I don't have an ultimate favorite, but the one I find myself recommending the most to others is IRIS. It's just ALL THE FEELS. You wouldn't understand unless you watched it, but GOD. I felt like I was going to die when it ended. All the characters just had great chemistry and the plot line wasn't boring.

I can't write a synopsis for my life, but here's the one from dramawiki:
Quote:
Kim Hyun Joon and Jin Sa Woo are best friends who were brought into a top secret organization known as NSS by analyst Choi Seung Hee and Park Sang Hyun. Hyun Joon and Sa Woo both fall in love with Seung Hee when she first profiles them. Their lives are changed forever when Hyun Joon is given a solo mission in Hungary. Hyun Joon later tries to find out who set him up and to figure out what IRIS is and wants.

i love secret garden and queen of reversals, because i love the story line, it's really good and i love the actors and actresses in it, and it's funny too biggrin
Queen of Reversals is about a married couple having a hard time together since the husband is cheating and still seeing his ex-girlfriend, but he doesn't tell her, she finds out for herself, and one of the people that work with her at their jobs, falls in love with her and she does to in the end. Also the married couple has a kid, so the kid sees her dad for a while like on the weekends and then stays with her mom on the week days. i really enjoyed it and i re-watched it over and over smile

Secret Garden is about 2 people meeting for the first time, they meet when the guy has to pick up someone and confirming about something concerning his cousin and grabs the wrong person, since she looked liked her, and that's when he starts to have feelings for her, the wrong one he picked up. the guy is like the president of a company and the girl is a stunt women. the best part and funny parts of this show, is that they switch bodies and they guy starts to find out what happen in his past when a firefighter rescued him but the firefighter died and didn't make it, but in the end is romantic and cute. biggrin

Can You Hear My Heart - There is a rich young boy who meets a poor girl (the little girl actress that played in The Man From Nowhere) with a deaf mother. There is a mentally child-like man who comes to love the deaf woman. Anyway, the story is full of family twists and dramas, basically their families become broken over time from jealousy, revenge, hatred, greed, shame, guilt, and more. They are trying to make their families whole again. It's really touching with a great soundtrack. The main guys are hot, too :3

Rooftop Prince - It's more of a romantic comedy, with time travel and drama/mystery. It's really intense at times (murder, betrayal, scandal) and funny (dealing with the time travel). Micky Yoochun is the main guy and he is a crown prince from the past who gets "summoned" to the future for an unknown reason. Some of the characters are modern day re-incarnations of people that he has known from Joseon. This story also has a great soundtrack.

PERSONAL TASTE!

It's about an architect (LEE MIN HO <3) who pretends to be gay to become roommates with a woman, because her home is architectural genius and he wants to use it for (not very sportsmanlike) reasons. And, like every romantic drama, you know what happens next... heart

I like it because it REALLY shows how they eventually come to like each other. It's not like others, where the relationships jump everywhere. This one WILL make your heart flutter inside.

NOW WE JUST NEED IT ON NETFLIX.

Goong, because it is my first drama love. The only that got me into Korean dramas. The first drama that I stayed up all night to watch just another episode... good times.

It is about, according to dramawiki: a story about young love in face of tradition, politics, and intrigue. In the imaginary world, modern-day Korea is a constitutional monarchy and the Royal Family lives in a grand Palace, the Goong. Faced with the decreasing popularity among the public for the Royalty, a grand wedding for the Crown Prince, Lee Shin, is decided to be the best publicity move to improve the image of the Royalty and at the same time prepare Shin for immediate succession. The intended bride? The headstrong, awkward, and sweet spirited Shin Chae Kyung that just happens to go to the same exclusive art school. Chae Kyung was betrothed to become the next Crown Princess by her grandfather and Shin's grandfather.

i'd say In Need of Romance 2012 c:

it's about a couple who's been on and off for twelve years ever since their high school days. And although they seem like an unlikely couple that fights all the time, they've been in each other's lives for the longest time even when they break up for the fifth time. The female main character, Yeol-mae then finds another man that will stir up their world.

The show shows a lot of emotion and it made me cry a lot lol. It just shows how a relationship can just make or break someone. I highly recommend this.
