Genin are allowed 2 Custom Puppets
Chuunin are allowed 4 Custom Puppets
Tokubetsu Jonin are allowed 6 custom Puppets
Jonin are allowed 8 Custom Puppets
Satoosa/Kage are allowed 10 Custom Puppets
(These do not stack)
Genin & Chuunin dolls are allowed a fair number of joints and are constructed of a wood frame and wood skin that can survive in any kind of weather.
Tokubetsu Jonin dolls are allowed a large number of joints and can be constructed with a steel frame and a wood skin that can survive in any kind of weather.
Jonin dolls are allowed a large number of joints and can be constructed with a steel frame and a steel plate skin.
Satoosa/Kage dolls are allowed a very large number of joints and can be constructed with a steel frame and a steel plate skin. They are also allowed to have up to three special inventions. (Such as chakra based saws, chakra shields, etc.)

Puppet Name: Kaze
Puppet Appearance Description:
When Kaze stands straight at full height he just reaches Tonous chest level. When in it's upgrade, it surpasses Tonou's height to about 6'16". Kaze looks almost exactly like Tonou with the fact that he is a puppet.
Puppet Skeletal/Skin Material: Human-like puppet, crafted from wooded material.
Puppet Construction (Hidden blades, launchers, special inventions, etc.):
Genin (Regular) ::
Kaze's abilities rely on Tonou's poison release and Kaze's own hidden attacks. In Kaze's left arm lies countless needles which are dipped in a lethal poison considered to be one of the strongest poisons in his disposal. ln Kaze's right arm consists of a extended kunai which is also dripping with the Tamekaze poison release which acts like the Kaze's sword and protects him in close combats. There are wooden tubes that are attached to Kaze's specific wooden body parts that connect to the double barrels of poison on it's back. Tonou can use his kekkei genkai to provide more poison in the sealed compartment attached to each barrel for it to manipulate more poison. Inside Kaze's torso are dynamite launchers, riddled with explosion tag balls hidden inside. It can be lit with Kaze's gas compartment, in which would heat up the dynamite.
Chuunin (Upgrade) ::
Kaze has a hidden change of operations in it's upgraded formation. First, it's body turns backwards to the enemy, showing it's backwards face. All of it's previous techniques in the frontal are unusable. It's back extends in both length and width, in which reveals a set of kunais that can launch in a barrage towards it's target. It's mouth extends in length, thus revealing a multiple amount of kunai concealed rocket launchers (9). A special part, it's head detaches from the puppet's body and it uses a propeller that infused with chakra to make it spin faster. This causes the head to go airborne and inflict kunais from up above. Triple barrels of poison are seen attached to Kaze's back, giving it more poison to manipulate through the extra tubes.

Puppet Appearance Description:
Tonou's aerial puppet. It resembles a three-eyed traditional phoenix with a sharp peak, spiky red hairstyle protruding from the top of its head, and framing the sides. Ju Jak does not really resemble a peacock. The design resembles the mythological birds of Feudal China, the phoenix. It appears to have enough room for mobility. The puppet is Tonou's eyes in the sky. It apparently has some kind of recording and monitoring device built in within it's eyes. It allows its owner to monitor the surrounding area from above.
Puppet Skeletal/Skin Material: Wooden frame and skin.
Puppet Construction (Hidden blades, launchers, special inventions, etc.):
A special flight mechanism that enables it to maneuver high into the air. The puppet utilizes this ability to conduct aerial bombardments on opponents. Any of its body parts are detachable for separate attacks. The front compartment of its wings consists of jagged blades for close combat. It's long ranged attacks are located inside of the stomach compartment. Mechanical rocket launchers are stored within it that explodes on contact with kunai to spread in a frenzy. The mouth compartment of the puppet consists of senbon. Each of the puppet's talons are made from extremely sharp steel.

