■ (One) Power: Water manipulation. She’s able to control small amounts of water, being able to bend, and change it into many forms. However, she is still learning this ability, and has to concentrate to get it to form in the right shapes, and flow in the right direction. With practice and time she’ll be able to control it better. However, she won’t be able to manipulate large quantities of water ex: create a wave, or change the direction of the tides.
■ Personality:
-Independent Growing up with so many siblings, she's learned the importance of being independent and taking care of your own space. With only 2 parents, to look after so many children, it can be a mess if no one helped with their part. She learned the importance of the dollar quick, and because her parent’s aren’t the wealthiest fish in the sea, she learned to save for what she wanted.
-Optimistic – Brook is a girl that sees the glass full. And if it is half full, she’ll fill it herself. She always looks at the bright side of things, and if something doesn’t work out how she wanted, or how it was supposed to, her brother Rio told her that maybe it wasn’t meant to happen, and that something else better is in store for her. She always has an upbeat attitude, and she tries to cheer her friends up whenever she can, and can often be seen singing song lyrics in the hall, or just dancing with herself.
-Dependable- Brook is known to stand up for what she believes in, and has been known to get into fights if someone tries to force they’re opinions onto her. She will also stand up for her friends, and will always honor a promise, whether it’s meeting up for lunch, or keeping a secret.
-Impulsive- Brook is extremely impulsive and doesn’t think anything through. This causes her to get into trouble, and it’s also caused her to flirt with danger. Epically when her and Reef decided to go shark hunting when she was 12. She would have lost a fin too if her father didn’t find them. And thanks to Kai, they both went a month without desert, and had to do everyone’s chores.
-ADD- Brook has bad ADD. She hasn’t been tested for it, but she has a very hard time focusing on anything, especially her class work. When she sits down to study, her mind starts to wander, and soon, she’s looking out a window and daydreaming. Because of this, her grades suffer, and she often looks to her older brother Rio for help. But now that he’s moved away, she has to find another way to get help. She can also lose interest in a conversation if she sees something fly by, or if she thinks of something more interesting.
-Insecure- Brook has many insecurities that she tries to mask behind her cheerful demeanor. But the skeletons like to come out on cold nights. Especially when she’s alone. One of those skeletons is her feet. They’re big in their ‘half fin half foot’ phase while most of her brother’s already have the human feet (including Kai), and she has a hard time finding shoes that fit quite right. Because of that, her toes constantly hang over any open toed shoes, and she is constantly tripping over herself. Appearance ■ Height: 5’4”

■ Clothing STYLE: Simple clothing, beach bum, surfer chick. Some days she’ll dress nice. Not a huge fan of patterns. Especially flowers…
Relationships ■ Relationship with Family: Brook Is very close to her family (Some more than others). But having 26 brothers means that there’s a little competition for their parents attention. Being he only girl, her mother would try to keep her from playing rough games with her brothers, but this would only cause them to constantly get into fights, where she would run to her father or her brother Reef for comfort.
■ Key Family / Relatives: Rio 36 eldest brother, caught Brook and a handful of his brothers how to surf when they all moved to the surface. Reef 27, Brook’s older brother, and best friend. They often go surfing together, and sometimes venture at night surfing, or trying to creep up on a great white shark. Kai 12, Brook’s younger brother and spawn of a Bean-Nighe. The little nuisance gets Brook into all kinds of trouble with their mom, even when she’s not around. This causes even more heat between her and her mother. Biography ■ History: Brook grew up off the coast of the Pacific Ocean, the middle of 27 children. Being the only girl, her mother wanted her to be the perfect little girl. But being around so many brothers, she couldn't help but become somewhat of a tomboy. When she was 10, Brook's parent's moved to a large Oceanside bungalow to prepare their children for the Monster boarding schools on land. While they lived on the beach, her eldest brother, Rio, taught her and a few of her brothers how to surf, and the family opened a Surf Shack where they rented boards and taught surfing lessons to monsters who lived by the beach. She was able to pick up the sport easily and spent most of her time in the water. When she was 13, Brook was admitted into Horror High boarding school, where she joined 4 of her brothers.
■ Personal Goals: Brook would love to graduate with all A’s, and be able to make lifelong friends. And maybe even get a boyfriend.
■ Professional Goals: Brook would like to end up running her own Surf shop, along with a scuba diving school.

I believe the term you're looking for regarding her power is called 'water manipulation'. But I have to ask - why is she a mermaid if she has feet? Might not shifting back an forth between legs and a tail be more appropriate than water manipulation, particularly given her history on both land and sea and her time spent surfing?

It says in the Winner's Circle that she's a "sea creature" but then the file name specifically says "siren" u w u Maybe it would work better for her character if she was actually a siren instead of a mermaid? They're often synonymous in monster lore these days, but siren are more, well, monstrous. She'd probably be able to keep her water manipulation power this way, as well as not need to explain why she has feet or give her a power to switch back and forth.

"Appearance: Freshmean - Junior years, high school students should be humanoid monsters. Basically, 'neko'-styled with influences of their monster (hands, feet, tail, ears, scales/fins, other small things). Seniors may have different lower-halves such as nagas, dryders, centaurs, etc. The IC reason for this is that there is a suppression spell in place to keep the students looking as uniform as possible, as well as to conserve space for seniors. As the spell weakens over time, the individual becomes stronger. There is also a height spell keeping every student below 6'5" in height!"

I changed her power to water manipulation. Thanks, I couldn't think of the right word lol
An explanation for the feet/fin:
I was using the appearance quote from the front page that Madness posted as a base for choosing her species, and I also talked to Chi about switching between legs and fin and we agreed that it was more of a trait than a power.

Powers: You going to need to expand on this a bit more and add a weakness.
You seem to be missing the following that are required: Age and personality.
Could you maybe expand a little on her bio? And what does the middle of 27 mean?
For her appearance, we’ll need a height lol. You also missed clothing styles.
Also I think the tattoos you have there are makeup but I could be wrong xD Unelss you want those to be permanent?
Missing a few things in her relationships section.
Still a bit of work to do ^.^ But I’m sure you’ll get there!

Power should have limitations, strengths and weaknesses. I just want to see moar about her. Fill the page with the goodness that is Brooke because honestly? I don't think I know her and she feels kinda flat right now. You know my info you you wanna chat more with me~

You'll need to expand on what Tasi had said, because at this point, that is really all your missing. The key points listed with Tasi.
+ Bio extended
+ Age
+ Height is one of the shop restrictions so that needs to be put up.
+ The power I like, but we will be seeing weakness being added since we don't want over powered characters.

I really don't see any conflicting information, so I'd be curious to know if there are any limits to her powers, what its strengths and weaknesses are and how she uses it personally.
What is "the middle of 27"?
In her personality, I understand some softer versions of her traits, but how does the shyness affect her? How deep is it, and who triggers it most?
Of course her feet are fine <3
