Liam actually had other plans up his sleeve, but he wasn't about to let Destiny in on them. He smiled back at her and led her down the trail that wound down to the lake from the Hogwarts lawn. "Well..I would like to find the Desi bird." he said with a sly smile as he picked her up and lifted her over a fallen log.
Angelics-Destiny
Desi blinked and tilted her head to the side and squeaked lightly as she was picked up as they stepped over a fallen log. Who knew Liam would be strong enough to carry her, then again she wasn't all that heavy "a Desi bird?" she asked "i don't think I've heard of that one" she said.

Liam held back the laugh that threatened to emerge when he heard Desi squeak. Plus..he was rather amused that she actually thought he was talking about a bird when he was referring to her. "Well..it's rather rare, and quite exotic looking. It's got silvery feathers and bright blue eyes. Oh and it's beak is gold."

It took Desi a moment to catch on that he was refering to her not an actual bird. She let out a light laugh "aww...I..." she said trailing off holding her tongue from saying the "l" word. She wasn't sure how he would take to that "Oh really..." she said playing along temporarily "where do you find such a bird?" she asked

Desi laughs lightly "I'm sure that gets their mate's attention" she answered before giving him a kiss on the cheek. Before she glanced at him "this is the first time we've spent time together in a long time" she told him.

Liam was pleased he had made her laugh. It had been awhile since he had last heard it. He was going to have to do something about that. "Oh yes it does. they're quite the exibitionists." He replied with a wink at her.
His cheeks grew warm after she kissed him and he looked her in the eyes as she spoke. He nodded in agreement. He had been too buy with schoolwork as of late and he really had neglected her more than he should have. He definitely needed to make that lost time up to her.
"Yes, I am sorry about that. the Assignments this year are a little tougher. I'm spending at least four hours a day working on them. Maybe..we should study together?"

Desi smiled, there were ups and down to being in a relationship at school, schoolwork took up most of a student's leisure time. "Its, alright...school work tends to do that" she told him before a mischievous thought occured in her mind "you sure..studying together would be a good idea..we could get distracted by other things" she told him with a wink at him.

Liam was relieved that Destiny understood just how much school was kicking his arse. It was really annoying. He would have preferred to spend time with her outside any day over studying or writing a bloody paper for some class he really didn't give a hoot over. He was a bit startled by her question and then blushed when he realized what she meant. He shoved his hands into his pocket and kicked at the ground. "I'm bloody sure I could keep my hands off of you for a few hours at most. though it would be a bit difficult."

Desi laughs lightly "though I do wish..school work didn't dominant over leisure time" she said with a small sigh. She wouldn't mind studying if she had something that reminded her of Liam while she was doing so, but she was all for studying with him "Maybe we should start studying together, that we do school work and spend time with each other" she said. Well, that made it official it seemed like her and Liam were an item, but she was not ready to be open about it. She nudged him playfully "I was just kidding, dear" she said.

Liam nodded in agreement and led her into a wooded area on the east side of the lake. He drew her into a small clearing that was hidden on all sides by bushes and trees. "Remember I told you of my secret spot? well..this is it. We can come here when we don't want to be disturbed." He said pulling her into his arms and leaning in to smell her hair. "I would like that, very much. I suppose if we're going to be studying all the time with one another..other kids will know we're serious. Which wouldn't be a bad thing." He grinned when she nudged him but only drew his arms around her tighter.

Desi nodded her "yes, I do remember you telling that" she said before she followed him into the clearing. She glanced around the good news was that this secret post of his was surrounded by bushes and tress on all sides so they had some privacy. "I think its a wonderful secret place, is this going to be our secret place now?" she asked him before she snuggled into his embrace.

Liam was pleased that she had remembered this. "I'm glad you think so and yes. It's ours." He replied and kissed the top of her head. "We'll have to remember to bring some blankets or something to sit on the next time we come out here." he said as he cleared a place on the ground for them to sit.

Desi smiled as he kissed the top of her head "Yes we should bring blankets or something next time we venture out here" she said agreeing with him.

Liam smiled back at her and finished clearing a spot on the ground and shrugged out of his sweater and laid it down for her to sit on. "Until then, you can use my sweater"

Desi watched him set down his sweater "we should just store some blankets somewhere around here so you don't get your sweater dirty" she told him before plopping down on his sweater she tilted her head to the side "but then you are going to get cold" she told him.

Liam nodded. He glanced around the small clearing and noticed there was a tree that had a hollowed out opening. "We could probably store stuff in there." He said pointing to the tree. "Ah I'll be okay. It's not that bad."

Desi glanced over in the direction he was pointing "that could work" she answered before stretching and blowing out a breath. Having a nice day at Hogwarts was the first in awhile. Though she was glad that neither of them had school work to do at the moment that pleased her very much in more ways then one.

Liam nodded and rummaged under a bush and rolled out a nice sized trunk which he set on one side and then sat down on it. "It should. I imagine we could hide secret notes there as well" he added shooting a small grin at her.

Desi smiles at him "we probably could" she told him, what secret notes would she write if that were the case. She tapped her chin before shrugging it off lightly. She then glanced at the trunk, where did come from. But she decided not to ask she glanced at Liam "so what now m'dear" she asked.

Liam nodded and leaned back against the tree he was sitting in front of. He saw that she was already trying to think of what she'd write. He couldn't help but smile. He noticed her startled look at his tree trunk. "I stashed it there awhile ago. Well..if you scoot over here a little more I could rub your shoulders for you." He offered

Desi took a second think on it before deciding she scooted over towards him a little more "so what would you write in a secret note if that were the case" she asked him curious to know. She already had an idea of what she would say but she wasn't sure how he would take it.

