohhh!!! Number 5! Number 5!!! xDDD I like it, I like it! And now for your limits and medium (threads or pms?) Sweet, I'll add that into the profile, then. (I kinda thought that might be the choice -- it really does give enough freedom for me to have some fun, but also presents issues and gives a decent compromise. Yay~ I'll also add in the bit about sensing whether people are "pure"/"evil", and that it plays a part in his behaviour, as well as who he targets during full moons.) Limits? Well, depending... My limits vary. I have written upwards of ten or more pages in a post. emotion_dowant I can work with writing less, too. As little as three or four paragraphs. My medium is definitely threads -- helps me keep things in order if I can easily look back on it.

I was actually hoping that I could start. Trust me, you'll see what I loves to do. I could set up the prologue, we could post our profiles separately, and then I could begin... How's that?
(I do have my profile rough draft set up, and I just feel very verbose right now.)

tougher_bambi Now.... Who to start? And I dont really have profiles for my characters >,< If you'd like me to fill one out I'll follow your lead. The thread has been made. If you would like to post your profile while I'm out/offline, I can have a nice beautiful first post after your profile, if you'd like? The thread: Hello. I decided to just throw a title in there... I had to get help from a title generator. It gave me something like "A Father's Secret" for one of the titles. So, I changed it to "The Master's Secret" because it actually fit, nicely.

No profile? (Just double-checking because I've started to write my first post, and just need to sort a few things out with it.)
The thread: Hello
