Alright, I've made a guild and linked people to it, but I'm just one man, what does everyone want in this guild and how can we make it better?

Not sure who wants to RP and who draws art, but we'll get there, let's find out who wants to host and run RPs and who wants to set up art threads.

In my experience, some guilds tend to die out when they have too many sub forums. (e.g. when they don't have enough members to support so many forums.) Keep the guild tidy with a few small relevant sub forums-an area for questers, moderators, games etc might be a good way to go about things.

Keep the guild tidy with a few small relevant sub forums-an area for questers, moderators, games etc might be a good way to go about things. That's probably true. I'm in one guild that used to be really active, but now, only few members actually are active.
