3. You are allowed to participate in this guild event even if you have (or have not participated) in our other current event, Summer Party! 2012. These guild events are considered as separate from each other.

I. How do I participate?

Follow the steps! 4laugh

1. Post one post in thread. (Do not chat here please! gonk )
2. Please number your post! It's not a requirement to number the posts, but it is helpful:

If the person above you writes 1 on their post, you write 2 on your post! yum_tea Doing this helps me keep track of how many items were given out during a guild give-away event.

The item that you will receive is from the Guild Event item list (see post #3), by gift or trade from Team Sprocket Zen. Please do not request particular item(s) from the list! yum_tamago You can learn more about how item(s) are given out as well as other answers by reading the Guild Event Q&A located on the second post!

If at a point it looks like the guild mule is running out of prizes before the end of the event, the guild event will be closed early. If this situation does happen, everyone who has followed the guild event participation requirements will receive an item from the guild mule but the guild event will be closed to additional participation. Hopefully this will not be an issue! heart

II.Q&A regarding guild event

1. Are mules allowed in this guild event?
No. Please also see the guild announcement regarding this subject: Guild Give-Away Event Threads do NOT allow mules!

2. Can I post anywhere in guild to be able to get an item?
No. Just this thread. There is only one thread for this part of the guild event.

3. How many times am I required to post during the guild event to get an item?
If you would like to receive one item, please post once during the guild event period in this guild event thread.

4. Can we post more than once to get more than one item?
No. Please only post once. You will only get an item once.

5. Can I help give out items during this guild event?
No. The only one that will be giving items out during this guild event is Team Sprocket Zen.

6. Can I request an item from the list?
No. (See answer to question #7.)

7. How do you select an item to give out?
After you (the participant) posts once, I go to the mule's inventory and the first thing that catches my eye in the inventory (that is a part of this guild event item list) is the item that’s given out to the participant.

8. I want to chat in the guild event thread! May I do that?
Please do not use this guild event thread as a chatting thread. gonk It's encouraged if you'd like to chat in guild to either make your own thread or continue a conversation in an existing thread. 3nodding

9. If no chatting is allowed, what do I put in my post?
It can be a short message. Anything you want as long as its within Gaia’s rules.

There are currently two guild event threads active. For the time being, please do not make any additional give-away threads. heart

11. When will the mule be available to give out the items?
The mule will be on at least once a day during the guild event. If you participate in the guild event, you will receive a gift (or a trade) with the item in it from the guild mule, Team Sprocket Zen, as soon as possible ideally during the span of the guild event. (The latest items will be delivered is July 22, 2012) If for some reason you haven’t received the item by then, please contact Newzpop Reporta Tyro Bong.

12. What happens if there’s any items left over from this guild event?
The items will be stored on the mule for when another guild activity requires them. See section about the guild mule for more details.

13. Is this guild event open for anyone to attend?
It is only available for Team Sprocket guild members.

14. I have concerns regarding this guild event that haven’t been addressed here. What do I do?
Contact Newzpop Reporta Tyro Bong, the guild’s captain, by private message. heart

15. How many item(s) does the mule have of each item listed on the guild event list?

**Please keep in mind that given this is the full list, not all the items listed on it are available during the give-away for this particular guild event. Only the items listed on the Guild Event item list (see third post) are being given away for this particular guild event.
