Deck ShuffleboardStep Rules You may play Shuffleboard up to 3 times. You do not need to post RP for every post. Just an entry/exit RP is sufficient.  Every old ship has one of these, right?
Would you like to play?
[A: I think I'll pass.] All the old people standing around the shuffleboard is intimidating.
[B: Sure, Sign me up!] Nothing to lose, right?
Roll 5 20-sided dice. Only the total will count. In this game, you will have 4 disks, which means you will roll dice 4 times for your total score.
See the table below for your scores. Number your rolls and keep track of your own score. Make sure to edit the prize you've won into your last post.
5-15: Your disk did not pass the "dead line," and was taken out of play (0 points).
90-100: You shot the disk with so much force that it slid off the deck and into the ocean... oops! You'll have to start ALL over! You lose any points you have accumulated, and have to start over with disk 1. :< Post the code below to start over.

16-19 or 86-89: Your disk landed on "10 Off" and you LOSE 10 points.
20-39 or 66-85: Your disk landed on "7" and you gain 7 points.
40-49 or 56-65: Your disk landed on "8" and you gain 8 points.
50-55: Your disk landed on "10" and you gain 10 points.
Prizes 8 and under: You unfortunately did not score high enough for a win. Better luck next time. 10-20: You have beaten less than half of the people playing! Oh well, you have been given a  Pokeball as a consolation prize. 21-30: You have been rewarded a Revive, for being a good sport. 31-40: Wow, your score is one of the best we've seen! Here, take one Enigma Berry! You might as well have  this too. Not quite sure what it is for, but if it happens to be valuable, it's all yours!

Doyle walked up to the shuffleboard group, not intimidated by all of the elderly folks. He listened to the rules and quickly signed up. Maybe he'd have more luck with this type of game. He moved to the right spot after getting his disks and the stick thingy. He then took sight of where he wanted his first disk to go and pushed the dish with the stick.

Doyle grinned when he got 8 points on his first try. The older guys grumbled about a lucky shot or beginners luck. Maybe it was or maybe Doyle had mad shuffleboard skillz. Only the end total would be able to tell.

Doyle was really getting into the game now. He lined up his next shot and let the disk go. The old guys were starting to think that maybe this kid knew what he was doing.... whereas the older ladies were checking him out. Something he was oblivious to (and if he wasn't he would have been slightly creeped out).

Doyle was quite impressed with his shuffleboard skills. He was pretty good at the game and even the old guys recognized it. They were cheering for him to get a 10.
The small crowd groaned when Doyle came close to getting that 10. However he did have a high score and one of the old guys gave him a berry and an odd golden coin. He took them both and then decided it was time to go elsewhere like the poop deck.

Option B
Armi after being chased from the poop deck ended up on the Deck Shuffleboard. She looked at the game it looked fun to play so she signed up. The older folks looked at her as she took to her spot.
First disk roll.
Armi looked surprised she managed a 7 on her first try.

The elders just hrumphed at the score. Armi guessed that time would tell if she was cut out for this.

Armi and the elders shouted a cheer as her third disk landed a 10. She lined up her next disk.
Fourth disk roll
Armi was so excited that she had made that ten that she jumped when one of the elders pushed a berry and a coin in to her hands and congratulated her. She grinned and said thank you to them all and wished them luck as she moved back to the poop deck, determined to teach those pesky wingulls a lesson.

Apparently she did pretty good, because all the old guys were cheering and going 'oooh' and 'aaah'. The head old guy came up to her and gave her one of the strange berries and a coin. She decided to play again.
