Baldur comes from a long line of leaders. His father, and his father before him led the unicorns that followed them. If the Great Purge had not occurred, Baldur was in line to inherit that responsibility from his father upon his death. However, that was not to be, and he found himself here, in a new land, with new opportunities, and new dangers. He proposed starting a Glory in the foothills of the Icefury, to the Queen of the Unicorns, and she agreed to his request. It did not take him long to gather together a small core of members, and over time, the number of members in the Icefury Defenders grew.

Survival Skill: Terrain Identification
Mwee was one of Lord Baldur's first recruits to the new Glory. His ability to look at a location, and know instinctively what sort of terrain was to be found there, made him a natural for his current position. He instructs all of the patrol members in the different terrain on the slopes of the Icefury. He knows where his patrols should not venture, because the terrain is too dangerous. He's able to determine which mountain passes will be impassable during heavy snowfalls.

Position in the Glory: Ground Patrol Leader
Survival Skill: Weather Watcher
Eclipse can tell when the weather is going to turn for the worse, which is why he was recruited to be the leader of the ground patrols, under Lord Mwee. His ability is essential to the patrols who go out into the mountains of the Icefury for days at a time. He knows, days before, if a snow storm is coming.

Siniy as adept at walking over ice-covered ground without losing his footing. He can detect thin ice, as well as places on the Icefury heights where crevasses are hidden by snowfall.

Survival Skill: Tracker
Rune is able to track a creature from the faintest of tracks. He is well versed in the different tracks, and is able to identify which creature made which track. He is also able to smell his prey's scent, and follow it to its source.

Cosmos is the member of the Glory whose job it is to teach the young how to survive in the Icefury. Once the colts and filly's have been weened, they begin their instruction with him.

Survival Skill: Ice Control
Brise is able to manipulate large quantities of ice and water. He can cause a section of a river to freeze, allowing unicorns to cross without fear of the ice breaking. He can also cause ice to break, thereby making it easier for it to be moved.
