Love the hair and the shading, but try to maybe put some eyelashes on her or make her eyes a tad bit better?

Dude, that's freaking awesome! You did a wicked job on the hair. I must admit, I'm terrible at drawing hair and whatnot.
The nose...just doesn't look quite right, though. I can't quite put my finger on it.
All in all, wicked awesome job, man.

Try to not make the eyes and lips so noticable. Don't use the solid black lines if you're trying to make the picture look realistic, you can do without them. Also, make the nose more fit.
The hair kicks a** though! biggrin

actually, its mostly computer done, but thanks all the same. ok, listned to your veiws, and decided that if i want ot get it done right, id have resort to pencil and paper rather than photoshop and paintbrush. heres the work in progress, its about to enter photoshop to be coloured:  (if u havnt already noticed, iv also made it more anime)

Mhmm.. her eyes. Yes, thats the thing thats bothering me the most. Her eyes are too open. If you close them to seem more natural, she would be near perfect.
