Strengths: Quite enthusiastic and cheery; good with Pokemon.
Weaknesses: A bit of an airhead, quick to assume others are her friends, not the strongest of researchers.
Attire: She wears a long black skirt with a slit in the side that is not part of the standard Team Rocket uniform. Other than that, her uniform is standard (she wears pants under the skirt). However, she is known to sometimes wear a red and black dress over the uniform (or without the uniform) when wandering around Kodo to disguise her identity. Alternately, she may be found wearing a white robe with red trim, black pants underneath, and a red shirt.
Biography: A young Grunt who hails from Kanto but has traveled all over the world with her family. She was in Johto before coming to Kodo (her parents are currently staying in Camphoreon City). She is what some would call a blithe spirit and what others would call an airhead. Her enthusiasm tends to outweigh her actual talent for anything that's not handling Pokemon. She wants to be able to perform research on Pokemon and learn more about them, but she has been assessed and found lacking in the necessary skills for anything but observational work. As a result, the closest she gets to research is observing Pokemon in the wild and looking over more experienced researcher's notes (not that she really minds). She wants to learn how Team Rocket performs its Pokemon customization, but it doesn't look likely that she'll get to do much more than observe the process.
On the note of note-taking, Sasha is almost constantly writing notes on all the people, places, and Pokemon she encounters. She seems to have taken on a role as designated observer, noting down significant events (and not-so-significant ones).
