Blurb: By looking at his room, you can judge that he's an optimistic and happy boy. No one knows he's actually scared of darkness, but he does want to meet those "monsters" Jimmy said. He's not very happy about the new playground rule, can he just not switching the lights off?

Billy very carefully dropped to all fours and creeped in through this kid's door.
This room was way to open for his tastes. Seriously, who made a scareling kid's room this industrial? And then the kid kept it this neat and tidy?
Whatever, Billy creeped across the floor, his hooves making the slightest noise like a cockroach or mouse in the night. He stopped making noise and ever so slightly pulled the closet door open and slipped in, closing it after him.

What should he do? He decided making heavy animal-like breathing noises in here (the closet) was a good start.

Billy chuckled silently. So the kid thought something was here now. Good. He grinned and lifted up one foot, then stomped lightly three times, like knocking on wood. He paused, and stomped three more times, then let out a snort imitating one of those fright horses.
What was the kid doing?
He slowly pushed the closet door open a crack, letting it creak on it's hinges. He closed it quickly for good measure, letting it slam.

This was only his illusion, Sol told himself when he heard knocking sound coming out from the closet. It was of certain rhythm as if someone was waiting for his response. Creepy! Sol didn't want to admit the truth that something was inside the closet, he shaked his head hard and covered his ears. Suddenly, a slam was made and his heart nearly jumped out!

"AH!" He made a short scream uncontrollably.



Sol quickly held his blanket tight, he knew there was really something in his closet. He couldn't control his body but trembling a bit. Then, another heavy sound was heard which made his body bounced. He held his breathe and focused on feeling the surroundings. Not long after the sound, there was another, and then another and another. All of them were so near, from the sound, he could tell his books dropped onto the ground, not only one, but many.

What's happening! It was like someone was having fun in his room! How could that be happening!

Sol was a bit tired and made a hole from the blanket, enough to see the lamp and reached out and switched it on.

Then, only silence.......he made his bravest act, closed his eyes and put down the blanket completely.

Nothing.

The closet was closed as it was but when he turned to another side, he saw books allover the floor...............strange.....too strange.

He waited for a bit for himself to calm down and put the books back to the bookshelf before he went to bed and switch off the lamp again.

[Lights off again!]

Hel slipped in through the window, since she couldn’t phase through walls. She paused in the shadows though, and couldn’t help but grumble to herself when she saw books scattered along the floor. Someone was stealing her idea. How dare they!

The reaper dove underneath Sol’s bed, and then paused. Okay…what to do…what to do…oh! She reached out from underneath the foot of the bed and grabbed the blankets, where she then gave a harsh tug, whipping them off of the bed.

Booksheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelves.

They really had become Than's best friend. All but prancing over to his absolutely most favorite of furnishings, he very delicately began to ascend the precarious piece of furniture, claws making soft screeeeeeeee sounds as they gripped at the bright orange of the shelves. Arriving at the top, Than then began to prance along the upper shelf of it, giggling like a madman. "Heeheehooheeeeeeehoooooooo~" There were distinct footsteps, the books and other odds'n'ends shifting and rattling precariously, their distress at the pup's presence more than obvious.

Yep. He was a professional.

Sol wanted to sleep now, but the environment didn't allow him. Instead, he was covering himself with the blanket, taking deep breathes and alerted. He had strange feeling about his room.....

Not long after he switched off the lights, He could see something flipping in front of the blanket, creating a strong wind-like sound. He didn't see what it was directly, but the blanket was sheer enough to see a shadow.

"AHHHHHHHHH!"

There shouldn't be strong wind inside his room to create such an effect, what was that! The boy was so scared.



Poor Sol was now shaking so hard, he held his blanket tightly, closed his eyes and covered his ears, whispering to himself. "It can't be. It can't be. It can't be."

When he was hypnotizing himself, something of small size continued to hit his blanket which he could feel it straightly. Then, suddenly a big sound which made him bounced up.



It was just my illusions! Sol lied to himself, denying to turn on the lights and checked. Then, there were sounds from the bookshelves......Screeeeeeeee, followed by a creepy chuckle which is directly above him.

Sound here! Sound there! Creepy sound EVERYWHERE!

Sol now though Jimmy was such a idiot, that's the worst plan he had ever had! Okay, there were not only one "thing" but several inside his room! He admitted it! The boy reached out his hand and turned on the lights, that seemed to make him more comfortable because there were no strange things when lights were on.

However, he had to turn it off again because if stupid Jimmy found out, he might call him a coward. He picked out a storybook on the shelf to calm himself down. Reading always helps. When he felt himself still, he reluctantly switched off the lamp.



[Lights off]

Thannas giggled, and tail sweeping the bookshelf in a motion reminiscent of a large, fuzzy duster, he then scampered off of it with one last thunk, and darted from the room. Humans were ever so easy to scare, tiny scarelings that they were, and it served to make the pup feel far more intimidating than he actually was.

Boosts in confidence were always so niiiiiiiice~
