"Meets-the-Sea." A spunky smile spreads across her face. The sea, huh? That's a long long ways away from here. What a funny name for a kimeti! But she'll be damned if this mare didn't look like she came straight from the ocean. The sound of it rolls off her tongue like waves; the feeling of it is pleasing. Her opinion is revised, and instead of being a funny ha ha name for a kimeti, she decides that it is funny and also charming and she likes it.
"Light the Night. My friends call me Firefly, if you like that better." Secretly the doe hopes that legendary will use her nickname instead of her dream-name. Then she can tell all of her friends that she's in with this amazing mare and they totally hang out. A laugh is stifled at the absolutely ridiculous thought, but she does regain her composure.
It is soon, isn't it. She can tell. Her dark brow furrows together. The cypress are out... gotta find somewhere else. A chill passes through her body when she thinks about what could have been. Meets-the-Sea sure knows her stuff. She heard that they can give blessings and stuff to does, and she also heard they had a whole lot of other powers, too, and those stories are probably a big load of manure. She was already helped once, and she's almost too proud to ask for anything else. Almost.
"... is there a better place? I don't want, you know, anything to happen to 'em. And I heard that..." Her voice trails off and she can't help but laugh at the absurdity of this. God she's so cute with her fin-on-the-head thing. She smiles again, this time without the sassy edge to it. It's genuine and a little self-conscious. ".... aww you know what I'm asking about. You get asked all the time, right? Can't walk 20 paces without getting asked. You already helped me once what I am doin' being greedy like this."