Puppet Name: Ao Hato (Blue Pidgeon).
Puppet Appearance Description: The puppet is about half a meter long and 30 centimeter wide. Its length when including its head comes around the 30 centimeters. The puppet is made out of wood and painted with silver and gold paint, this gives it the appearance of being metal. Duo to the inability of Amaya really adding a metal coating or light armour to protect its frame she decided to pimp up the appearance by using some paint.
Puppet Skeletal/Skin Material: The puppet is made out of wood and painted with silver and gold. The eye of the puppet contains a simple camera lens protected by a thin layer of glass. This glass can function as a small window. The inside of the puppet is made of water absorbing sponge and a small mechanism that is able to trigger the weapons and the photographic lens. The (tail)wings are made out of a light yellow/golden cloth. This makes it easier to control, it enhances the flying of the puppet duo to the wings having a faster speed of movement than its other bodyparts.
Puppet Construction: The main power of this puppet is his sudden speed increase and the photographing ability. This makes the bird fit for espionage. In the belly is a hidden compartiment that is able to hold either an storage of weapons, a messaging scroll, a scroll for recording photographs or other materials that are around 15 by 20 centimers. Below the backwing of the bird is a hidden hole that can fire Kunai, The backside of the puppet also stores 5 kunai in the backside of the puppet.

Take out the mechanical rocket launcher part, maybe make it like a Bomb that just drops? Fix that and it will be good.

Puppet Name: Kaimetsu Takatana (Devastating Phoenix).
Puppet Appearance Description: The bird is about the height of a child and has the wide of one aswell if the wings aren't spread. If you count the wide including the wings the real length would come around 6 ft / 1.80m. The Phoenix puppet has the appearance of a real one but then mechanically enhanced, making it look like a machine, similar to Ao Hato.
Puppet Skeletal/Skin Material: The mechanism of the phoenix is kind of complex, its entire body is used to store gasoline or another fluid that can cause flames (lightergas, chemical solutions). The wings are the only part of the body that isn't filled up with gasoline. It has small storage lockers / cups that can be closed and that are directly linked to the mechanism. This makes it ideal for storing in oil to keep the puppet moving or another technique that can enhance its movement. The head and beak of the bird are made so that it can function as a lighter / flamethrower, being connected to the gasoline reservoir the mouth can pour out fire. The beak functions as a lighter mechanism that starts the fire. The material is a thin layer of wood, the wings are made of cloth and wood aswell, the paint changes the entire look of the bird.
Puppet Construction: The puppet only has one main weapon, that being the flamethrower. The ability to set itself on fire makes it unique aswell. Being some kind of suicide flame bomb. Without having a lot of downsides. The wings can be clicked off the body and can function as large blades that the puppeteer can also throw around, while using that. The puppet loses the ability to fly aslong as it isn't reassembled.

Puppet Name:Akawari.
Puppet Appearance Description: Akawari is a human like puppet, she could be easily seen as a normal woman if she would dress like one and nobody would look at her face, she is around 5,11 ft. The puppet has long grey hair on her head. She wears a darkbrown coat like dress, the dress also has a lighter brown part in the middle, giving it the look of a shirt underneath it. The dress is finished with a button like collar just below the neck.
Puppet Skeletal/Skin Material: The puppet is wooden. Its entire body is made out of wood, only containing a few secret storages, the sturdy wood makes her move easily. She is a basic joint puppet.
Puppet Construction (Hidden blades, launchers, special inventions, etc.):
Genin: Akawari's fighting style is just like a real shinobi. She carries a katana inside of her coat, since the puppet is made of wood it can't use Ninjutsu. There are Kunai attached to her body thanks to metal wires, she is able to fire these quickly by grabbing them off her body. At her hips there is a small bag containing paper bombs. To finish the precision off she can use her hand as a Kunai launcher, to fire with more speed and precision. Her body parts are all attachable, this way she can change form, like throwing her head off. This is controlled by her puppeteer.
Chuunin: Akawari gets an additional enhancement, her body coated with a light form of mahogany to enhance her durability. The main body that is hidden beneath the cloak has an even thicker layer of Mahogany. Which makes her more dureable in her torso and belly aswell. Her joints can also split in half, making it remoteable swords (reference to Sasori's scorpion finishing action towards Sakura before being pierced).A picture of Akawari.

Hey Aaron, Kaimetsu Takatana is a bit too advanced for a genin. If you'd like to pick it back up when your character is say jonin rank or so then be my guest. Really cool design tho. Akawari's genin "form" is good to go. I'd like you to make a custom jutsu to allow for dislocating it's head. That custom needs to be at least C ranked. As for it's upgrade at chunnin level. Know you cannot "plate" you puppet with metal until Jonin rank. As for the puppet though. I'll approve it's genin "form" so you may begin using it. ^_^
