very nice! i've seen you in the editor's sticky, you've got a really good grasp on how the clothes fall on the body. the only thing i would try doing is blending the shading a little more. right now you have a well exicuted anime style of shading (solid shadow and solid color for highlight) but i would recommend softening the edge to show the shape of the body even more. cuz if you look at the hair of the avi's (especially starwars boy) you can see that the shading is subtle but bold. try mimicing that style in an edit and see how you like it. *whispers gabbatte* but keep at it! you've got a good base to build from! *so glad to see the bases being used* yay the thread is helpful!!

You said criticism was allowed.... I'll be honest, and I won't flame you.
On the clothing you made yourself, you need to work on shading. It looks like you've only three shades of a colour; base, outline (also used for folds), and right-outside-the-outline. Try using the middle shade for shadows, and not just surrounding the outline.
Your colours.... I hate bright colours on things, so I can't exactly comment on that.
The breasts on the female edits are overemphasized. Even if she is busty and wearing a really tight shirt, you should do it in a lighter shade, so it doesn't look like she pasted a sideways 3 onto her shirt.
Hope that's helpful. BTW, what program do you use? Just wondering.

I use MS paint
Well actually, I used over four shades on my earlier ones, and then three on my newer ones, the folds are the same as the outline, and theres either four or three colors underneath each fold. With the girls, I'll use a lighter shade, and the colors....They are actually darker than what I would normally use.
My dog is Lab/Chow

I like that you've used my base there. whee
As Aldana said, the colours are a bit bright. try using some different tones. It's easier to shade too.
