So I read the page you moved into the main forum. Still have little idea of what it is all about. Care to enlighten pet? I am reminded of the quote "A long, romantic walk together only one person knows about." Oh dear. I've been writing/talking/thinking about this for so long the details must have escaped me in the creation of the thread. *sigh* Well, the idea is that the five strangers mentioned at the end of the introductionary post are the five "heroes" Nim's spell summoned to defeat the Dark Lord. Each one less fit for the job than the last, if I have anything to say about it. Because his magic is as inconveinent as it is conveinent, along with the inept heroes, they were also transported to a farming community far away from the Dark Lord's armies. Specifically, a field now littered with starter equiptment. Does that help at all? sweatdrop

Then in the explanation that holds the classes, etc you might put somewhere near the top that their character has been inexplicably transported from who-knows-where to god-knows-where, and this is how they start.
Also, what is the world setting/time period for the rp? Are we talking Tolkien, Piers Anthony, D&D...?
Piers Anthony would be terribly appropriate...

Hello hello Thaedrian and Cheshiyre!
I'm thick in the middle of studies, but I would still like to make a character :3 I was leaning towards a forgetful and bumbling Cleric or an inept though sometimes lucky Rogue (if one or both are still open to chose from) and maybe a minion? I also have some questions, but my thoughts are all over the place. I shall be more concise on the weekend and send a pm then :3

I honestly intended to keep it "general fantasy world" as I had no inclinations myself. Just wanted there to be room for full use of trope jokes. Of course, my bent is very much "here's a vague idea, let's run with it!" and always has been. sweatdrop Both are open at the moment. Do you have a preference? I can reserve one for you. 3nodding

Just a heads up, I have edited the Intro and Additional Info posts. Hopefully that will help clear up any... well, on anything I was all "this makes sense!" and everyone else was "Um, no..." to put it in terms my brain is thinking in at the moment.

Maybe my next question will help me choose. The heroes summoned, can they be summoned from any time period (like today's timeframe), point in history, or other dimension? Maybe you already wrote about it and I missed it, if so I apologize ><
Also, shall I pm you about my interest in rping as a minion or should I put it on hold for the while?