Liam reached out and started rubbing her shoulders slowly. "umm.." Her question completely caught him off guard. "Well I'd write poems for you. Stuff I wouldn't want my brother or other people finding."

Desi she leaned back slightly and glanced up at him "I didn't know you wrote poems, though that sounds really nice" she said, it seemed that Liam was a romantic at heart or at least he is when he wants to be.
Dugaloth
Liam smiled shyly. "Well..it's not like I tell everyone about that. The only person that's read them was Maer. Of course..I have yet to write any for you. I don't think I'll let her see those."

Desi giggled lightly "I don't think I would want her to read any of those" she put in. It seemed that their friendship blossomed into something more and she was okay with that "We should start meeting up here when we want to spend some time together" she said, obviously they would.

Liam nodded, as he brushed her hair away from her neck so he could rub it. "Yeah, she'd more than likely make some crazy faces if she did." Liam was glad that she wanted to spend more time with him. It had been part of his purpose for showing her this place. "Well of course we will. That was why I showed it to you."

Desi nodded her head as well "yes she probably would" she told him "you know, you are romantic at heart" she told him before smiling at him. "that is a good reason for having a place like this" she told him nodding her head. "yes we should come up with a name for it" she said tapping her chin as she thought about possible names.

Liam couldn't help but wonder if he was doing the whole "massaging" thing right or not. Apparently not if she was still talking. He couldn't help but remember that when his father rubbed his mother's feet she'd just sit there and moan in pleasure. It was possible that he just needed more practice. "I'm glad you think so Desi." He told her resting his hands on her shoulders. "Hmm..we could call it the DL alcove. Or something like that."

Desi pondered the name in her head "I think that is a good name" she answered before quietly enjoying the smell of nature and Liam's company. "you know if you want me to stop talking just tell me or give me a kiss" she said giggling lightly, before going silent for a little bit.

Liam was glad she liked his suggestion. "Oh really? okay." He leaned over and kissed her lightly on the lips. "Will that quiet you up?"

Desi nodded her head before standing and giving Liam a hug and gave him a light kiss on the lips. She sighed contently and focused on enjoying nature and enjoying Liam's company.

Liam closed his eyes when she kissed him back, savoring the sensation. He knew he'd never grow tired of this feeling he had for Destiny. Despite her being his first girlfriend, Liam knew she would probably be his only one. When he was with her, he felt content and complete. He smiled down at her and wrapped his arms around her drawing her close. "Destiny, I think you are my destiny. I'm not sure why, but I feel as though we're meant for one another."

Desi snuggled into his embrace "Liam,I feel the same way about you, which is why.." she said trailing before leaning and whispering into his ear "I love you so much" she told him. Despite the fact that Liam was her first love and her boyfriend. The feelings that she developed over their interactions was something she wouldn't want to let go of.

Liam felt a shiver go up him when she leaned into him and whispered into his ear. "I love you too." He replied. He knew it had to have been hard for her to say it first and he didn't really want to keep her hanging. That would have just been disappointing. "I love you more." He teased.

Desi smiles before shaking her head "no..I love you more" she said beaming. Those 3 little words were hard to say, but if said it more it would get easier.She brushed a strand of hair silver hair from her face.

Liam couldn't help but shoot a goofy grin at her. "Well..we have a long time to say that back and forth." He replied. He watched her brush the hair out of her face and reached over and ran his fingers through the ends of her hair. "I have always wondered how soft your hair was."

Desi giggles lightly "just Iike I was curious about how soft and fluffy yours is" she told him before hugging him tightly, not tight enough that he couldn't breath but tight enough to show how much she cared for him. "you have no idea, how much I care for you Liam" she told him before planting a kiss on his cheek.

Liam was rather amused when Desi told him she had been just as curious about his hair. "Well you can touch it all you want Desi." He replied. He hugged her back, making sure not to hug her too tight. He was much stronger than she was after all. She could have hugged him as hard as she could and not have hurt him. "Well I imagine you'll keep telling me until I get the idea of ho wmuch." He replied with a broad smile. "Which I shall enjoy to hear." He added.

Desi nodded her head "most definitely" she said before running her hand through his fluffy blonde hair. "are you sure you won't get annoyed with how much i touch it?" she asked him curiously. Before beaming brightly, this day was turning out be a totally awesome day.

Liam smiled. "Annoyed with you? Probably not. Anyone else yes I would."

Desi was pretty sure she wouldn't annoy Liam but there was still a small chance she could at one point in their relationship. "well, that's a relief" she put in after what he said.

Liam was glad she was relieved and leaned down to kiss her on the cheek. "We should probably get back inside, it's getting kind of nippy out here and the dinner bell will probably be going off soon."

Desi frowned at the thought but nodded her head "That is a good idea" she said before picking up his sweater and then shaking the grass bits off of it before she handed it back to him "here is your sweater" she said "we should sit and eat dinner together" she said enthusiastically. Then that would definitely show the other students that were serious.

Liam took the sweater from her and looked it over. "Looks fine to me. I'll need to get it washed though." He said with a grin. "I would definitely like to do that."

Desi nodded her head and glanced him "I would too" she said before holding out her hand.

Liam shoved the trunk under the bush so it would stay dry and then wiped his hand off on his pants before he reached out to take her hand. "Next time we'll have to do some actual bird watching." He teased as he lead her out of the small alcove and towards the trail.
Angelics-Destiny
Desi giggles lightly "Maybe we should. But the time spent together was a long time in waiting" she told him as she walked beside him towards tbe trail that led back to the school.

Liam shot her a smile. "Yeah it was. We should start studying together this week as well." he added.
